Ok..she dodged sniper fire while in Bosnia.. what ? it wasn't actual sniper fire ? it was the THREAT of sniper fire.. ok... She ran to her car without an official greeting party . What ? Okay she walked really briskly to her car... and the party was there but they didn't wave....  Obama was at church when the loud racist preacher was spouting his over the top comments.. but not THOSE comments, just some comments that were made another time.... Obama DENOUNCED the comments but he didn't REJECT  the comments,,, but now if you want me to REJECT the comments he'll do that because DENOUNCING and REJECTING are the same thing to him, except if they aren't depending on who's doing the asking.

Does all this sound a bit ridiculous ? This is what our press corp is obsessed with...  we're not ignoring the other issues.. like 4000 dead in Iraq,  nine dollar a gallon gas, record home foreclosures ( even pets are being lost according to USA Today..... oh no..    not PETS )  I mean is this the best we can do ? I agree that candidates should be truthful but if Hillary wants to sound a little mas macho by claiming she dodged a bullet or two... or Obama still wants to hedge his bets with the pastor ( a little more worrisome)  I don't think it should be a national crisis... 

Meantime, a no doubt smug John McCain is traveling the country laughing at how the Dems are destroying themselves.....thinking he can benefit by grabbing the undecided and disgusted.  anyone thought about that ? or maybe you thought you thought about it but you were mistaken.. because your initial recollection was that you  thought about it on Wednesday when someone first said you thought about it on Tuesday, so you mis-spoke about that mis-statement which you promise to correct as long as the other guy corrects the earlier mistake which wasn't actually a mistake but more of a diffrerent interpretation of something you thought he said but was actually said by that other guy.. and is it on You Tube yet anyway ?????   .  What, how did that recession sneak up on us ?

Ignoring issues? Sure you are! Again, YOU intentionally omit the Illegal Alien Crisis. Time and time again. And Juan "Z-Visa" McCain hasn't got anything on you guys, he's running around saying, "I'm gonna secure the borders, I'll secure the border, secure the border, I've heard the people-I'll secure the border, etc.." He thinks if he says it enough times, you'll believe it.

phil, seems to me mcCain is the real presidential candidate. i like barack but this shjt about hillary going into yugoslavia under sniper fire is the final straw for me. she is a twerp. she is smart, but she is a pimple of a human being. there are two wonderful senators representing California who happen to be women and democrats. hillary is dogmeat in comparison to either california senator. i respect hillary's cerebrum but i don't trust her. i think hillary was a voice in bill's ear when bill granted a pardon to marc rich-- the crook who fled the US to escape justice. i don't think everyone who is charged by the gov't is guilty, i don't trust the human beings employed by our gov't. can fox 11 news get a hard on for exposing bad apples employed in govt?

I feel your pain Phil... Thats why I never blamed the messengers (you guys and girls, the reporters) because I know how it goes in the new rooms. They tell you what to cover and you have to cover it. It isn't how it used to be. Hal Fishman (RIP) was one of the last if not thee last to have a say in what goes on the air. Anyway enough about that.

Yes, its ridiculous whats going on between the leading democrats. Clinton is acting like a child and Obama is running around like a chicken with its head cut off.

you work for a station who thinks American Idol is more important than the war more important then our children being killed on the streets more important then who the next president will be..who is to blame for that..the truth its not the station its the mindless viewers who continue to watch ..how sad a society we have become..we have traded our morals and principals for karaoke

I couldn't agree more, craftguy.. our morals have been thrown out the proverbial window. Just look how the prostitute in N.Y. is coming out a freakin' winner, music, nude photos, pics of her butt on buses in NYC, interviews and on and on.. come on people quit buying into this crap and get a real life. Why isn't she being prosecuted? Isn't her "trade" illegal? The only picture I want to see of her is a mug shot and a booking number! oops, gotta go time for 'biggest loser' -- just kidding - it's over now anyway I think.Have a great evening

I agree Latinawoman I have to change the channel but love the dvr.
Looks to me that the Democrats should want Obama & Hilary to snap out of it. Thuis is supposed to be important.
Hey crafty how is your family? olgrama get em. Illegal will have to blog about that huh?
CRAFTY THE CHILDREN ARE VERY IMPORTANT. Some of the Parewnting needs to be questioned also. I am not saying that killing our children in the streets is the parents fault but where should young children be after dark? I remember I always just made it home. Maybe get them home or off the streets will help. I can't help with the entire horrible death of so many children lately of for the longest time actually I can't imagine witnessing it while it is your child either. I do know what it is like to have another anniversary w/o my son. Remember the 10 News? Do you know where your children are? So sad it should also ask do you children know where your parents are?

scooch children are everything our future ..we left them behind alone so both parents if there are two go to work to pay the bills rent and utilities ..politicians teachers give them selves big raises as they pay for them by cutting out after school programs and sports..libraries close there is nothing for kids to do except lock themselves up and play video games til a parent comes home ..or join a gang that can give them the attention they need but cant get anywhere else and the cycle begins the police become the authority figure that is never home jail becomes the room they are sent to ..and they come out with a bigger hatred then they ever did before they went in..and know the only way out is life in jail or death ..it will never end until we not only take our streets back but our families and our lives

This is a picture of me at the DEA firing range near Castaic. It's an automatic weapon...what agents use when things get serious. I'm not a 'gun person 'but it was a fun and different day for a story on the DEA 's Citizens Academy..." I "killed" a guy who pulled a gun..oops.. a cell phone out of his waistband when I was serving a 'search warrant..." Gives me more insight into cops challenges.... I'm a news reporter here at Fox 11.. been in LA since '83... aside from the traffic it's awesome.. why wouldn't you want to live here ? I have a great job.. the people here are fun... I get to do what we call ''long form'' stories, investigations, half hour specials.. we can really get into some serious issues here... ( no not Britney). Someday i hope to meet Jillian. Later.
