As usual,I will probably draw a lot of heat over one of my posts. As you read my header,Why bother voting?Hmm?

It seems that I hear arguments over why people should vote. You don't vote,you have no right to complain! Right? Wrong! There are a couple of reasons why I may not vote for ANY candidates this year.

Fair Debate. Do you believe that this actually goes on? I don't! And it hasn't been happening for quite sometime now! Do you remember 1992? Do you remember when there was a third party involved? How about the candidate? I voted for him! Even though I am conservative by nature,I voted for him,because he, in my view,had the best plan for the country. Amist death threats to his family,he dropped out of the race, but still got a lot of votes! Including mine! Ever since then,there has never been a third party,ever invited into any facet of fair debate or elections. And that is the way that the Democrats and Republicans want it!

Back in 2004,the Green Party,and Independents,wanted to be included in fair debate,on live TV. They took the nessesary steps to be included on ballets in all 50 states. But the Democrats and Republicans,barred them from all of the telecasted debates.Irregardless,of whether they were any kind of a political threat or not,they paid their dues,and weren't given the chance at fair debate! And how do you know if you would've ,or wouldn't've voted for them? You didn't have a chance to hear their ideas!

Another reason is,I am tired of hearing the results of the election on the same night that people vote. I am tired of seeing the ridiculous graphics and polls. As far as I'm concerned,the media has no business reporting anything,when polls are still open,anywhere! That can sway the way people vote! If the candidate on the east coast is not fairing good,due to early returns,people further west won't vote their conscience. Instead,they will vote for the candidate that is ahead,and go with the flow! Especially among undecided voters! Don't say that,that doesn't happen,cuz you know that it does!

So to everybody! Does my vote really count? Can I,and the rest of the country vote our conscience? Give me a good reason why I should even bother voting!!!

I just got back from the Seattle area. That is where I was born and raised. When I moved away from there,a lot of the area looked like the inner city of Kansas City. A lot of the areas inner-city was in ruins! No businesses wanted to go near downtown Tacoma,Seattle,Everett. The area was ruled by gridlock,and nothing got done! Much like the modern day Kansas City.

You all can fool yourselves all you want. But I have seen,what tax-dollars,can do for major improvements for an entire metro area! And until the tax-payers,of the Kansas City area,opens up their pocket books,nothing is going to get done in Kansas City! Businesses will continue to move out of the area,and so will the people. Mayor Funkhouser has great ideas for improving Kansas City,and they seem to fall on the deaf ears of the City Council. The entire council caters to their own specific little groups,and special interests,thus creating wasted tax dollars,paying these baffoons for their terms in office! And until they are voted out of office,ALL OF THEM!!! Gridlock will continue!

Up in the Seattle area,they have a retractable roof for Safeco Field(Mariners stadium) Paid for....by tax dollars!!! Right afterwards,they got Wrestlemania 19,an All-Star Game(How many years has it been since that has been here?) And they are always in the front running for a Superbowl bid going to Qwest Field! But football is another story!!! All of this made possible....by tax dollars!!! What did we vote for? Renovations for Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums?!! And foolishly voted down the rolling roof!!! Good Bye Superbowl,Wrestlemania,and any other event that would've made money and created jobs in Kansas City!!! This is why all of the jobs are over in Kansas!

The job market is thriving in the Seattle area! You can see,with your own eyes,what cooperation can do! Crime is at an alltime low there,and it's safe to walk in areas that you couldn't walk in 20 years ago! Tax dollars and cooperation! Old buildings are torn down or renovated there.....Kansas City government and society keeps them around,like an old nagging Mother-In-Law!!!

You can say that there have been improvements here and there, but they are micro-scopic by comparrison! Coming back to Kansas City,was like being forced to step into a time machine,against my will,and go back 20 years! Kansas City is lightyears behind the rest of the country! It's about as backwards as the airport!!!

Save your,"Well then leave! Don't let the door hit you on the a** when you go!" Trust me,I already have one foot out the door!

Seattle:Job market thriving

Kansas City:Dried up and scarce!

And I've also seen what a rail system can do for a city,too!!! It's a major tourist attraction there! Wow!!! Imagine that!!!

What I have listed,is only a fraction of what I saw up there! My heart sank,when the wheels of the plane touched down. The guy next to me,asked me why I was shaking my head. I told him,"I just came back to Khaos City,Mo.

Weather Channel Founder: Sue Al Gore for Fraud

The founder of the Weather Channel wants to sue Al Gore for fraud, hoping a legal debate will settle the global-warming debate once and for all.

John Coleman, who founded the cable network in 1982, suggests suing for fraud proponents of global warming, including Al Gore, and companies that sell carbon credits.

'Is he committing financial fraud? That is the question,' Coleman said.

'Since we can't get a debate, I thought perhaps if we had a legal challenge and went into a court of law, where it was our scientists and their scientists, and all the legal proceedings with the discovery and all their documents from both sides and scientific testimony from both sides, we could finally get a good solid debate on the issue,' Coleman said. 'I'm confident that the advocates of 'no significant effect from carbon dioxide' would win the case.'

Coleman says his side of the global-warming debate is being buried in mainstream media circles.

'As you look at the atmosphere over the last 25 years, there's been perhaps a degree of warming, perhaps probably a whole lot less than that, and the last year has been so cold that that's been erased,' he said.

'I think if we continue the cooling trend a couple of more years, the general public will at last begin to realize that they've been scammed on this global-warming thing.'

Coleman spoke to FOXNews.com after his appearance last week at the 2008 International Conference on Climate Change in New York, where he called global warming a scam and lambasted the cable network he helped create.

'You want to tune to the Weather Channel and have them tell you how to live your life?' Coleman said. 'Come on.'

He laments the network's decision to focus on traffic and lifestyle reports over the weather.

'It's very clear that they don't realize that weather is the most significant impact in every human being's daily life, and good, solid, up-to-the-minute weather information and meaningful forecasts presented in such a way that people find them understandable and enjoyable can have a significant impact,' he said.

'The more you cloud that up with other baloney, the weaker the product,' he said.

Coleman has long been a skeptic of global warming, and carbon dioxide is the linchpin to his argument.

'Does carbon dioxide cause a warming of the atmosphere? The proponents of global warming pin their whole piece on that,' he said.

The compound carbon dioxide makes up only 38 out of every 100,000 particles in the atmosphere, he said.

'That's about twice as what there were in the atmosphere in the time we started burning fossil fuels, so it's gone up, but it's still a tiny compound,' Coleman said. 'So how can that tiny trace compound have such a significant effect on temperature?

'My position is it can't,' he continued. 'It doesn't, and the whole case for global warming is based on a fallacy.'

 Anyone care to comment anymore, on the fallacy of true global warming?

Again,I will write something about another taboo, that people are afraid to talk about! Gay marriage!
It is a dark day for traditional marriages,across this nation! No longer is marriage sacred, but has been blemished by a small minority,seeking an institution,enjoyed by straight couples,based on lust! Yeah! I said it! Lust! And nothing more! 
Homosexuality is an abomination in God's eyes,and goes against the natural order of nature! A square can't fit where a circle should be. Homosexual couples,cannot procreate on their own,and should not be allowed to artificially do so,by other means!
There is nothing more to Gay marriage than to condone a reprobate behavior, and encourage sinful lifestyles. To insult societys intelligence,with jargen that they are born that way,is deplorable! You can save your breath, because there is no scientific proof, that supports that! NONE!!! Only theory, that the homosexual community tries to pass on as fact!
But the Homosexual's aren't through,defacing the sanctity of marriage! OH NO!!! Next, they are going to try to go to the states, and try to make it illegal, for churches to refuse to marry Homosexual couples! And the churches that refuse,are going to be shut down, and in some cases, the clergy is going to be jailed and fined, for discrimination against gays and lesbians! They are going to try and play off of Martin Luther King Jr's hard work on Civil Rights, and claim that they are a minority, and try to claim minority status,based on their,"Sexual Orientation"
Homosexuality is a learned reprobate behavior! It was once thought that homosexuals were psychotic and not mentally sound! Nowadays,they are said to be born the way that they are! I have heard a bunch of garbage saying that they have extra chromasomes, and extra starnds in their DNA patterns, that make them this way. It's all theory folks! Not fact!
Maybe someone can tell me, what is so natural and so normal about homosexuals, and their lifestyle?
God intended,from the beginning of time, for marriage to be between one man, and one woman! He called homosexuality an abomination! At Sodom and Gomorrah,when he was at Lot's house, the homosexual men of the village,were trying to break down Lot's door, because they wanted to have sex with the Angels that God sent to Lot! God struck them blind!!!
God has said several times,through out the Bible, that man shall not lye with man, and woman not lye with woman! Homosexuals will not inherit the Kingdom of God! Read your Bible! Those of you who are gay and lesbian,are being decieved that you are born that way. And that's a lie!
I am not here to hate on homosexuals! So don't say that I'm a homophobic! In order for me to be homophobic,I would have to fear homosexuals! And I don't!
God loves each and every person he has ever created! God doesn't make mistakes! I actually love homosexual people. And not because of their lifestyle, but because they are God's creations! I do not condone thei lifestyle at all! And I do not agree with the approach that Rev.Fred Phillips is taking either. Everything that, that man is saying and doing, is an insult to the church!
The point of this blog is to speak against homosexual marriage! And I know that there are people who share the same view on this!
If there is ever an ammendment to ban same sex marriage, vote for it!

I usually try to avoid this category. This section is usually fiiled with a bunch of,"Preaching to the choir",stuff. I thought I'd touch base on a little bit of everything here.
"The single greatest cause of athiesm in the world today,is Christians! Who acknowledge Jesus with their lips, and then walk out the door, only armed by their lifestyles. That is what an un-believale world simply finds.....un-believable!" Anyone know what that is from? It is a very true statement,indeed! It's from DC Talk's Free At Last Movie. The movie that had the song,"I wished we'd all been ready!"
Now, why would this person say such a thing? The person was a mentor to the guys in DC Talk. He said the statement,because it's true!
I have read a lot of your blogs, heard a lot of you at church preaching to each other! Building each other up. When was the last time that you really witnessed to a person that was lost? When was the last time you actually invited a lost soul to church?
So many of you preach the John 3:16, but forget about the John 3:17! Jesus came not to save the rightious, but call sinners to repentence! When there is a new person at your church,do you welcome the newcomer,or do you pass the guest on by,to go and talk to your clique of friends? John 3:17!!!
When witnessing to a lost person,do you talk their ear off,spitting out Bible verses, and not letting them,get a word in edge-wise? DO YOU LISTEN TO THEM???!!!
How about those lovely concept Christian t-shirts? Do you wear them in other places,other than church?John3:17!!!
What about the youth of today? Do you do nothing, but lecture them? Or do you actually listen, and get to know them?
The biggest thing that the outside world sees, is us attacking each other! You heard me! They see it everyday! Remember when Michael English cheated on his wife? The Bible book stores pulled his music off their shelves! And when Sandy Patty commited infidelity, nothing was done to her!
And whenever a Christian artist goes on mainstream radio,the church attacks those artists! And these artists really didn't change the premise of how they wrote their songs! Did Christ not say to bring the Gospel to the world? Not just to a chosen few! And for those of you who argue that they are selling out to the world,save your breath!
What about ministries that you don't agree with? Who made you the Siskel and Ebert of Christianity?
These are only a few examples of thing that the world,finds hypocritical....and unbelievable! What have you really done for the Kingdom of God? How well do you really represent the Body of Christ? If you say that you don't care how the world percieves you, you truly aren't a representitive of Christ! Because it does matter! That is a worldly viewpoint,if you think that!
If you do nothing more, than congregate on Sundays, preach a little, pray a little, and fellowship,then you have missed the whole reason why Jesus died on the cross, in the first place!!!
Church is not supposed to be a country-club. It's supposed to be a hospital,for sick and dying people(souls,too!!!)
Do a self-diagnostic of your spirit! How do you fit into any of this? And what can you do to change the perception of the world on Christians?
Pray about it!!!

Street gangs have been around almost since the beginning of time. In our century, we have organized crime(Mafia) and then we have the very disorganzied,Street gangs.
Back in the the 80's,when I grew up, I lived in the hood,so to speak! I was friends with Bloods,Crips,Latin Kings, and so on. These guys and gals,were the real deal! They lived the Hustler's life. But for a different reason than the posers,today do....survival!!!
Often times,back then you had guys that were young teenage Fathers. They were 13 to 19 years of age. Granted,they got themselves into that situation. But they hustled and joined street gangs, as a means of providing for their kids, not for image,like a lot of you hosers today. Some of them did find other jobs and moved on. And of course, a lot of them got killed by rival gangs.
Today, you have gangsta wanna-be's, who really don't have a clue, as to what it is,to be a true gangsta! You go around and grafitti everything you can, vandalize people's property, and make feeble attempts at trying to strike terror, in your neighborhood! At least, the Street-Gang members that I knew, still respected their elders, and loved their Mom's and Dad's.

Street gangs are centered in the core of inner-cities. So, it's really hard for me, to take any of these thug wanna-be's seriously.Almost all of them are very spoiled rotten brats,looking for image. If you are living in a sub-urb, you are not a gangster!!! If you still ride around, in your Mom's Mini-van or Mom-mobile, you are not a gangster!!! So, pull up your pants,get a belt, and get a clue! Tagging people's mail boxes, homes, cars, and other properties, doesn't make you a gangster! It just makes you an annoyance, nothing more. And about the droopy-drawers thing. Where you wear your pants ten sizes too big,with no belt. That indeed, was started in prisons. But it wasn't started there, as a means of fashion.Oh No! In prison,if your pants are sagging down, it means you are a prison b****!!! You are to be passed around to the other inmates for sexual pleasure! Still think that your droopy drawers are gangster?

All of you teenagers, who do this, remind me of the movie,"Malibu's Most Wanted." The movie that Jamie Kennedy stars in. His father is running for Gov. of California, and his Dad tries to scare him white. What was silly, was the fact that he lived in MALIBU!!! Get am identity of your own,is what I'm getting at! As I said in my last blog, you are in control of your own future. No one else!

My point to all of this is,if you continue to vandalize people's properties,and make an annoyance of yourselves,eventually, you are going to cross a homeowner, that doesn't care who you are. They may even have a firearm! And you may be caught in a bad situation, that you can't get out of!

Okay. At some point, you had to know that this blog was coming from someone,so it might as well come from me!
As I've said before, I am from the Seattle area, and moved here in June of 1991. One of the things, that I was very naive to, was racism. And it does run roughshod here in the Mid-West.

The one thing that I really can't stand, is black hypocrits! You heard me! I didn't stutter! I said black hypocrits! You get upset when you are allegedly aced out of a job, by who you assume,is a white person. Yet it's ok for you to ace them out, in the name of Affirmative Action! You claim that the white man is keeping the black man down, when the reality is, you are the product of your own demise! Life is what you make it! And I hear a lot of you, making excuses, instead of putting forth an effort to find a job or a business loan,etc. A lot of you are a bunch of sorry excuses, who like to complain, and then not do a dang thing to improve yourself! You guys are the worst when it comes to digging yourselves out of trouble! It is a sad thing to watch! You are continuing to kill one another(black on black crime), and continue to stay on the welfare rolls,even though most of you are perfectly capable of working!
And the one thing that bothers me about you the most, is your use of the "N" word! You get upset when someone,other than your own race, says that word! Yet,a lot of you,call each other that word in greeting,or in common! Tell me something, is that not hypocritical? It's as if you are saying," Do as I say, not as I do!" If you are going to continue using the word amongst each other,then expect the backlash that comes along with it! Don't expect others to respect you,when you can't respect yourselves!

I really didn't know where to put this blog. So I put here! I just wonder how many of you try to jockey for a close parking spot? Probably a lot of you! I just went shopping out at Wal-Mart today. Just walking from my Jeep to the store, in the parking lot,was a trip! I saw a Father,yell at his son, for taking his parking spot! And it was 8 or 9 spots from the front door. He continued to cuss his son out, for making him walk extra far,as they went into Wallyworld!
Now,I parked in the middle isle,almost at the end of the row. As I was walking with my shopping cart, a person was following me to see where I would stop at. When they saw that I wasn't parked close, they lost interest, and zoomed to the next row over. I have actually seen people fist fight, over a parking spot. A PARKING SPOT PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!
It is absolutely silly some of the stuff that I've seen in parking lots. I have seen a perfectly healthy, athletic bafoon, cut an elderly lady from parking in a close parking spot. She had to circle a few times, to find another close spot. I have seen big,fat,lazy slobs,almost run over elderly people, and Mothers with their children,for a close parking spot! Oh,I spoke up then,let me tell ya!
It's a no wonder that we are the fattest country in the world!!! Things come way too easy for us! We as Americans,take things for granted. What I'm about to say,I need your undivided attention,ok? So Gomer,get that glossy donut out of your mouth! Bertha,get that mouthfull of bin-bons out of your chompers! Cooter,put that fat,greasy double whopper down, and pay attention!!!
The close parking spots are for people who have earned it, or really need it! Not for your fat,lazy carcass!!! I challenge you to park a little farther away! It's not going kill you to walk a little further,so people who really need it,can do what they need to do! Respect your elders and the disabled, you ham-n- eggers!!! Let them have those spots! Cuz, the next time I see any of the above take place, you will see this Chief go on the warpath on your no good carcass!!!

I admit! I'm being sarcastic,again! Thanks to all of the Weather Anchors, for ruining an entire evening of television,for the KC Area! I understand that there was severe weather in the area, but,c'mon! Did all of the programming really need to be pre-empted for a few warnings? This has happened time and time again! Overkill of coverage! When there really isn't more than just to report that there is a warning,seek shelter immediately! That's it! Not to be cold, but I really don't care what is happening way up north, near the Missouri/Iowa border! Who cares?!

Did that headline catch your eye? I'm glad that it did! The last Sports blog, that I posted,kinda prompted me to write this one!
I am so sick of pro atheletes thinking that they are entitled to more than what they have! I am tired of them griping,pissing and moaning, about how they don't feel as if they are being paid enough or being treated fairly! It is a privilage, not a right, to play professional sports! In my day and age, players in all facets of pro sports,still played for the love of the game, and for championships! Just one of those athletes,has more heart, than any pro sports franchise we have today! Bar None! Guys like George Brett,Len Dawson,John Elway,Joe Montana,Kareem Abdul-Jabbar,all played,not because of their love or greed for money! But because, they played for the love of their game and for championships! In those days, comraderies were more important than Mutli-Million dollar endorsements! It was Championships and MVP awards that earned you respect among your peers! Or even your unbrideled passion for the game! Now the pro sport ranks are infested by super-agents, and premodona-like ,street thugged, punks,who flash their cash, and steal from the very fans who pay to see them!
What do I mean by,"They steal from us?" When was the last time the Royals or Chiefs had any kind of real play-off run? When was the last time they even had a Championship to brag about? The last time Kansas City had a championship,I was 11 years old, and guys like George Brett,Willie Wilson,Hal Macrae,Dan Quisenbury,were among the roster. And since then,fans get robbed everytime they go to a Royals or Chiefs game. $9 to watch the game from nosebleed seats?$10 for far away parking? $20 for a Chiefs game! I won't even mention the concessions!
Guys like Chad Johnson,Terrell Owens, Pac Man Jones,A-ROD, and countless thugs in the NBA, have ruined the pro sports profession! There used to be honor,respect,integrety,and heart to professional sports. No longer! It has been replaced by greed,drugs,alcoholic rages,disrespect for authority,ego feeding,selfishness,and thugs with very little, to no work ethic!
I used to defend pro athletes. Now,lately, I've been re-thinking it! Pro-Sports, is one, of only a handful,of professions,where you can mess up,have really poor work ethic,cause trouble, and still get a pay raise!
There are still a few,who are the exception to the rule,here. But very few! If you are wanting to teach your kids about hard work,integrity,respect, and humility, don't teach them to look at any of the pro athletes today. You teach them all of those qualities!!! Because, as the headline says,today's pro athletes,HAVE NO HEART!!!

As a Seattle native, and rabid Seahawks fan(obviously). I am absolutely curious as to what the hades is Carl Petersen thinking? Getting rid of the heart and soul of the Chiefs defense,Jerrod Allen. And now talks of getting rid of your top recieving threat? And for draft picks? By the time I write this, the deed will probably be done! Tony G, will be a Seahawk, and the Chiefs will face a really good chance of going winless this year! I am also a huge Broncos fan, and somewhat have mixed feelings about this. Let me explain.

Every year, I looked forward to The Chiefs/Broncos match-ups. Because I knew they would be really good battles. Now, even though I look forward to seeing The Chefs losing the games and their dignity. I am very disappointed that the Chiefs have not lived up to par the last few years. True, last year,was the first time that one team has swept the series, in a while. But where I'd love to see the Broncos and the Chiefs meet, is in the playoffs! Where it really means something! I wouldn't  even mind if they played at Arrowhead! That would be an even sweeter victory! But if Carl Petersen is left in charge, this will probably never happen,again!
Carl Petersen is the one who needs to go,KC!!! As an outsider,looking in,he is only going to keep the team down! He is the one, who is soley responsible for the Chiefs never reaching a SuperBowl in the last decade and a half! Save your breath on all of your useless stats, because you can throw all of those in my face, all that you want. But, the fact remains that those fruitless stats,have kept the Chiefs out of the SuperBowl picture, the entire tenure that Carl Petersen has been with the Chiefs!
I have never seen a GM sabotage a professional organization,the way that Petersen has! Given away players, in their prime, for draft busts, or players that are way past their prime! Petersen will never give complete control to a head coach and his staff. And until that happens, the Chiefs will continue to falter! People can say what they want, but Herm Edwards would be an even better coach for KC, if Petersen would just trust his head coach! He didn't completely trust Schottenheimer, and he fired him to cover his own a**! Petersen is responsible for letting Rich Gannon go to the Raiders, and keeping the Rainman of QB's,Elvis Grbac!

If you don't get what I'm saying, I'll just say it!!! So long as Carl Petersen is the Chiefs GM, Kansas City will never see the light of day, of a SuperBowl! And you can take that to the Bank!!! And the Hunt family had better start warming up to that fact! Their blind loyalty to Petersen, is absurdity at it's best!
Fire Carl Petersen!!!!!!! It will be the best move you will ever make Hunt Family!!!

Well....is there? I am very skeptical if there is any! Truthfully! I caused somewhat of an uproar, with a retired law enforcement officer, for my post on the criminal courts and law enforcement snafus! He quickly found out that I wasn't the average, misinformed citizen, he is used to encountering. Still haven't heard back from him on my last two answers! Hmm....wonder if I touched a nerve or two? 
 This one is going to be short and sweet, and to the point. There is very little justice,if any ,in Divorce/Family courts. I was a rarity in being,I am Male, and that I won my case. I have Primary custody of my son. But what about the Fathers that aren't so fortunate? That have a solid case against their irresponsible counterparts(ex-wives,ex-girlfriends,etc)?
 I have more questions, than I do answers to this one, because it puzzles me how Family court judges can sleep well at night,knowing that they have placed numerous kids,in dangerous situations(a mother's boyfriend physically and/or sexually abuses child/children)? And all because of these factors.....
 When I went through my case, I was told, that it didn't matter what your evidence was against your ex-spouse. All that mattered was, who your attorney was/is,how much money you have, and whether or not the judge favors the Mother or Father! I was astonished at hearing this! My attorney had my case moved from judge to judge, until he found a judge that favored the Father. On one hand, I was relieved that he found a judge that was in favor of the Father. On the other hand,aren't judges supposed to be impartial? This appalled me! Little ones lives are at stake,and you basically have to "Shop", for a judge, to suit your needs! Ridiculous!
Just like the Criminal Court System, the Family Court System, has become a business! So long as your attorney, and the courts are getting their cut,they will stay in business! And even in some cases, if the judge doesn't know your attorney, it doesn't matter how much money you have. If your attorney is not well aquainted,or in the same clique as the judge, you might as well have Kermit The Frog, as your attorney!
My post talking about the criminal courts, and this one, should get you enraged! It is sad that people in the justice system(criminal,family,civil),take an oath to up hold the law, and then ignore it, once they are in their field of choice. The Court systems are based on politics and greed. What will be really sad is, there will probably be a few attorneys, and law enforcement officers,maybe a judge or two, that will try to justify their actions, and the court systems actions,here. My answer to them is, do your justifying in the courts, and give people actual justice! My answer to them is DO YOUR JOBS!!! Quit playing politics, and start doing justice and right by the people! Current attorneys,law enforcement agencies, and judges, I challenge you, to fix these very fixable problems! You have a duty to up hold justice! My question to you is, are you going to start?

Do you truly believe the court system is just? Is there really justice for all, in our court systems? If you think so, you might want to think again!

I am all about following the law. I trully believe in consequences for your actions. I have gone to court, for criminal purposes, and for divorce proceedings. Both have very fixable problems.
I had been assaulted by two Independence,Mo police Officers. They showed up, on the pretense, that I was not following a judges orders, regarding my divorce proceedings. They claimed to have a paper signed by the judge presiding over my case in divorce court. It said that my soon to be ex, had temporary custody of our child. That is what the piece of paper said, but it wasn't signed by a judge. I had recieved a mailing from the court, that stated, that the request was denied or over-ruled.
With that said, the Police Officer and his partner, got smart with me, without provocation, when I opened my door, and stepped outside. I shot right back at them, and told them not to disrespect me at my home, or they could leave! They showed me the paper, I said that I wasn't interested in the piece of paper they had. I had spoken to my ex, and had agreed to return my child, at school the following morning. It was 10:30pm, my child was in bed, I wasn't going to get him up!
I must've argued five or six times, back and forth with this officer. I was very obviously irritated at the presence of my ex, there in her car, and wanted her and them to leave. And told them just that! I said that we weren't doing this anymore, turned, and maybe took 2 steps toward my door, and the officer,grabbed me,swung me around into my car, and proceeded to bounce me around like a rag-doll. I must've gotten slammed six or seven times.Twice on my car, and three or four times on my parents car,parked in the drive behind me.
My Mom who was 55 at the time, got knocked down by one of the officers,for taking pictures of everything! He later said in the police report, that my Mom was going for his gun. When the pictures were taken, my Mom was standing at least 20 feet away. Nowhere near either officer. And the pictures proved that! My Mom recieved an undeserved bruised and scraped leg, for taking those pictures.
My right arm was pinned under my body, as they were cuffing me. They kept yelling at me to quit resisting, to put on a good show!(Seen that several times on COPS) I told them that I would give them my other arm, if they let me up. They then lifted me one more time, off of my parents car, and slammed me, then a bright flash, and the next thing I know, I am in the back of an ambulance.
In the aftermath, several of my neighbors had heard their supervisor say that both officers had screwed up, and that they were to not arrest anyone. And they didn't. I was released at the hospital, and not taken to jail. But did get a summons to court for disorderly conduct. Ridiculous!
This is where it gets good! I filed a complaint against those officers,after I obtained a great attorney. Did it help? No! I fought this thing for over a year and a half! I appealed the conviction of disorderly conduct. Still the same results! I got 6 months supervised probation, and the officers.....well the officers got off,scott-free!!! Nothing was ever done to them! Justice everybody!!! And why couldn't they be touched? Most,if not all, law enforcement agencies are protected by something called,"Sovereign Immunity". The way it was explained to me was, that no matter how bad an officer messes up, he or she, cannot be criminally prosecuted! Short of rape or murder,of course! This was told to me by eight or nine different attorneys. I wasn't supposed to know that, but they were enraged by my story, and told me anyway.
I am not a cop hater, by no means! I still have to teach my son to obey the law,respect police officers,teachers,etc. What do those officers teach their kids, if they have any? To lie your way out of trouble? Have no accountability for your wrong doings? Sweep it under the rug, and it'll go away?

I was also told, that unless there is a huge public outrage over a case.Even if all of the evidence in your case indisputibly proves the prosecution/law enforcement is wrong, the judge is going to side with the officers 100% of the time! And you know why? Revenue,Baby!!! Money!!! They can't get paid, unless someone is getting fined!!!

Now, I have forgiven the situation, and the purpose for me writing this was not to bring all of the cop-haters out of the wood-work. You can save your breath! Cuz, I don't want to hear your venom,anyway! I did this, as a means to inform and help just one person, if I can. And maybe, opening everyone's eyes to how courts are really run by our tax-dollars.
Halls of Justice? They should be renamed,"The Halls of Revenue!!!"

I am originally from Seattle,Wa. The PAC-WEST!!! For personal reasons, I moved to the KC Metro area, in June of 1991. My Mom's side of the family lives here. My Dad's, in Seattle. I was 17 years old, when I moved here.
Upon moving here,within about 2 weeks, I made a couple of friends. One day, while outside,with one of these friends, a young black gentleman, happen to walk by. My new "friend", said,"I better go lock my garage,f****n n****** might steal something!" I turned to him, and said,"What's wrong with you?!"
My first impression of the Mid-West, was not a good one. It seemed that racist slurs,are a regular practice in,"Southern Dialogue". This way of speaking, was a huge shock to my system. Upto that point, I had only heard that slur, in the 1988 movie, Mississippi Burning. I was so naive, that I thought that, that absurd vocabulary, died with the 60's.....and that movie. And that way of thinking. Up in Seattle, I had never really been exposed to all of that stupidity.
Speaking to Blacks, Hispanics,Asians, and other "Minorities" Even though I don't condone this way of thinking, what do you do to keep this way of thinking alive? Why do certain people, still think this way? Why can't we get past all of this?
One reason is, you live up to some of the negative stereotypes, that this crowd spits out. You can throw all the ridiculous stats at me, that you want,but I know that I am right on this one.
-Blacks(Africans) According to them, if you are "Black", you listen to nothing but Rap,hip-Hop,R&B,drive around in caddys,are the biggest problem on welfare,next to illegals,because you won't go get a job. Your absentee-Father rate is ridiculously high, and creates a lot of Fatherless black children. These same black children end up being gang-bangers,creating babies themselves and causing a huge problem with crime in America. Especially,black on black crime.And can't learn proper english. Instead, they are taught an improper way of speaking english, called,"Ebonics". And, it's accredited in some schools, of which really is absurd! How much do you think they got right?
-Hispanics. What do you suppose they think about you? Since I am Mexican, I will sound off, alittle more freely on this one. According to them, you do all of the above, and then some. You take jobs away from American workers,run,jump or swim to get here illegally, and avoid taxes,because you are not legal, anyways! You listen to that annoying music, with a lot of horns,don't want to learn english,period!!! And, also contribute heavily to the crime problem in America(gangs,robberies,thefts,etc.) Did they get any of this right? I'm sure I left some stuff out, but I'll move on.
-Now, I really am limited on my knowledge of Asians,Arabs, and other people of different backgrounds and cultures. But I'm sure they have their viewpoints on you!
   How much did they get right? Did I miss anything? How about Affirmative Action? NAFTA? What do you suppose is their opinions are on that, and are they right on that,too?
  I am very possitive, that I will recieve a lot of comments on this one, but remember, choose your words wisely. To those responding to this, I do have indisputable counter-points at the ready, to shootdown any of your numbskulled liberal, or otherwise foolish, comments.

I have been to quite a few places in this country. I am from the West Coast. Namely, Seattle,Wa. I have driven in these places. And who would figure, that the most moronic drivers, would be right here in Kansas City?! WOW!!! Imagine that! Let me give you a few examples of the traffic psychosis, I have encountered.
You come to a four way stop. Whoever gets there first, goes through first,right? Wrong!!! Evidently,Kansas Citians have never seen four way stops,so they just stop......and wait to see what happens next! I'll tell you, and then you can pass it on to the rest of your group,Okay?! The vehicle that gets there first, goes through the four way stop first! Oh! But to add to the confusion, let me just tell ya, if two cars get there at the same time, the vehicle on the right gets to go first! Okay? Okay!
Now!!! How many of you deprived Mid-West drivers ever stopped on the end of an on-ramp? Anyone? I know you're lying, because you are all over the place!!! If you did that where I come from, you'd get launched 150 feet!!! Now!!! To solve this problem......YOU MERGE!!!!!!!!!
People who don't like to let other people in, in heavy traffic, were just deprived of love, when they were younger. When they flip you off, just offer them a scooby snack, and all will be well!!!
For real, those of you who race to the front of traffic, to only come to a screaching halt at the end of a traffic jam,get over yourselves!!! If you let in people who have their blinkers on, signaling their intent, you just might prevent a traffic jam or shorten one. I've seen it happen! TRUST ME!!!
