Are you f..... kidding me. Poor baby!!! Shame on the judge for even hearing such a stupid motion. He wants to complain about the size of the room..guess what you are in jail not at the country club. How would you like to change places with the guy you hurt??? I think the judge should give him more time because it is obivious that he is not sorry at all. His mother should be ashamed of buying into that crap and treating him like he is three years old and getting his balloon taken away. My grandson takes his punishment better that him. Grow Up..

I'LL tell you one thing. IF that judge listens to that crap just because he's a HOGAN there is something seriously wrong with our system !NO ONE else would dare to complain about being in their except poor little Nickey baby. What I don't get is WHY are these lawyers even putting up with listening to this garbage in the first place? If they change his sentence this baby brat is NOT gonna learn a darn thing except what he's always learned. Being a Hogan makes you so special. Mommy had better cut that cord and stop kissing his spoiled brats butt.IF she was any kind of mother she would be telling him to sit there and shut up and be glad you aren't in a room with John. NOT HER. Nope! She's gonna sit there and BABY talk to him. Oh you poor thing my a**! I really hope that judge LEAVES hin right where he is cause if I was the judge I would tell him point blank "If you come in here and bother me with this crap again I'm gonna add another 8 months little fella!" That would be SOOOOO FUNNY!!! Can you say BOO hoo Nickey baby?

I say put him in the general population. Once the big bad men get ahold of that pretty boy in the shower room, he'll be whining to go right back into solitary.

Anyway does anyone think maybe John would like a shorter "sentence" too? Little Baby Nicky put big buddy John into a life sentence but it doesn't seem the Hogan's care very much about that. Mama Hulk should be ashamed of herself for indulging her baby boy in this way. They get zero sympathy from me!!

I am quite certain that the general population guests registered at Hotel Pinellas are amused, and now are anxiously waiting to make acquaintance with Nicholas on July 27th and to help him celebrate his birthday!

Seems to me a more overwhelming mental anguish would have occured with regard to what he did to his friend. Mental anguish, my @$$. Right on the heels of his complaints of his eensy-teensy room.

I bet right now, somewhere in New York City, some landlord is charging $1,000 a month rent for a similarly sized space.

agree with the basis of what everyone is saying..except one major thing..nicky boy is the way he is due to the way he has been raised by his mommy and daddy.its not all on nicky.they condoned the behaviour,possibly even promoting it.did u guys hear mommy on the tape? she sickens me more than nicky..it was all abt her!it made me sick!children are a reflection of their parents..their upbringing.i dont excuse nicky at all.i just think mommy and daddy ought to have a cell in the same location as their son.they are just as responsible!that whole family is in need of some serious reality checks..ITS NOT ALL ABT YOU !

What really disgust me the most about this bunch of morons is the lack or remorse that they show for what has happened to John. To hear Nicks mom using that poor little baby voice to talk to Nick makes me sick. What about what her spoiled brat son did to John? Not even Nick seems to care about what he did and that's just really sick. It's all about how small his cell is and how it's smaller than his bathroom at home. I have NEVER heard any of them even comment on how John is doing or any concern about him at all. These people are some of the most self centered, selfish jerks I have ever seen. They are only worried about TWO things. How small Nicks cell is and how soon can they start making a new show. Disgusting !!!

Oh my yes!! How can we not see how much Linda Hogan is suffering here. Oh the poor lady. Let's see here. One the one side we have poor little Nick in his cell that is way to small walking and bit***ng about everything he can find to open his mouth about and whining about EVERYTHING. AND A POOR MOTHER THAT CAN'T TOUCH HER SON FOR A WHOPPING 8 MONTHS. Then on the other side we have John. In a hospital bed with tubes and wires and unable to walk and talk and open his eyes and carry on a conversation about ANYTHING and a mother that can see and touch her son but he has no clue that the world even exisist. But Linda is the one that is suffering. YEAH RIGHT!!** DOUBLE BARF**

I think the lawyers dropped the ball on this one.... they should have used the "I'm to pretty defense" then he would be free to roam and do as he pleases..... but seriously, I think the judge should sentence him to 8 months serving in Iraq on the front line. Let him call home to mommy then....

Obviously certain people think their occupation gives them the know all to lay down judgement or diagnose others simply because they're a "doctor" or "lawyer".It's clear people are sick and tired of how certain people live by the law and others balk at it and feel so wronged when handed a harsh sentence or what seems to be harsh.Terry and Linda Bollea deserve to occupy a cell next to sonny boy for condoning and allowing such irresponsible behavior and acting like they have been wronged.Anybody that sympathizes with these scumbags truly needs a reality check.

Put him on a CHAIN-Gang ,along the Interstate in Georgia .
