I received this email purported to be written by Dr. Jack Wheeler.  Whether it was or not is inconsequential because the perspective offered is one I had not considered but found it to be interesting enough to share with all of you:

    Written by Dr. Jack Wheeler

The O-man, Barack Hussein Obama, is an eloquently tailored empty suit. No resume, no accomplishments,no experience, no original ideas, no understanding of how the economy works, no understanding of how the
world works, nothing but abstract empty rhetoric devoid of real substance.

He has no real identity. He is half-white, which he rejects. The rest of him is mostly Arab, which he hides but is disclosed by his non-African Arabic surname and his Arabic first and middle names as a way to triply proclaim his Arabic parentage to people in Kenya. Only a small part of him is African Black from his Luo grandmother, which he pretends he is exclusively.

What he isn't, not a genetic drop of, is African-American,' the descendant of enslaved Africans brought to America chained in slave ships.

He hasn't a single ancestor who was a slave. Instead, his Arab ancestors were slave owners. Slave-trading was the main Arab business in East Africa for centuries until the British ended it.

Let that sink in: Obama is not the descendant of slaves, he is the descendant of slave owners. Thus he makes the perfect Liberal Messiah.

It's something Hillary doesn't understand - how some complete neophyte came out of the blue and stole the Dem nomination from her. Obamamania is beyond
politics and reason. It is a true religious cult, whose adherents reject Christianity yet still believe in Original Sin, transferring it from the evil of being human to the evil of being white.

Thus Obama has become the white liberals' Christ, offering absolution from the Sin of Being White. There is no reason or logic behind it, no faults or flaws of his can diminish it, no arguments Hillary could make of any kind can be effective against it. The absurdity of Hypocrisy Clothed In Human Flesh being their Savior is all the more cause for liberals to worship him: Credo quia absurdum, I believe it because
it is absurd.

Thank heavens that the voting majority of Americans remain Christian and are in no desperate need of a phony savior.

His candidacy is ridiculous and should not be taken seriously by any thinking American.

Okay, I totally agree with the first paragraph, and that is why I will not vote for Obama.

When one uses race as a bias, it is racism.
This is racism.
When one uses religion as a bias, it is religious discrimination.
This is religious discrimination.
When one uses a person's name as a bias, it is ignorance.
This is ignorance.

Nancy, you may accuse the left of playing the different cards, but you have went through deck after deck.

I wasn't going to vote for him anyway. The article makes bsome interesting points.

Who cares if it's racist or not. The question is: Is it true.

OEL, I printed a perspective that was different than any I had considered. I'm surprised you did not read my first paragraph.

Anyway, show me the racism. Show me the religious discimination, show me bias due to his name.
Fact: Barack is an Arab name, check it out
Fact: Hussein is an Arab name, check it out
Fact: Obama is an Arab name, check it out
Fact: No bias toward his name was see in this article. Please point out what you see as bias.
Fact: Obama is bi-racial, no racism, just fact
Fact: I see no religious bias except what you may have seen as bias in referencing him as the white, liberal Christ.
Fact: No religious discrimination was used at all

Can you back up your attack with a quote from the article or do you choose to just attack it blindly as usual.

Wow, it's like you all are "getting off" on post after post after post of Obama slams. Anything else to jibber jabber about? I really don't see any Dem's coming forth to argue with you all so why don't you give it a rest. These posts don't influence me what so ever one way or another about my opinions about Obama. I will, however say this..... 8 IS ENOUGH!

Carrie, in the category of "Politics", one would expect to find political blogs. Since Obama is a candidate in the current election, that would cause one to assume there will be many blogs about him as well as about McCain.

I would suggest that you allow those of us who enjoy having a forum to express ourselves...have it. If you don't like political blogs, it is very easy not to read them and even easier, not to respond.

Many Democrats are trying to shut down the opportunity for dissenting opinions, especially those from the Right. I sincerely hope you are not one of those.

Religious discrimination:
* Using ones name as a means of connecting him with a religious group for political (or any other) purposes. Fact: people do not choose their name, it is given to them; ones name does not include him in that group. If someone had the last name Chan would you automatically consider him a Buddhist? Knowing you, probably.
"The rest of him is mostly Arab..."
False, his father was a member of a Kenyan African tribe composed of mostly Christians (the Luo tribe, to be exact). This can be found in his own book as well as Luo By Awuor Ayodo. You put quotes of his book on here in the past, so I am sure you must have read it (*snickers*). Yes, the attempt to make him Arab so you can call him a Muslim is religious discrimination against both him and the Muslims.

Racial bias:
* Repeatedly using a persons race as a reason to turn against them. Fact: Obama is part Kenya; being the descendant of slaves does not make one African-American, being African or part African does.
"Thus Obama has become the white liberals' Christ..."
Need I really say more? The race card at its best.

Yes, Nancy, you did use discriminatory factors in your post (whether or not you wrote it, you posted it). Only your shame can come from this. Try as you might, it is not the liberals constantly posting religiously discriminatory and racial material, it is you and the other members of the right. For shame, Nancy, for shame. You say those of us on the left refuse to research and reason? You listen to emails and vote people in because they would be nice to have a beer with. How laug

How laughable.

"Can you back up your attack with a quote from the article or do you choose to just attack it blindly as usual."
The last time I came up with a quote, you deleted the post and said you had no time for it. Real smooth.

WOW!!! I am truly amazed! So much hatred & innuendo by one writer is quite...sad.

BTW: Is this the very same DR. Jack Wheeler who in February when he was afraid that John McCain would win the nomination, wrote a great classic entitled, "HOW THE CLINTONS WILL UNDO MCCAIN" It described in detail how as a POW John McCain was doing more than living in a prison cell wondering what to do about a kitchen table. According to this article, John McCain was a collaborator with the Viet Cong and the Russians. He says that the Clintons had proof of this and would use it to destroy him in the general election...so vote for any real conservative on Super Tuesday but don't waste a vote on John McCain.

NOTE: Here's the source material
http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_I
D=60020

So I guess since he has such an "original" perspective on both candidates we must conclude that Obama will soothe my "white guilt" and John McCain is an enemy collaborator and traitor.

It amazes me the number of people who will print ANYTHING sent to them as an e-mail without any research on the source. Bottom line, Dr. Jack Wheeler is a Flake!

I had read the McCain article when it was first written and refused to comment on it because it was SO STUPID! John McCain is many things. Some good & honorable, some not very nice. But he is NOT an enemy collaborator. The Obama article is equally stupid.

It is also sad that you really don't seem to get how racist such posts make you personally appear to be. (Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to shut down your discussio

(Cont.) (Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to shut down your discussion...I'm just questioning what type of person enjoys posting such things.) By hiding behind the intro of "the perspective offered is one I had not considered but found it to be interesting enough to share with all of you" you try to make the point without taking any heat for your attack. At best this appears to be the post of a shallow minded individual; at worst it comes across as racist.

LOL, my goodness, the Left has a time always reading into things, always willing to throw rocks and call people names.

nemo, oel, think what you will, nothing I say will have any bearing on what you work at trying to think.

Nothing is more racist than a person who pulls race into every discussion. Nothing is more racist than a person who cannot allow any criticism of another person's point of view if that other person is what you think is another race.

How do you know what race I am? LOL, you Lefties are so QUICK to run to name-calling and label making without ANY facts or knowledge about what is actually going on.

So be it. You have no idea what my race is, you have no idea why I disagree so vehemently with liberals, you have no idea about me at all. All you have are your lefty labels.

Also, OEL, I explained to you that your post was removed accidentally and took full blame for that. I explained how it happened and I even deleted my own post (which was the one I had intended to delete because it was more angry than it needed to be). As usual, an apology for an error does not suffice with you, the error has to be brought up and used as an arrow at every opportunity. I have to tell you, the point is dulling.

BTW---both of you----I am out of town now and having to use a mobile card for the laptop. Tomorrow thru the holiday weekend, I will not be able to respond.

I am telling you this so you don't think you have in any way caused me to leave the discussion. I simply will have no access to the internet, therefore, no access to this thread.

LOL, why am I wasting time telling you this? Both of you will distort anything I say anyway. Ok, have a ball, distort and exaggerate to your heart's content. You have the floor, totally.

Weren't you going to explain why you find the Obama perspective so interesting but you completely ignore the same writer's slams on McCain's character and actions?

That was the real focus of my response. Same hack writer making very "interesting" (but completely fake stories) on Sen. McCain and Sen. Obama. Why is one interesting and the other story not worth discussion?

Fair & Balanced you know!

Wow, Miss Nancy has once again proven that Ignorance is the mainstream of American Conservative Views.

FACT! This is the United States of America. Where Arabs, Jews, Africans, Mexicans, and all other kinds of people are allowed to live and work in peace. We have equal rights. We have freedom of speech, which is why you can even post this dribble. And Freedom of Religion.

Most of the Great Presidents of the past did not have half the resume Obama has. Most of the great Presidents of the past... were elected for their ability to lead, their ability to unite, and their ability to campaign. FACT.

Obama may have an Arab name, but that does not make him Arab.... .I have friends with a Jewish name, but they are not Jewish... I have a French Last name, but I am actually German.

Apparently Ignorance is bliss for those that are afraid of the truth.

I'm sorry MissNancy, but I dont see how you can stoop so damned low and be so racist and discriminating and expect someone to follow your views about a man who you try to slander but pretend to be better than. If Obama is all that you say, then you are lower than fly spit! And the fact that we NOW really know "why" you are voting for McCain is based off of some b.s. that you probably shared with JohnKJR through email or something doesnt qualify you for presidency yourself ma'am.

And to whomever said the 1st Paragraph was enough to sway their reasons to no vote for Obama has no spine and would probably jump off a bridge if asked. Who cares what your reasons are for not voting for Obama, no one really needs you trying to inflict this type of influence when its just as empty as you call it, as Obama's suit...

THEY SAY OBAMA ISNT QUALIFIED ENOUGH TO RUN FOR PRESIDENT... WELL, THEY SAID PRESIDENT BUSH WAS QUALIFIED.. (TWICE)

Oh but he2funny it is ALL congress's fault that Bush was a miserable failure as President. Although he had the tri-fecta... can't figure that one out yet.

I am voting for Obama. I feel he will make a better leader than McCain and as far as experience look at McCains VP.

He2, you are funny!
That would be me that said the first paragraph was enough. If you could read you would know that. I didn't go into the other issues that seem to have raised to ire to the boiling point. If you want to create a post to discuss Obama's resume, accomplishments, experience, original ideas, economics and the world, I'll be glad to debate - without throwing around any fly spit.
Note: I said "debate" so straighten that spine and get your facts; opinions are not debatable.
Final note: I'm not voting for Obama or McCain:-)
