Hey, since everyone is wanting the real workers to take a pay cut, how about those overpaid athletes playing pro ball and hockey?  I think that it is about time they took some of those high salaries away from them and then maybe the poor workers could afford to go to a game or two.  Like I said, Babe Ruth made only $50,000 a year at the top of his career.  Enough is enough.  They are overpaid and if the fans boycotted their games more maybe the great overpaying management of them would take heed and bring down thos ridiculous salaries.

Ok, global warming has been pushed down our throat's and even won a Pulitzer Prize, so why is so much news coming out about how much our Sun has been cooling and creating huge dark spots that can create a miniture Global Ice-Age like the middle ages?

Shouldn't we be worried?  Is there anything we can do?  Maybe the world knows how to take care of itself?  It's been here longer than any scientist or ex-vice president gone movie maker who think they know the answers.  It kind of makes the movie about global warming seem like a another Blair-Witch movie.

 

Why is the NAACP and the ACLU putting up such a big fuss about requiring people to have identification with them at the voting poles?  Why would any organization back people who do not want to carry identification with them?  If you are at a bar or nightclub and you are asked for ID you are required to show it.  Another words, you need ID to drink but not to vote?

I think that the NAACP and the ACLU are actually for illegal immigrants in this country and will gladly make sure that they do not need to have any form of ID. 

Since everyone is against religion being in politics, I feel that any one sided race organization such as the NAACP should also be banned.  What is the difference?

As far as the ACLU, they are also totally a joke.  Who ever started this union must have been an out of work attorney with a lot of time on their hands.  They are only in existance to get their moment at the expense of good people.

It is time for people to wake up, when the NAACP first started it stood for something, now it is a joke and very one sided when it comes to what race they represent.  When they do stupid things like this at the poles it makes a whole race look bad.

 

I saw the biggest bunch of wasted air time used for Oprah's political bash for O'Bama.  Watching those limousines pull up outside a house that was the size of the Joe Lewis Arena with the majority of the guests being announced  as African-American, I wondered if it could be racially motivated event?

She stated that she has been following O'Bama's career for over 10 years and this is why she feels that she should help finacially to get him elected.  It couldn't be that it's because he is African American could it?  I know it wasn't because of his brilliance in politics.   Can anyone name something that he has done to make him qualified to lead a country?  I don't think so!!!

My question is should a person such as Oprah, who has used her television show to promote books to the top of the charts with writers who were proved to be frauds, be allowed to promote her lack of intelligence on pushing her political views to the masses via that same media?

Why is it that Oprah is considered so wonderful when she only builds a huge school  for blacks in Africa?  Wouldn't it be wonderful if she would also help children in other countries too, even if they were not black?  It"s interesting how Oprah liked Clinton but now that O'Bama's running, she"s is totally backing him because of his great political career, which is nothing.  He's never even managed a city so how is he going to run a country?

Oprah said "I don't sing or dance, but I can talk and I have all this".  Will we still have a country if we allow these highly exposed media idiots to push their views on the masses?  What do you think!!!

 

 

This past weekend I drove through West Virgina, Pennsylvania, and Ohio and all three states had gas prices that were only $2.76 to $2.80 a gallon.  As soon as I crossed over the Michigan State Line our gas was $3.25 and above.

Diesel fuel cost less to produce and is now cheaper than gas, yet everything the goofy truck drivers deliver costs more because of higher gas prices, which are actually lower.

I think that it is time for our lazy politicians in this state to stop the B.S. and look into this problem.  All our governor has done is shoot air out of her mouth with empty promises.  I am truly sorry that we still have to put up with her lousy leadership in this state.  By the time her term is up, we will not have anyone living in this state.

Wake up Michiganders, we are soon to be a thing of the past!!!!!!!!!

 

Last night Rep. John Dingell said he wants to add a .50 cents a gallon on gasoline to help fight global warming.  With the severe loss of jobs and people having to drive even farther to get to those jobs it is absolutely riduculous. 

What sense does it make to tax  us in Michigan who already have the highest taxes on a gallon of gas as well as one of the nations highest prices per gallon of gas?

We should just ask Al Gore to stop using so many lights in his mansion, stop using his big bus and airplanes traveling around along with the limo driving DeCaprio screeching global warming.  There is more hot air causing global warming by those who are hypocrites and do not practice what they preach. 

It is so Liberal to think that by raising taxes is the only way to fix something.  I think that we need to realize that with more liberals like Dingell it won't be long and Michigan will be a great place to visit Ghost Towns!!

Why is the NAACP making such a big deal out of the Republicans not accepting an invitation to speak at their convention?  Why should presidential candidates speak to them and not other extreme organizations? 

Does anyone else feel that it is a waste of time for any candidates to speak to this one organization.  Why would I want to vote for any candidate that supports only one point of an organizations views?  I feel that it will only hurt a candidates chances.

How does everyone else feel about it?

 

How does everyone feel about  the worse Congress we have had in a long time giving themselves a huge pay raise?  What's next besides more taxes to us?

With States like Michigan losing more people everyday, how can we afford them? 

Wow, are we in for a round of trouble after listening to Obama on how he is going to be making sure everyone gets health care.  With the wonderful state of economy in our state of Michigan, how does he expect to pay for this?  He is another useless inexperienced blabbering BS artist with no substance.  Lets see now, could it be that those of us that are working now will be taxed more and pay more for our own coverage to cover those who do not have coverage?

It is just like having to pay more for our car insurance because of uninsured drivers.  Wake up Michigan, if this guy gets in and trys to do this it will turn the nation into a wasteland. 

 

Help!!!  What does it take to show our lovely Governor that our state is the worse in the Nation when it comes to jobs.  Our families are tired of being torn apart because of no jobs for our young family members.

They either have to move out of this lovely state for a job after graduation or enter into the service.  Either way we lose.  I hope that someday our governor's children decide that they have to move away from her to seek employment like ours are having to do everyday.

Our state is in the worse shape it has ever been in since the Great Depression and all our leaders are worried about is the stupid budget.

I love the stupid statement about re-educating our peope here to correct this problem.  Well I hate to throw a wrench into the idea, but people with Master's degrees can not even get interviews.

Let's all wake up get another governor and elect officials that will know how to show up and do a good job and not just kiss someone's behind and do nothing!!

Wake up Michigan.  We will soon have less people in Michigan than North Dakota.  We have more people leaving this State than coming to it.  What the heck, let's just sell it to China, they have the only good economy now!!!
