WOW!! ~ Two years and still blogging!!

As the saying goes:  You've come a long way, Baby!! ~ LOL

I remember it was exactly two years ago when I signed up to be a member of MYFOXORLANDO.COM.  Even my avatar says it:  Member Since:  7/15/2006  ~ LOL

I had never "blogged" in my life!

In the past two years, I have had great experiences and have learned a lot just from reading and commenting on what other bloggers post.  We are definitely a diverse group of people!!

One of the things I have enjoyed the most is looking at the thousands and thousands of photos posted here.  Some of them are posted in the bloggers' profiles; some are posted in the Weather Baby section or the Pet section, and a lot of them are placed in the Photo Galleries.  Photos are a lot of fun!!

One of the things I blogged about a long time ago was how the Internet has given us this wonderful world of communication.

It is mind boggling to me to think how many people can be in communication at once via the Internet.  We see it on MySpace, Google and AOL.  And in my case, I see it when my kids are playing video games.  The play in "rooms" full of hundreds of people who are connected, even from the other side of the world!!  Incredible!!

So hopefully, all of you are enjoying this type of communication as I am.

Who knows, maybe in the future, I will be able to blog about celebrating many more years of being a blogger!! ~ ROFLOL

Just wanted to say congratulations. I used to roll my eyes at my children many moons ago as they first started chatting back and forth with their friends on the computer and it took me a while, but I can now see why it's fun and exciting. I can probably say I'm addicted as I have to check in at least once a day to see what's new. Who knows, maybe we can be the next generation of the World's Oldest Bloggers.

Congrats on two years of fun!

Isn't it funny how we used to live without the internet, blogging and e-mails?

I remember in college there was a test group using something they called the "internet". They wanted to see if it was useful. Turns out it was :)

80's, Pending comments might be a good thing, as we "really, really" get older, it will give us time to rest in between our comments...LOL

Congradulations NeZe,We share a birthday of sorts LOL,A blogging birthday.I too hate the negative overtones of some of the bloggers,they seem to dis-like anybody that thinks differently than they do,especially politically.I just try to ignore them and enjoy the rest of what this site has to offer.Maybe we'll both be blogging in another two more years.Hope to see you then.
