Mark- BRAVO-!! Totally agree with you. I have been reading about the actual deficit, the trillions in unfunded debt, but not on FOX. Your blog is the first to mention this problem on FOX. Everyone else here is obsessed with illegal immigration, and posting silly cartoons about the democratic candidates. They don't want to discuss how incompetent, and corrupt the Bush administration has been. The damage this administration is going leave the U.S. with will be long lasting. It may even result in this country no longer being a super power and world leader.

That DM is nothing but a Far-Left spinmeister. She's saying this is the first she's heard of this? Either her memory is short or she is lying. For example, I have repeatedly pointed out, at the state level in California, we have a structural budget deficit of $10 billion from tax funds consumed by Illegal Aliens and their Anchor Baby children. Hospital emergency rooms have closed due to lack of funding, Now cities are declaring bankruptcy and all's people like DM suggest is to grant AMNESTY, importing more third world illiterate peasants, Illegal Alien gangsters, who contribute nothing to our economy and culture, by taking Americans jobs and lowering the American tax base. Everything has been heard on FOX11 and right here on these blogs.

Uh, Mark my friend, there is a third choice that many choose to ignore so here is the information on him and the third party that could easily fix what the other parties have broken. It's called the Constitution Party and their website is here at http://www.constitutionparty.com/ and their presidential candidate is none other then "Chuck Baldwin" for President. If enough people get the word out, you can have a political party that cares about and loves this country, not the other crapheads.

I would advise you goto my blog with Chuck's acceptance speech for the party nomination and hear what this guy has to say before you lose hope. Unfortunately, your buddy Bob Tarlau has with FOX ignored the millions in this third party, which is a shame, but shows very much how FOX isn't really Fair and Balanced. The next time you hear someone claim Villaraigosa is “cutting spending” because of a “budget crisis,” I want you to blurt out that number: 32%.

That number is how much more of your money Villaraigosa is spending now than when he first took office: 32%.

Villaraigosa’s proposed budget calls for spending $7 billion this year.

The spending budget when he took office was “just” $5.3 billion per year.

That’s an increase of $1.7 billion per year, which amounts to 32%.

And what do we have to show for it? The quality of life in our city has continued to plummet, while the Mayor acts as though his job is to pose for photo-ops.

Do you make 32% more money than you did when Villaraigosa took office? No? Then why should he raise your DWP bill, your trash fees, your parking meter rates, your library privileges, your right to drive on streets for which your tax dollars paid, and your phone bill even higher than he has already?

You need a Mayor who won’t squander your money. I’m your man. I’m 100% your candidate for Mayor.
