Hi boys and girls: Your old pal FloydFreak here. Since your good friend has decided to invade the relatively tranquil waters of Orlando with his inimitable brand of turbulence, I have decided to come back to my home turf - subject to some rules of my own making:

First off, any of you that know me know to whom I refer. Believe me when I tell you that you all (one individual notwithstanding) are a fine lot indeed. I have enjoyed exchanging thoughts and witticisms with you since 19 July, 2006 - or for those of you in Rio Linda (or Mulberry), nearly two years.

My rules are quite simple actually:

1) This one particular individual will not be permitted to reply to my posts. Yes, call me a blog N@zi but I will NOT carry on any sort of communication with this individual whatsoever. He has, time and again, demonstrated that he cannot disagree in a civil manner - not just with me but with others on these boards. Any comments that he leaves will be summarily deleted. (BTW: Go ahead, pal. Reply tomorrow because I will be at a trade show all day then I will be taking a red-eye back to Florida. But rest assured that you'll be gone by the time that I log on Friday am after I get home).

2) I will not comment on posts by ANYONE if this individual has commented on same.

Pretty simple, huh? Again, I enjoy discourse with all of you - yes, even the sadly misguided amongst you - because everyone here, save for this one individual. conducts themselves with courtesy, decorum, and professionalism.

I shall be looking forward to picking up where we left off.

P.S.: How much is gas in Florida now? Regular seems to be averaging around $3.85 in Seattle. BTW: Cool city even if it is "lib central". I did see a city bus with a banner ad for a local talk radio station advertising "Rush Hour". So there ARE some people with a modicum of intelligence out here.

Bout bloody time! I dont know why you just dont delete this person every time you see them. Problem solved then. I know how some people can be a little annoying in here. Sometimes, it's not their content but their manner of delivery. In any case, dont wonder off again or we'll GPS yer butt!*lol*

BTW, you are coming back, just in time to take over while I'm in England. Leaving a week from now and wont be back till the 11th. Try not to nuke anyone until I get back!*LMAO*

I knew you'd miss us too much to stay gone forever.

w/your new rules does that mean we won't have to watch you fall off the deep-end again? That post detailing your whereabouts during the course of the day in case 'you know who' wanted to step up and get some of you was something to behold. I'm glad you deleted it (and a few others) before everyone saw it and wondered wth was up w/FloydFreak. Afterall, it's only the internet and who knew a few crass insults would drive you over the edge in such a flamboyant way? I sure didn't.

Are you going to keep to "FloydFreak"? Or will the multiple names start again? Honestly, keeping up w/'you know who's' multiples is challenge enough.

Perhaps w/your new rules we can avoid another lockdown since you won't be trying to slay 'you know who'? Good. Sometimes it's best to just ignore those that get under your skin. "Consider the source", if you will ;)

Enjoy some of that great Seattle coffee while you're there.

So the Boog'Army of One'Man got banished? Well FloydFreak, if you are only responsible for the one other screen name you copped to, that sheds new light on things. It's the Boogyman! Or is he you too? Or Hawkeye perhaps? :) I'm so confused.

I'm sorry I would ever think you'd take on so many different personalities and make yourself look so desperate. BoogMan didn't do your cause much good. Not the way for a comrade to watch your back. But, wth do I know.

My big sister lives in Oregon. That explains her problem.... ;)

Freak, I support your decision. Sometimes ya just gotta do what ya gotta do. I am not a fan of deleting blog comments either, but sometimes "Free Speech" just slips into "Free Spewing" in our blog land. Said culprits, have caused their own "Delete Demise".....

I wish them much happiness in the Abyss of delete silence..............

I feel like I've just read a Harry Potter book with all the "you know who's". Anyway so glad you're back. Life isn't fun w/out you!!

Freedoms of speech goes two way. You have the freedom to speak and I have the freedom not to listen. So HA!

"Someone" thought that I was kidding, I guess. You will notice that I was not. I figured that after 24+ hours with no internet access (red-eye back from Pac NW), the smell would have permeated - and it had. But it's gone now.

Friends (they know who THEY are - so do I), thanks so much for the warm welcome. It is YOU folks that make this a worthwhile use of one's time. (Yes, I'm sucking up to you just like I did a month or so ago to the folks at Fox 13).

Adversaries (who sometimes operate under the guise of friendship), you guys always make it interesting. I mean, how much fun would it BE if everyone agreed with me 100 percent of the time?

Re: my friend, Boog...he got the sh!t end of the stick if you ask me. Your "boy" deserved the boot far more than did Boog (I believe that Boog's offending post got the heave-ho before I could see it). Reprehensible in my book. Hence the reason why I have stated (and demonstrated) that I will have nothing to do with the likes of him. You guys can feel free to wallow in the mud with him, but not this kid.

There's that 'my' boy again. Ya sound like Hawkeye. My only 'boy' (if you will) is my husband. Tho, he's my man. He ain't no boy. ;)

Boogster, you stirred the pot and it reflected back upon FloydFreak whether you meant for it to or not. Good to see you weren't permanently banished.

Perhaps y'all should ignore 'my boy' since he seems to get under y'alls skin and your dealing with him the way you guys have doesn't do your 'cause' any good.

No need to be sorry about my feelings because they aren't hurt. It's the internet. I try to be impervious to insults. Tho I am guilty of joining in the clusterphluck from time to time. Apap has to remind me now and then to not feed those Trolls. Entertaining as it can be.

Well you know the thing about multiple screen names. Once you take one, assumptions open up. Sometimes wrongly so when more than one person has MPS going on.

Hey boogster, don't leave on my account. It has been entertaining these past few months. Watching how each side reacts to the other. I do agree that some on both sides could stand better manners. But that's when the interaction gets interesting and even more entertaining.

Tho, we should all remember that kids may surf here (to learn about current events) and should try to keep it fairly clean. But, that's just my peabrained opinion and wth do I know anyway?

Nor is he worth mine. That is why I had to spend a half hour this morning deleting his comments from this post. I made it perfectly clear that I want nothing to do with him. Please see rule #1 above.

I am your normal, middle-class, "working Joe". But I am also a capitalist and believe that nothing good comes from socialistic entitlement programs. I believe in hunting down and killing terrorists like the little rats that they are (except that that statement is denigrating to rats). I grew up in a very conservative household and was fortunate enough to have had a conservative American Government teacher (a retired US Army colonel) who helped to show me the "right" way. Are there things that I would like to change? Absolutely. But NOT the kind of "change" being espoused by Hillarock Obaminton. I have lived in Florida for forty of my forty-eight years. I've been a big Pink Floyd fan since my teen years hence the moniker, FloydFreak. My friends call me Freak, Floyd, and FF. The libs call me a neocon. I wear that badge proudly. Please note that I enjoy engaging in spirited discussion - even with those with whom I disagree. There are a number of individuals on these boards whom I respect even if I DO think that they're out of touch with reality. Please note also that I do not tolerate personal attacks on my character. If you think that I'm full of BLEEP, you have the right to say so. But drag my character into the gutter and expect retaliation in kind with FloydFreak's own brand of sarcasm.
