i am barely getting this whole blogging thing...and somehow i busted my blog!

so i guess we were out of service for a while, but we're back up and running, and today i have nothing to say...or atleast anything that i think would be of interest....i could tell you about taking my daughter to dance class....or taking the twins to the petting zoo...or getting to spend a great weekend with my husband....but i'll save that for my mom!

so tell me what you want to talk about!

Hmmm...what do I want to talk about? Why this town is stiffing every good artist out there and hiring foreigners instead of local people. Why the very folks in high production scream about unemployment, but are the first to not just leave the state, but the country they are portraying.

Lisa, you seem like a sweet and sharp person and you come from a part of California I used to travel by, five times a year a while back. But this industry is broken and its going downhill with many folks in this country, who honestly are learning to tune out of movies and tv shows and live a better life. In other words, many folks are not happy with their entertainment. It needs to be fixed in many ways that it is not.

Now Hollywood is made up of tens of thousands of good folks like yourself, but the system, the way things are done could be greatly streamlined to get American talent up top and providing their artistic materials and labor, much better than is being done. Its great to have a good family, even greater when one can earn a good living providing for them, and that is my point exactly. The big folks in this town have ignored great talents far too long and shunned them for everything that goes against America and her people. Locals should have jobs too, and recognition and no I don't mean myself, but many others I know...

Hi Lisa, i just thought, maybe since your leaving it a open topic if you can answer a few questions. I hope you can answer them. I know you’re a busy person.

1. What kind of music are you into? How did you get into it? What kind of music do you dislike? Why do you dislike it?

2. When you’re busy with work, your kids or your husband, what do you like to do on your spare time? Do you have any hobbies?

3. What are some of your favorite films?

4. Who is your best friend at work?

5. If you were to wake up in brad pitt's body what would be the first thing you would do in his body? Would you pretend to be him, or would try to get your own body back?

6. From all the famous people you have met, who were you most excited to meet?

7. What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you on air?

8. How do you find all of these shops around town for your Lisa’s L.A. segment?

9. What do you do when you meet fans out in public? Do you stay and chat with them and sign autographs, or do you try to avoid them like the plague?

10. I know you don't report much out in the public, but when you do, and you know there are some wise guys in the background doing something idiotic, are you the type to get mad about it, or just roll with it and have a good time?

Losers, Nuts, and creeps, that's the type of people you will get who actually take the time to create, respond, or identify to a blog.

But that's OK!

We all fit into noe catagoy or another.

Be carefull and don't get sucked into the "Black Hole" of blogging here on Fox.

If you do you may be spit out on the other end of the blogging hole and end up on some other cheesy cheap network like ABC.

I definately fall into the "Nut" catagory.

But at least I admit it.

I agree Latinawoman , I would hope you don't think of all us bloggers that way, sometimes its just really nice people who would like to be heard , or change life for the better from united opinions,(not a black hole,.) I just started blogging when Imus went crazy. It was nice to know people agree with that too. Read some blogs most people are just like you Lisa,just nice people.

hey guys,
thanks for chimming in.
responding to a couple things, my little boy ben has one week to go with the cast on, i can't believe it's been five weeks...he's doing so great he can crawl with it now, and pull himself to standing, and walk if he's holding your hand...but i always think how bless i am that this wasn't anything more...and myheart constantly goes out to the angels and saints who have children they help each day with disabilities that won't get better once a cast is off.
i interview holly robinsen pette yesterday for the web extra interview, boy she is amazing, and it's always fun to catch up with her, she was a great source of inspiration and support for what i should do after i had my twins...but up until yesterday i never knew her boy twin was autistic...check out the interview here on the web, she is a tireless supporter and fundraiser for all types of things, and a true example of how if you love what you do you can find the energy and time in a day to be both a mom/wife/and working actress/fundraiser...truely amazing.
as for some of your other questions right now i pretty much work and spend time with the twinsand my husband...i am the luckiest girl alive...most of our activities surround the kids right now, today after work is their little gym class which is fun because we go with a group of kids and moms that have all bonded together since our babies were just several months old.
i have a shoot for a story i have to head out for now, it's about this little place in pasadena that makes all it's own soap all organic that type of stuff...look for

Lisa hope your all doing well,the sun is out its a beautiful day and, my daughter is graduating from college fri. I'm so nervous, she'll be a R.V.T. Kids are so wonderful!!! She makes me such a proud mom . I hope your family is better and mom power to you Lisa don't forget about you , I loved that children's book 5 min. peace !!!

I'm sorry about your son's problem. Your right at least its something a cast can take care of. I have faternal twins like you. They are grown now but I remember the days when I could not remember my name. I could not wait for them to walk, talk and go to school. Those things seemed to happen so fast. I wonder where did the time go. Enjoy them while they are little.

Its me Jules....you granted me my first national interview on GoodDAY LIVE, after American Idol season 1. We went live from the LA LAKER championship parade in June of 2002 in Downtown LA. Paula Abdul was filling in for Jillian.

ya my pc was down for a while but i got it fixed cd burner to. did you see that fire on tusday? it was near my house i notice dark black smoke i saw out of my kitchen winow i go oh crap another fire?. i knew it was some kind of plant on fire gusss i was right im just due east of the fire near colton. lisa your cute that was my high school sweet harts name too too bad she is dateing some one
