I feel sorry for Casey and her family. A true miscarriage of justice is happening here. Casey is totally innocent of any aand all charges. How, you say? Read the constitution. The media is causing all her rights to be violated by speculation and possibly false stories. The simple minded people of Orlando is eating it up and causing problems for that poor neighborhood. The media circus needs to leave, the idiot protestors need to leave(all they want is their ugly faces on the news). What makes this worse is the simple minded people dont realize is if and when Casey goes to trial it is going to cost them a fourtune because the courts will have to move the trial to another part of this state if not out of state.

Everyday when you come on this blog site you find at least 5 or more new blogs about Casey Anthony. Enough is enough, people have a right to your opinion but all these blogs are getting sickening and boring.
Heres my opinion, Casey is innocent. Why? She hasent been to court and proven guilty by a jury of her peers. Casey is the only one who knows what happened to her daughter and all the redorick here doesnt change that.
So people get a life and let the courts do their job. Move on, there are more important things to worry about. The more important things are: flooding due to the rising river, the up comming presidental election, higher cost of living, lack of funding for our schools, etc.
Thank-you its just my opinion.

My son bought a Harley and had it financed through Harley Davidson Credit. He received his monthly statements and paid the payments on time. When he was able to pay off the loan, early, he paid the ammount shown on the statements under loan balance. After a month goes by and he never received the title, we inquired into why. They told us that even though the balance shown on the statement was the principal balance he still owed $400.00 in interest and that they dont show that or tell you until after the fact.Needless to say he was forced into paying the extra in order to receive the title.

I dint know about the rest of you but personally I feel the phone conversations are NOT public records. The jail has no business releasing them to the media and the media should not be airing them on the news. The constitution states we have a right to a fair trial by a jury of our peers and with all the things being released to the media they are violating Caseys rights. People are forming opinions and it will be hard to seat a jury if and when she goes to trial.
On the same note, with all the media coverage it is getting very boring hearing the same thing over and over. It is a shame when you have an hour news cast and almost 40 minutes are dedicated to the same story told by several different reporters.
The media has a saying, We have a right to know. Yes we do but in all actuality do we have a Need to know? Not really. Give the girl a break and let the law enforcement people do their job and if and when a trial is necessary then Casey can have a fair trial without peoples opinions getting in the way or costing taxpayers more money because they would have to move the trial somewhere else because they cant seat a jury here.

Why cant Hillary Clinton just grow up and quit being such a cry baby? At least she is getting some of her wish with the half delegate decision. Something is better than nothing. Or is it she is just that spoiled little rich _itch that always got what she wanted and now in the grown up world it isnt just about her.
What do you guys think?

What Kind of world do we live in when a convicted felon can run a fast food joint.
Recently a manager of a fast food joint off the corner of Mason Ave. and U.S.1 was fired because of an article printed in the local paper claiming he stole items and money from the school board but in lue of being prosecuted he was able to pay the money back and resign. At that same location a convicted felon on probation he is the General manager of the store. He was convicted of Grand Theft over $100,000 but yet he passed the same background check the other guy passed. The Company Claim that there is nothing they can do about the general manager because he passed the background check the first time, but yet they fired the guy that was never convicted of anything because of an article.
Is there something we can do about this....i understand that this is a right to work state but is it fair for one guy to get fired over something he wasn't convicted for and a guy who was convicted to keep his job....i don't want to hurt anyone but whats fair is fair and he can't say that its false because his name and picture if on file with the department of corrections.
THIS IS A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL BLOG SINCE THE AUTHOR DELETED ALL RESPONCES AND NOW WILL NOT LET ANYONE RESPOND. MY RESPONCE TO THIS IS, AT LEAST THE CONVICTED FELON IS WORKING AND WILL MOST LIKELY NEVER COMMITT ANOTHER CRIME. AS FAR AS FAIR IT DEPENDS ON WHO YOU ASK.

With all the hoopla about the Orange County School Board and the time swap, the one complaint I hear the most is about middle schooler being at the bus stop while its dark. Well then the parents have to be parents and think about the kids not themself. If it means going to bed a little earlier so they can get up with their kids and escort them to the bus stop then they should do that. Be a parent and be there with your kid.
When I was growing up and going to school my mother was up before us kids and instead of us having an alarm clock she woke us up. She made sure we were properly dressed and had a good breakfast and sent us off to school. Then she would do her thing and go to work. While my kids were/are in school I do the same. It makes me feel more comfortable knowing I am there in the morning for them if they need it. I also take my daughter to the bus stop every morning and sit there until the bus comes.
When I was in high school I had a Part-Time job and didnt have to be there until after school let out which was at 4:00pm. The boss knew this and didnt have a problem with it. My son when he was in HS had a job and he didnt start until 4:30 or 5:00 so there are jobs that work around school times. Besides school is more important than work.
So in conclusion you whinning parents grow up and be parents to your kids not friends. To the kids quit your complaining and learn to accept what life deals out to you.

In todays world the term "Political Correctness" goes against Patriotism. If a person was born and raised in the United States they are an American. Why add to the title when it is not required. When I was a kid I knew a family that came from South Africa and they were white. To them and others I know they are Africian American since they became U.S. citizens. My Great Grandmother and my Grandfather came from Germany so they were German Americans. However my Father and I were born here in the U.S. so we are Americans. My wife was born and raised in New York city so she is an American even though her family came from Puerto Rico. She even admits that I am right on that subject. To label a person is wrong especially if the label is incorrect. My wife and I have a joke with our kids that when they fill out an application they can check both white and hispanic because they fit into both categories as the terms are used today. The same can be said for couples that are black and white. I say we get rid of ALL labels and use the term RACE correctly. HUMAN RACE.

Sometimes I wonder why we elected the people who are running our country or state. None of them understand basic economics. Here is an example ( to quote a tv comercial) so easy a caveman can do it.
A TREE
You want to cut a tree down safely so as to avoid hitting any houses or other personal property. To accomplish this you start at the top and trim down to where the rest can safely cut. When you start at the bottom then the whole tree falls and hopefully nothing gets damaged.
This example can be applied to budget cuts. When you start at the bottom you are taking a chance of everything falling apart. If our leaders were to start at the top and work their way down then alot more would be saved and the actual working person can be saved.

Entertainment
Well its Sunday morning and today is the last day foe Leesburg Bikefest. I have been to Bikeweek when I was younger and bikeweek was all about the motorcycle races back then. Now it has grown up to be a special week of fun and activities for all bike enthusiets. Then comes Leesburg, I have never been before but I was there Saturday. It was great. The best part is seeing all the people that have a common interest like riding bikes getting together and having a good time. From what I saw, just like Bikeweek, it doesnt matter who you are, where you are from, what your skin color is, or what nationality, or even what type of bike you ride, its all about having a good time. The weather was great, made for a nice ride from Sanford, the music and entertainment was great, good food, and yes there was beer. But the best part was everyone was enjoying the day and I saw no problems, fights or anyone breaking the law. Great job Leesburg.
Now for my question, when is Sanford going to have theirs? All the money spent at the vendors, the permits issued to vendors, and money spent elsewhere would be a great help to the city and county with the budjet cuts.

When we lived in Kissimmee my kids went to Thacker Ave Elementary. They were experimenting back then with the school uniform policy. To all the parents who are whining about the uniforms, they are cheaper than buying designer cloths, the kids get ready for school faster since they dont have to worry about what to wear, the kids pay attention to the classroom lessons being taught instead of what someone else is wearing, and most of all there are no disruptions due to improper cloths being worn.
When my parents went to school in New York they had school uniforms. When I went to school we had a strict policy on what was acceptable to wear. It seems to me we learned more and paid attention to the administrators and if you didnt you were disiclipned. Today parents cry about self expression and costs. Well self expression doesnt mean that wearing a uniform will stop that, the kids will still be able to express themselves in the manner for which they are in school, to get an education not outdress the other. Again the cost of the school uniforms were cheaper than regular cloths. We were able to buy 6-7 days worth of uniforms verses 3-4 days worth of designer or regular cloths.
The real problem here is the kids are telling the parents what to do not the parents being parents and telling the kids what to do. I know there is no instruction manual on how to be a parent but lets use common sence, as the parent you are the boss not the kids. Also the next lesson is about the authority figure, the school administratiors are the boss not the kids. Thats what the real problem in this world today especially with our youth, they have no RESPECT and its the parents fault for not teaching it or enforcing it.

Everyone talks about the oil companies and the high price of gas. What about banks? Banks are a big business too and when they have your money they can hold it hostage. Northern Trust Bank in Vero Beach has a trust fund that belongs to me, and insted of giving the money I need they would rather see me loose everything I own in order for them to make more money off of mine. Earlier this week I received a letter stating they were raising their fees on all accounts and I told them I need the money that I have to pay off bills to save myself money in the long run by not paying interest. Their responce was no that they would not send it and it looks like they are only interested in what they can make and not in my needs. Just like all other big business they are only interested in the bottom line and dont care about the little guy.
