Paris Hilton too sick to serve time in Jail

Are you surprised at this turn of events? Paris is out of jail because of "medical concerns".
Jail officials say, "Not an early release, a reassignment." I wonder how many of the thousands of regular inmates get this type of treatment.

It'll be interesting to find out what her "illness" is. Some are saying that Paris refused to eat the jail food and therefore there was concern for her health. Others say, she was suffering psychologically because she couldn't deal with being in jail.
Whatever the reason, it certainly appears like she got special treatment.

Common Gina , you know as well as I do the jail's liability was in jeopardy they would have sued if she had gotten a sliver !!!!!

there is no "illness" she does not like small places and somehow, someway her lawyer cut a deal and that is just wrong.

My own thoughts about this is that she should have done no time and here is why. Her Publicist admitted publically that he instructed her that she could drive. If that is the case and taking into account that she just signs papers and trusts people around her such as him, than she should have perhaps gotten maybe originally a 10 day house arrest, community service and perhaps her publicist as well. The Judge was too excessive in doing this.

What Paris really needs is a good friend who is not interested in her money or anything else to mentor her, in fact that goes for Brittany, Lindsey and Ricci as well. They actually need serious guidance.

It is so very sad that the town of Ingrid Bergman, John Wayne, Henry Fonda (Not Jane) and others has fallen so low.

Like I said, this industry of entertainment needs serious restructuring to fix a great many social issues it has degraded. Paris fall is not necessarily her own, but from a very broken and wicked system that is getting worse.

Here I have gone on and on about other people breaking the law, just so that the most priviledged among us, walks right over the law and spits on all good and lawful. Shame Shame to all of you that dissed our justice system and broke my hope of a better tomorrow.
It will be GOD you will have to ansewer to for your cowardly injustice!

i'm not surprised she got out of jail early. i'm surprised she was there for longer then a day. for a dumb blonde, paris is pretty smart. she found a way to screw the system, and make them all look like idiots. for that i give paris her kudos.

i'm not really angry at paris for getting away with what she did, i'm just angry at everyone else for allowing her to get away with what she did.

if i ever go to jail, i'll be sure to tell them that i have the same sickness that paris had. they might let me get house arrest too.

Well Debbie, like I said in the other blog,
I'm a LATIN BRUNETTE and I thought she would serve her WHOLE 23 DAYS! so I guess it was me and others like me that are the "DUMB" ones huh? lol.
Don't take offense dear, I don't think he meant it like that. But.....samo, your on your own.
Can't we all just get along and enjoy our common ground? (the Paris bashing)

i'm actually happy for paris. glad she made a fool of the police dept. and everything associated with the police dept. i hope this is a start of a major change in how things work there.

let's face it memory joe. when i think of a blonde hair girl on tv, i think of a kelly bundy type. i didnt make up the sterotype. mostly all these girl running around getting in trouble in hollywood are blondes. britney, paris, nicole(fake blonde). don't blame me for the stereotype. blame the media. i don't think it's racist at all. just how i feel. but if you like, i'll use the word bimbo. it means the same thing pretty much except adding a slut to it. so it's even worse. i never brought the race card on you when you thought it was ok to beat up a bunch of latin america/ mexican people during the meelee.

I know some girls that didn't eat in jail because they didn't like it and lost weight because of it. They didn't get special treatment. How are we going to teach our children the diff between right and wrong if all you need is money to get your way... right or wrong.
When I heard it on the news my jaw dropped. guess I should have seen it coming but I didn't, my BAD...
Guess you can use the "Paris Express" jail card when sentenced to jail see if the judge doesn't add more time for being a smart ass.
The young people of Hollywood have their own set of rules. You don't even have to be 21 to drink in Bars and why isn't anyone taking that into consideration. oh yea, forgot "own set of rules"
