Maybe you could check your account settings and change it so people can add comments or ask any questions if need be. Right now there's no way for anyone to reply and ask a question if they wanted to help out with the Fundraiser or give money. Just a thought! Best of Luck with the Fundraiser!!

This may sound like a dumb question but, last week we were outside and my hubby looked up and saw this 'spot' of color in the clouds. There was no rain (unless it did and just never made it to the ground(?), or just not in our area). It was neat and really pretty to see, so I just thought I'd ask. What is this? Just a part of a Rainbow? I'm going to try and post a couple pictures here, I hope this works. lol In these pictures the 'spot' looks a bit bigger than it did in person. Had a hard time trying to get it in a photo so I hope you can see it.

On a couple of Blogs the button to "Reply to this post" isn't there. Can you set your Blog to not accept replies or is there a problem? I read the Blog about China imports and there's no way to reply to it and on the second page where I know I've replied to a Blog, the replies don't show up and again the reply button is gone. Is it just my computer?

What would happen if the 'father' forces the woman to go ahead with the pregnancy then takes off. What if there are complications with the pregnancy and the woman may die? Is she still going to be FORCED to do as the MAN says and carry on with the pregnancy? What if the complications make it so the woman can't work during her pregnancy? I've known women that had to be on very strict bed rest for months. Is the 'father' going to then be forced to pay for her living expenses? I was only on strict bed rest for about 2 weeks due to premature labor. But I have another child that was young at the time. If the woman has any other children who would take care of them? I had my husband, but some woman don't have anyone.
Is the 'father' also going to then pay for all prenatal care and the hospital bills after? I doubt that ! Look at all the deadbeats out there. I think this will just make more of them and put more people on an already over strained system. And I'm not saying there aren't deadbeat mothers out there, because we know there are.
Look at the 'mother' that has 4 kids and they found what... 4 more fetuses buried in her yard, trailor and under the bathroom sink ( I think that's what I heard in one report). Do we really want more of these things happening? I think it would happen more if some women are FORCED by the man. Or like others have said there will be the back alley abortions.
One last thing... What's next? Right now a woman/girl can hand over her baby to say a hospital, fireman/womam etc. and the baby will be taken care of and placed up for adoption. IF this new law goes into effect does a woman still have this right? Or is that taken away from woman too?

I have to go to Pain Management and am really nervous on what to expect. If anyone has gone through it, and give me some insight what to expect? Any info would be great. I've heard horror stories about pain management and am really scared. One of the first things my Dr. brought up was a nerve block and he's not the first person to say that. That's one of the things I've heard from people that have gone through it. I'm not understanding why that seems like the first thing I keep hearing, like it's standard. I'm scared about them seeming to always go straight for the spine for everything. Like I said it seems standard to do this. I had the Carpal Tunnel releases on both hands and have nerve damage in both hands, so they put me on an RX (Lycria) and want me to go to pain management. As it is I'm not too thrilled about what I've read about the weight gain (very quickly) with this med...but I guess if it helps then what can ya do!LOL
Anyone? Help with info please links or anything! Thanks

Why are the other News stations reporting the updated news about this and not Fox 8 News? I've listened this morning and have heard nothing when the story comes on.
Magistrate Laura Williams arraigned sixteen juveniles on the same day as Juan Ruiz. The BIG difference was that some of those juveniles were sent to the juvenile detention center. Eleven out of the 16! If there was room for these others why was there not room for him???
Here's a few that were sent there ...One was charged with robbery, with no weapon and three were charged with minor driving violiatons. MINOR Driving Voilations?! What the heck. She sends 3 for that but somehow Juan Ruiz didn't "score high enough" to be considered? Some were serious felonies, like robbery or assault with a weapon but one was charged with receiving stolen property. How is that more serious than attemped Rape with a weapon after breaking and entering?
The break down of the 11
6 were charged with serious felonies (robbery or assault with a weapon)
1 charged with receiving stolen property
1 charged with robbery (no weapon)
3 charged with MINOR DRIVING VIOLATIONS
Why isn't Fox 8 covering this? Just wondering.

I put this one under Entertainment because at least I got a good laugh out of it! I think it gives a whole new meaning to the saying "God will provide" !!!!
HOBART, Ind. -- Kevin Russell found out it's not easy trying to cash a check from God. The 21-year-old man was arrested Monday after he tried to cash a check for $50,000 at the Chase Bank in Hobart that was signed "King Savior, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Servant," Hobart police Detective Jeff White said.
Russell was charged with one count each of attempted check fraud and intimidation, both felonies, and one count of resisting law enforcement, a misdemeanor. He could face prison time.
Police were called to the bank after Russell tried to cash the check, which was written on an invalid Bank One check with no imprint, White said. Russell had several other checks with him that were signed the same way but made out in different dollar amounts, including one for $100,000.
Russell struggled with police as they tried to detain him, White said, and then threatened police as they transported him to the Hobart Police Department.
"I've heard about God giving out eternal life, but this is the first time I've heard of him giving out cash," White said.
No court date has been set for Russell. He was being held Wednesday at the Lake County Jail on a $1,000 bond.

Yep 8-10 inches of snow and the roads are terrible but heaven forbid they close the schools. We've been having whiteout conditions all day with heavy snow this morning and throughout the day. One year the roads were clear and for some reason they closed due to "Bad roads and weather"!! Umm OK. Why close them then but not today? And in the village they hardly put down any salt except for near the square. Where we live in the Village our streets/hills are extremely bad and no salt is put down. You may find a little tiny bit by a stop sign and I think that's only because the truck leaked some at the stop, because it's a little pile on the road. Everything else just gets a scraping which takes it down to the compacted slippery snow/ice.
If it's this bad tomorrow I guess my son just may have to miss his first day of school (as in counting as a sick day). There was even too much snow for them to go outside.
Madison Please be Careful with our Children! And Can we get SOME Salt on our roads!?

Please is there ANY way to make it when someone replies to a Blog it moves to the top of the page? It gets irritating to sift through and scroll past some of the full page blogs that are posted each day. At least this way if no one is replying to that blog, that's the one that would be buried not the rest.

All I posted was about the Giving Tree and I thought it was Great of Fox8 to do it but, stated not to forget other communities. I don't live in Cleveland and couldn't make it to the station but we buy and gave through my sons school. I said I though it would have been nice for Fox 8 to say if you live too far away or whatever and can't make it there, look to your Community to see where you can give and help a family in need.
I have looked all over for that Blog. It was up for awhile and is now gone. It isn't even under my user profile. Why would that have been Reported or Deleted? I didn't bash Fox 8 or anyone just thought I'd TRY to help out other communitites that don't have the benefit of Fox 8 collecting for them and getting the media coverage like Cleveland does.
If anyone at Fox 8 (or anyone in general) sees this and can help me out, I Thank You. I mean if it was reported for something, I have NO clue what it could've been it would be nice to know what was so bad about it. AND now if somehow I'm missing it, even though I've gone through Days of Blogs and it's not there, I would appreciate someone pointing it out to me.
Thanks!

I can't seem to find the link to sign the Petition to keep the murderer in Prison. Can anyone help?! Or do we have to wait until the morning show is over for their morning topics to show online?
