FloydFreak's Blog

This is exactly what Barack Obama intends to do if (when?) elected president. He wants to "sit down" with Iminneedofjihad along with leaders of other terrorist states and non-states (i.e., Hamas). "Negotiating" with these entities lends legitimacy to their very existence and further weakens the U.S.'s stance amongst them and other nations in the region.

REFUSING to negotiate lets them know that we mean business. Of course, George Bush is being resoundingly chastised for insinuating that BO plans to play in the sandbox with our enemies; but that is EXACTLY what Obama wants to do.

This is analogous to blogging with certain unnamed bloggers. Refusing to acknowledge them works to "de-legitimize" them. Not that they are legitimate in the first place.

Bush's policies and ways are working real well.

Be nice.

An opinion to which you are entitled Freak.

I'll agree with erik, the proof is in the pudding and the pudding is rotten.

Dick and Dumb have the greatest failed foreign policy and relationship with ALL other governments in the world (friend and foe) of all times.

Miserable failure does not BEGIN to describe their "tough guy" diplomacy.

If you and I have a disagreement and the consensus is that I am real punk ass jerk, should you solve the problem by refusing to talk to me?

If dialogue offers hope for you help me mend my ways and cooperate, what's to lose?

Diplomacy requires communication and why Dumbo the Depraved Diplomat can't grasp that, I don't understand.

YD: Your boy does not understand rules, does he?

I agree wholeheartedly that the US's foreign policy has been pretty much a failure.

However, I assert that it is our failure - and I further assert that this is due to the policies of the LEFTIST weenies - to fight this war the way it NEEDS TO BE FOUGHT. And that is...TO WIN.

We CAN win and SHOULD win. Diplomacy does not work with animals that know no sense of reason or decency.

The same can be said about dealing with your boy.

It is impossible to reason with a nut-case. And "I'm a Dumb Jihad" is as nutty as a fruitcake. Reasoning with him would be like attempting to reason with a stone wall.

The message is with not dealing with you or the rest of your fried-brain nincompoops. Talking doesn't get you anywhere when dealing with a nut.

Exactly leaheryn,
Talking has gotten nowhere with Bush.
So let's try him, and when found guilty, hang him.

Floyd, your right also
Diplomacy has never worked for the nut case in the White House. That's not his way.

Let me guess...you want to try Bush for "lying". Am I right or am I right? Or is he guilty of waging a "war for oil" to fatten his and Cheney's wallets?

Your shrill talking points are straight out of the lib play book. Let's fry Bush for (a) the war, (b) for trampling on our rights, or (c) for trashing our economy, or (d) all of the above. Old stuff, my friend. And, hey, guess what? BUSH AIN'T RUNNING AGAIN! You and Yellowdog should get together for beers next January 29th.

Hey, I just got back from three days in Seattle. No shortage of Bush-bashers out there.

Floyd,

Remember back in Desert Storm when these left leaning boobs said we only wanted to take away the oil fields from Kuwait and Iraq? What did we do? We let Iraq off with a hand slap and we rescued the oil for Kuwait! Yeh we just wanted to keep it! *lol*

They will never learn Floyd! Just as Obama hasn't learned you dont negotiate with the terrorist and despots of this world.

Left leaning boobs?

Am I missing something?

Did not Bush 1 (I'm no wussie) and the great American Hero, Colin Powell make that decision?

President Obama would have kicked ass.

The Republicans are the one's who let Saddam off the hook.

YD - it's called selective memory.

It's not selective in any way. I never said I agreed with not kicking Saddam out back then either! We should have done it when we had the chance! What I said was, the "left leaning BOOBS", all said we were just there in 1991 to take and keep the oil fields! In this case, when I say LLB, I mean all those people protesting Desert Storm. Seems your memory is as selective as you think mine is.

By the way, President Obama would have tried to talk with Saddam first and ask him why he took the Kuwaiti oil fields. *LMAO*

If we do indeed go into Iran, say hello to a Draft.

That will get people's attention. No FortunateSons/Daughters this time if Charles Rangel has his way.

We had a draft when Dumbo disappeared into the hills of Arkansas and missed his chance to be a hero, he became a service dodging ZERO.

At least Clinton was a draft dodger legally.....Warthog the War Evading Wombat relied on his daddy to keep ,his bacon out of the fire.

What a sorry little creep.

I am your normal, middle-class, "working Joe". But I am also a capitalist and believe that nothing good comes from socialistic entitlement programs. I believe in hunting down and killing terrorists like the little rats that they are (except that that statement is denigrating to rats). I grew up in a very conservative household and was fortunate enough to have had a conservative American Government teacher (a retired US Army colonel) who helped to show me the "right" way. Are there things that I would like to change? Absolutely. But NOT the kind of "change" being espoused by Hillarock Obaminton. I have lived in Florida for forty of my forty-eight years. I've been a big Pink Floyd fan since my teen years hence the moniker, FloydFreak. My friends call me Freak, Floyd, and FF. The libs call me a neocon. I wear that badge proudly. Please note that I enjoy engaging in spirited discussion - even with those with whom I disagree. There are a number of individuals on these boards whom I respect even if I DO think that they're out of touch with reality. Please note also that I do not tolerate personal attacks on my character. If you think that I'm full of BLEEP, you have the right to say so. But drag my character into the gutter and expect retaliation in kind with FloydFreak's own brand of sarcasm. Keep it civil and we'll get along fine. To those of you that see good in America and want the OPPORTUNITY for prosperity for all - and do not just seek to soak it to "the rich", I say God bless you. And God bless America!
