i don't think paris likes the idea of everyone trying to get video footage of her when she has hit rock bottom. i doubt anyone would. but many viewers are loving it. they feel like she's a rich snob that has had everything just handed to her. so the idea of watching her suffer is great. i don't really care if you guys cover it or not. i'm not on her side, or against her. i'm more angry at the special treatment that she's getting from the sheriff. i also think it sucks for her because she got the whole 45 day sentence after the judge said 23 days. but i thought it was a horrible idea to let her be under house arrest. her house is a grown up play ground. that's not a punishment, that's a dull vacation.

don't feel bad covering this lisa b. just go in, do your job, and give the people what you think they want.

I don't think so samo, I think most people are sick of all this. What they are loving is the fact that it has been proven that EVERYONE can be held accountable. EVEN THE RICH!

Honestly the entire socialite scene is to blame, and that is the result of an entertainment complex in this country filled with illegal drugs and booze.

She was claiming to suffer from a Staff infection that she "claims" to have received the moment she walked in there. My mother is an inmate in the same jail and her bunk mate is both HIV positive and suffers from Hepatitis C. If my mother has to live in the same cell as her for 6+ months...then Paris can stay in her little cell separated from all other inmates (because she was) for a messily 23 days. I'm outraged by this and it make me sick that "Hollywood" or the spooks people for the media are claiming her sentence was too harsh. But what everyone keeps forgetting is she wasn’t caught not once but TWICE for driving on a suspended license after her DUI. And the only reason why her sentence was so much was because she was caught lying in court by saying she wasn't aware it was suspended. When the first officer made her sign an acknowledgment stating she was aware it was suspended...and the second time she was pulled over she tried to claim she wasn't aware it was suspended, when the officer found the smoking gun in the glove department box. The acknowledgement from the previous stop. I have no sympathy for her because my mother has been sitting in Lynwood for 1 year and 4 months for a crime similar to hers and she was innocent. But she's not getting any of the special treatment Paris is getting. She's famous for being a nobody and us “the people”, press and media are making her infamous for being a nobody. I would like her to come out of this a humble person and put some of that money to a good cause...and not on close she'll only wear once and going out partying every nigh

How about we all focus on the real and important issues and no longer care about celebs? Its a win win, they get their "privacy" and we don't have to hear about them! Then we can focus on whats IMPORTANT. I still can't believe those photogs getting run over and stepping over each other! pathetic! aren't they embarrased? is there not one honorable or decent job they can get into? how sad :-(

It may seem as if PARIS is having it rough but the only rough time she is having is dealing with not having a servant , wear panties , text messaging driving under the influence , drinking , saying thats so hot and dancing on tables.
All convicts go in as bad a---s and come pout GOD FEARING .
Her sentence was not too harsh. Our laws are have never ever been enforced the same for everyone. If they were than all punishments would be the same for all but just look at each individual person being sentenced for the same crimes one could get 6 months for a robbery and another could get 6 years .
It is very rare that the punishment fits the crime.
SOME PEOPLE DO NEED HARSHER PUNISHMENTS AS PARIS DOES . SHE WAS TAKING THIS AS IF IT WAS A JOKE AND SHE COULD JUST FLASH HER PEARLY WHITES AND WALK AWAY. SOMETIMES REALITY HURTS .
But she is still getting away with too much. HER SPECIAL TREATMENT WILL KEEP GOING ON AND SHERIFF BACA WILL MAKE SURE SHE GETS WHAT SHE WANTS.
BY THE WAY WHAT WAS THAT MYSTERY ILLNESS PARIS HAS?
i bet the cure for that is a kleenex and a-- kissing.

I think he was just showing favortism. How many other "CELEBS" has he shown favortism to? I wonder.

Hey Lisa I have a question you can help me with; When is Paris the story going to stop? I get when a talented actress gets busted( Oh and when was the last time you saw talent get busted) but I mean really , we saw her go back, and cry mommy to do what should have happened in the 1st place . The sheriff letting her go . Is what drove us all nuts now she's back in and , I just don't care anymore. Like I said you know its Paris like its supposed to be shocking!? I'm not a Paris fan but I have to say keeping her in jail has created quite a mess. How is the sheriff dept supposed to run the place with all this chaos? Also, getting her parents in and out at least helps get others in to see their family members without being crushed. And who wants to guess how many more visits are being made by people now that this is going on just so they can be part of the hoopla? It's a mess. The judge did L.A. no favors with his sentence.

You're just mean all over the place. No need to yell. I am mainly wondering how many more people are showing up for visits than normal now that there are cameras around. Just another reason to complain.
