My condolences to the family, friends, teammates, and other loved ones of Sean Taylor. Although we view this as an unfortunate incident since he had such a bright future ahead of him and a small child, God had other plans. We must remember that. May God rest his soul and bring whoever did this to justice. I am sure he didn't mean to kill him since he shot him in the leg, but nonetheless, he needs to pay for his crime. Once again, my condolences.

Its sad what happened to Sean Taylor. I just wish the media wouldn't bring up his past when we are suppose to be mourning his death. The man was killed his family is now grieving. His past has nothing to do with how he was killed. He was only human. So what does anything that he has done in his past have to do with what happened to him.

You reap what you sow.
He was notorious for toating guns around and beatin people up.
He was a great football player.
Had he stayed in DC we wouldnt be reading this article.

I was so sad to hear that Sean Taylor had passed, I prayed for him and his family last night. Sean is my son Travis's favorite Redskins player and wears his jersey every Redskins game. My heart goes out to his girlfriend, baby and family and to his teammates. I hope the Redskins will go out and win all their remaining games in Sean's memory. Rest in Peace Sean.

It is very unfortunate that this young man had to be taken away from the game he loved some much. My prayers go out to his family and young daughter. God Bless!

First off, I would like to pay my respects to the family of Sean Taylor and secondly, to his girlfriend and precious 1-year-old daughter, who now has to grow up wondering "why"? My deepest sympathies to the Redskins Team as well. Nobody has a picture perfect past, but it can always be one thing that can change a life forever, whether its the birth of a precious child, or just being happy doing what you love the most, and in Sean's case, it was both. R.I.P. Sean, you will truly be missed! :(

GoodBye Young Warrior! I'm a diehard Redskins fan and this is a huge loss for the fans of this team. I know I didn't know him personally but I felt like I knew him. I watched him Sunday after Sunday play with a dedication rarely seen among this league in this day and time. He was truly a great player and a great guy! We will miss you Sean!
R.I.P.

To Sean's little girl I know that you are little to understand what's going on but remember that you was a sparkle in your daddys eyes and that he loved you. My deepest sympaythy to Sean Tyler's family, girlfriend, daughter, friends, fans and Redskins team family! Many people were in dismay including my son, who's been a Redskins fan his whole life.He played youth, middle school and now Junior Varsity football.Monday while in school on his computer he read the news of Sean Tyler. His day went to a person sitting and couldn't think of anything else. but,his player Sean Tyler. He came home" Mom heard the news about Sean Tyler" in a sad and upseting voice. He said Sean Tyler will be ok.He said he isn't that hurt.He just didn't want to except it.We talked. He said he was going to say a pray for Sean Tyler. That night he went to bed.I heard him in his room. Please please don't let Sean Tyler die. He's the best player and I will miss him. Please his family will miss him. Please make him better. This is Michael Thank you. That morning I got up.hearing the news what do I tell my son.My son got up and the first thing came out of his mouth. Is Sean Tyler Ok mom ?Standing in the hall just waiting to hear. I'm sorry baby Sean Tyler passed away this morning. NO,he had a stone look on his face.his eyes just was like someone had to the life out of him. DAM!!!!! HE WAS SO HURT.what children go through these days. Sean Tyler wasn't part of our family.but, Sean Tyler was a part of our redskins family. The hurt that my son felt should have never been by someone's action that took a life of Sean Tyler who many loved and was their hero. Boy, I am so sorry for his family. What they may be going through is just a tip of what Seans Tylers fans are going through. Sea

Whenever a young football player tells me that he plays safety, I will tell him to look at footage of Sean Taylor. Not only was he hard-hitting, but he could also cover. He will be missed especially when we play the Cowboys because he kept T.O. in check. My thoughts and prayers are with the Taylor family.

I and my family have been Redskin fans for four generations. There is no way to express how I felt when on Monday. I was coming to grab my purse to head off for work, and there on FOX news was Sean's pictures on the TV. Everything suspended into slow motion and within the blink of an eye the words of him be shot and in critical condition dropped me to my knees.

I blog about the Redskins on Foxsports.com and did an update on his condition Monday night. I awoke to the clear words at 6:00 am from my Son saying someone go and wake Mom up and tell her that Sean passed away. I was devastated for Sean, his family and the entire Redskins Nation.

I updated my blog as soon as I could stop crying and was shocked to come home from work to find that I had over 14,000 hits and 200 plus comments. I felt peace within the words shared around the entire NFL community, but most especially from the Cowboy fans.

My Husband was hailed down today, as our car has Redskins magnets and many other 'Skins items. When he rolled down the window a Cowboys fan, in traffic, expressed his condolences. What an amazing family the NFL has.

I feel selfish to say this, but after losing three family members within five months this year, it felt as if I had lost another. I have loved Sean from the time he put on #36, thru the time he became #21. I will LOVE him forever and he is now the Twelfth Man for eternity!

God bless ALL who have felt as my family has. We all will never be the same without our beloved Sean Taylor!

RIP #21!
Hail to the Redskins and to you Sean!

My prayers go out to the Taylor family. But I have some doubts concerning that fiance. I think she knows more than she's telling. What do you all think?
