Numbers can and ARE manipulated to say whatever you want..You can SAY that America is the Poorest nation on EARTH if you redefined "Poor Americans" as those making $200,000 or less a year..THAT'S what OBAMA is trying to do with his Tax proposals..The Democrats,,in trying to EXPAND the SCHIP Program,,redefined "Poor and Disadvantaged Children" to include 24 year old adults making $80,000 a Year..The HIGHLY Publicized !00,000 Death Count in Iraq is based on,, NOT an ACTUAL body count but a Poll taken of some 2500 Iraqis who wre asked a series of CAREFULLY manipulated questions..

Like I said..You can make the numbers SAY what you want and IF you have trouble doing THAT,,Just CHANGE the Numbers to suit your Needs like Clinton did with his administration and Gore is doing today with his Gorebal Warming Scam.....
