I was wondering how many people actually DON’T use the high-beams lights on their vehicle. I am sure most everyone does, but I never do. I understand with age comes vision problems but sometimes I wonder why people just don’t leave them off if they can’t remember to switch to low beams with oncoming traffic – I don’t use them cause frankly there is a high chance I will forget to switch them.
I dislike being blinded all the time and it seems to be happening more and more. Another thing that gets me is the trucks whose lights are level with your rear view mirror effectively making them high-beams. Anyone else constantly find themselves getting frustrated driving at night because of this? Can anyone think of any solutions?

I do many things a local seafood restaurant, so I am one that understands the need for tipping. Servers only make $3-4 an hour and rely on you, the customer for the rest. Without you, some of us don't eat(Rare case).
On the other hand, if a 20% mandatory tip was imposed, what would be the drive to give excellent service? Many of the people that come to our restaurant on a fixed income and cannot afford to tip the best. We only ask what you can give / what we deserve. With a 20% tip, many people will stop eating out which means we have fewer customers.
I could see maybe a 5-10% mandatory tip, to assure the server won't starve... But 20%?
P.S. Severs do not talk about customers who tip badly, they don't give them worse service or any of the like. This is a stereotype that applies to few. I, for one feel better if the 75 year old on Social Security tips only 10% than if she tipped 20%
Servers have hearts too!
