BeStrong's Blog

I have read all the hate filled blogs about Islam. So I wonder:

If we are to officially hate Arabs, do we only hate Islamic Arabs or should we also hate Arabs who are Christians?

If it is Islam, then are we to also hate Muslims in Africa? Or in Indonesia? How about Muslims who are American citizens? And, if so, should we hate White and Black Muslim Americans equally, or do African-American Muslims get a bye based upon how their forebears were treated?

We may have found a political port in which we have agreed that state-sponsored racism/bigotry  is acceptable public policy.  If this continues then we will be sailing into a great deal of troubled water in the years ahead.

Muslims and homosexuals are the groups-of-the-moment. At one time (in no particular order), it was Native Americans, then African Americans, then Chinese, then Italians, then Irish (especially for Britain), then females now these two. It is quite sad, really.

It should be, be alert to what may come but hate, no we should not hate just stay alert to what is and is not. How can you hate people you do not know, you may hate what some of them do, I know I hate any one who takes the lifes of innocent people, but it is the act of murder not the person I find I hate.

I think the last one there pretty much sums up your opinion. Maybe you should let Webster's define words since you are incapable of properly defining or interpreting information.

Gimin- great insight.

John- you are so far off. I posed a question. These words do not explain me or how I feel, but if I were you I'd take a good look in the mirror. Me incapable of interpreting info... you just don't get it do you? Heed your own advice.

BeStrong, I am one of the biggest opponents of radical Islam. I don't think I have ever used the term, "Arab".

Who do I hate? I hate people who scream they want to kill my family, destroy my country and impose their religion on the entire world.

I hate people who videotape barbaric decapitations and those who celebrate the event.

I hate people who strap on bombs (or airplanes) and murder indiscriminately

I hate people for whom lying and deceitful actions is not only acceptable, but is encouraged by their religion

I hate people who are brutally intolerant of other religions, yet who scream to high heaven if their own religion is not given precedence (see France, England, the Netherlands and CAIR in the USA).

Finally, and this has happened several times in the past few years although seldom reported in this country---I hate people who kidnap children and then return them to their parents, baked and on serving trays.

I hate depraved, vile, vicious people who vilify God as their motivation for depravity.

Nancy- Does it seem to you all Muslims/Arabs are lumped into the same catagory? So my question is, how do we diferentiate(s/p)?

Nancy; the word Arab she uses, is her way of race-baiting the thread.

Radical muslims are no different than radical christians, or radical jews, radical atheists, or radical anything else.

There have been untold atrocities committed in the name religion, especially Christianity.

Anyone who thinks the bible is a peaceful book that advocates nothing but peace and love has never read it. It's no different than the koran as far as I'm concerned.

After all, Jesus himself did allegedly say,

"Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword." (Matt. 10:34)

John- assumptions never get you anywhere. Its not race baiting it is a question. If you cant answer stay off the blog. Your snide remarks will not be accepted any longer.

BTW great post BeStrong.

I'm tired of all the fighting, prejudice, etc. from religion.

Cristendom has been fighting the muslim world since the crusades, and I'd just like to be left out.

It's still going on today. Not over oil, but RELIGION.

Too many people are dying because they gave the wrong answer to the God question.

Strong; Grow up? please..
I guess you can dish it out but you can't take it. This from the queen of assumptions?
Your answer is why dont you prove your assertions of hatred instead of just throwing out accusations. That would be interesting indeed.

The more I read JohnKJR’s posts and research the sites he copies and pastes from, it has become blatantly obvious that, 1. he in fact does hate Muslims and wishes to incite as much hatred towards and fear of them as he possibly can, (which is how Hitler scapegoated the Jews) 2. he is so far right of conservative that he makes Newt Gingrich and Pat Buchanan look like Marxists , 3. by inference advocates genocide of Muslims and 4. is a very dangerous neofascist peetie boy. His denial in a reply to me that he doesn’t hate Muslim is at best a misleading statement . He hides behind the skirt of “making people aware of the threat” because he simply is functionally incapable of taking responsibility for what truly drives his lunatic fringe zealotry or lacks the integrity to be open and truthful about his TRUE motives. Like all neofascist water carriers he parrots the tripe of his handlers, and believes anything that denigrates, minimalizes or invalidates in any way those who disagree with his myopic hate and fearmongering view of the world. His comment that liberals need to be in concentration camps exposes him for what he is. An amoral, psychologically bankrupt cretin who believes in the politics of exclusion and hate. What is truly frightening is his claim that he has a conceal and carry permit.! I am curious what he is so afraid of, Osama’s kids coming into his place of work and blowing him up? Come on dude, you mean nothing to them and they wouldn’t waste their time on a loud mouth punk nobody. Or is he afraid of African-American gangsters? His “Yo mama Obama” snippet reeks o

of racism hatred and intolerance. The idea of this chickenhawk war-pig redneck running around town with a concealed handgun scares the bejeezus out of me. How likely is a road rage incident?
What else is frightening is that people on this blog believe his filth and support his hatemongering. Can’t you see what he is doing? Instigating fear and hatred to scapegoat Muslims for all the world’s problems.
Collective fear stimulates herd instinct, and tends to produce ferocity toward those who are not regarded as members of the herd. Bertrnad Russell

John, I am sure you will reply with a scathing diatribe about how hateful this post is. Fine, take your best shot, for I don’t give one rat’s rump for what you think or say. Your opinion is worth considerably less than two dead flies. As vile and despicable as Bin Laden and his actions are, at least he does something to further his cause however evil it is. Do you? Are you involved in organizations that support your beliefs? Do you contribute to your cause other than running your yap on a meaningless blog? I participate in organizations I believe in, both with time and financial support. As incomprehensible as it may seem to you, I own 2 handguns 3 rifles and a shotgun, yet I am not so afraid as to feel the need to arm myself in my city. I am NOT afraid. I wrote this, one to express an opinion, and two to inflame and antagonize John KJR because from reading his posts and replies it is evident he can dish it out but whines and snivels when he is called on something, challenged or questioned. NOONE is above reproach, not even

NOONE is above reproach, not even you John KJR. Grow up and learn to take it. You have yet to prove anything to me other than you are a neofascist hatemonger.

John- Answer the question, or stay off. You want answers from me... I posed a question. What is there to prove or disprove? In answer to your question though... in my opinion the radical few give all Muslims a bad rap. When there is a constant bunching together of ALL Muslims or Arabs... it invokes fear which leads to hate.
