WOW - We went to see Alan Parsons Project at Ameristar last night.  It was a HIGH ENERGY show!  I first listened to their 8 track of I Robot in November, 1977 on my first date with my husband and had been hooked since.  Bought many albums, cassettes, CDs of theirs since then.  They sounded absolutely fantastic.  I saw them sometime in 1994 or 1995 when they played at Memorial Hall and the band Kansas opened for them (I've seen Kansas in concert about 15-16 times).  It was a great show last night and hope I would get to see them one more time.

Breakdown was my favorite song! I found out way too late they were here. Glad you enjoyed the show. Foreigner is another one I wanna see!

I won two tickets to see Foreigner years ago. I remember it being an icy night to get out, but it was WELL worth it! They put on one of the best shows I had seen at Kemper!!! On Alan Parsons, my favorites were any of their ballads, particularly Old and Wise and something about a lonely man...

In January I posted an item about a cat that followed me in from the cold, and you sent me a helpful, empathetic note. Bless You!

I wanted to let you know that I took the cat to Wayside Waifs, where they found out it had a microchip. The cat's name is "Simba," and he belonged to someone named Anthony who was contacted twice to pick up his cat, said he would, but he never did. However, a very sweet employee matched Simba up with a couple who adopted him. So all is fine.

It's great seeing what you look like; and you look as sweet as you are. I have a little idea of how crazy your life may get sometimes; because my niece has two boys and one husband, so she lives in "Testosteroneville" too! Have a wonderful Easter!

Thanks for the update tabetti!!! I had forgotten about the kitty!!!! I'm very happy for it finding a home!!!

It's been crazy around our house since November... My dad lives with us on weekends now and hubby's dad is now in the hospital, will be going to a nursing home soon and his mom is showing signs of dementia!! Keep us in your prayers!
