Any bitterness which resides in my psyche is a proximate result of the Legislative Branch of our Government having been conquered by the dark Fraternity of Juris Doctors and their arrogant exclusivity.

Just 18% of Americans approve of the job Congress is doing, while 76% disapprove, according to the August 13-16, 2007, Gallup Poll; and 32% of Americans approve of the job Bush is doing as president.

I must assure you, the current administration is held in much higher esteem, despite its foibles (that I have admitidly been displeased with), than Congress.

Nothing, my friends, that Mr. (Senator) Obama says goes over my head. The man is just not that sharp. As a matter of fact, he is not even as smart as George W. Bush! (Who, by the way, is not what the True Dummies have labeled him.)

It is known fact, and declared by several Journalists who happen to be "black," that the man (Obama) is embroiled in what appears to be a lifelong struggle with his personal demons, which are manifested in what is best described as an identity crisis. His disdain for “white” people, which is focused upon the abandonment by his “black” father, and subsequent rearing by his “white” mother and grandparents, is a hole in his soul which he has tried to fill through various associations with radical “black” folk.  His defference to "white" people is, to be succinct, a strategic tactic.

The only "race" on the face of this Earth is the Human Race, but the man does not truely acknowledge the fact.

On to the subject of religion:

In general, religion is a devising by mankind, wherein we reach for the Creator while keeping Him at a safe distance. Just as the Israelites told Moses, . . . Then they said to Moses, "Speak to us yourself and we will listen; but let not God speak to us, or we will die."

In such cases, there are always men (and women) ready to rush in to have power and control over those who are uncertain and timid.  They are referred to as Nicolaitanes, in the Revelation of the Apocalypse.

I own my Faith!! I will listen to the teachings of another man, but I will always filter his teaching and interpretations through the Word of God, with the help of the Holy Spirit. Thus says the LORD, “Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind and makes flesh his strength, and whose heart turns away from the LORD. My “religion” is a personal relationship with The King of the Universe, through His Chosen One, Y'shua. Any other religion is as useless as the teats on a boar hog.

And now, on the subject of GUNS!

Amendment II . . . the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. Just as in the days of the Revolution, Americans today face the constant threat of “unfriendlies” entering their homes. The “unfriendlies” I refer to are most frequently of the criminal element. But, we have seen in the examples of the massacre at Ruby Ridge and the invasion of the Branch Davidian Cult, that criminality is not always reserved for “the common Citizen.”

There was indeed criminal activity being pursued in both camps. And the leaders of both camps were in need of being brought to Justice. But, when Federal Agents shot Randy Weaver's son, Samuel, in the back, and a Federal Sniper killed Vicki Weaver, as she held her nursing baby daughter in her arms, a line was crossed.

The same goes for facts surrounding the raid on the Waco, Texas compound of David Koresh. Agents could have taken Koresh without incident, at any time they pleased, and without incident. Koresh was in town almost every day. But Janet Reno was motivated by her desire to test America's gullibility regarding the difference between religion and cults. Unfortunately, then, most did not see through her subterfuge because of their ignorance of true religion, and took the bait. Like the Plains Indians of Lore, they took the Government at its word.

Perhaps there were crimes being committed at both compounds but I have to ask this question...

What crimes were committed and was there a trial in court were the people were found guilty of those crimes?

I don't really care how crazy a religious leader is... you can follow Obama's minister, you can worship God or Satan, you can even follow false prophets if you wish... in America that isn't a crime. I don't believe Brainwashing is a crime either or else our television media or even the military might be brought to court over that as well.

From what I've read about this YFZ Ranch the only possible crime I can see committed was 4 counts of statutory rape and that has to be proven in court with DNA testing to find out if the father was indeed over 18 years of age who impregnated the 4 girls who are pregnant. Does this now give our Government the ability to place your child in foster care if they are to become pregnant before the age of 18 until DNA testing proves that the father is not over 18?

If you are talking about Ruby Ridge, Randy Weaver was alleged to be trafficing in guns. Similar charges were alleged of David Koresh, in Waco.

It's too bad Brainwashing is not a crime, since the National Education Association is quite guilty of brainwashing our children to believe an unsubstantiable "scientific" theory to be fact. Yes, and the Media is right complicit in that, as well, molesting children constantly with sexual content in Prime Time; not only in Program Content, but in Commercial Advertising, too.

Akry - man you are a hoot ... "Any other religion is as useless as the teats on a boar hog." lolrotf. You gotta love that country eloquence.

Nice jab at the NEA too (that is not a slam against teachers ... people I appreciate very much).

There are many good teachers, these days. But they are stifled by the State and their union. An inquisitive mind is nothing but stifled by the State's INQUISITORS that are called teachers, these days.

They complain about not getting respect, and it is in part because the kids have lousy parents. However, they don't challenge their charges, but rather, insult the intelligence of the children who do have good sense.

Many long years ago, I worked in an institution for the severely retarded, and uncontrollably epileptic. I didn't fit in too well because the "old timers" there thought the perfect day was every "client" sitting in their own little spot, twiddling their thumbs.

By the way . . . I read in the newspaper, a hundred miles away, about the fallout stirred up by my exit interview. My previous supervisor's picture was on the front page, having been brought up on charges of willful neglect.
