Heard an interesting item on "Bill Maher" this past weekend.. which is the best show by far for political commentary... at least I think it was Bill Maher.. it might've been Larry King... or maybe Bill O Reilly....or Keith Olbermann.. don't you always get all of them mixed up...?  anyway, the point the commentator was making, or maybe it was a comedian acting seriously, was that the three main presidential contenders have been campaigning for so long , and talking so much, that it seems like all three of em have already been president!!! we know what they'd be like and we don't particularly love any of em.... so... we need someone new !!!! ... a little extreme but makes some sense..this presidential race and all the incessant blathering is seemingly endless.. is it possible someone new from either side will come in and dynamite the whole process so we start anew ? fresh ? clean ?  do I here phones ringing in Tennessee again ? I kinda hope not.. but in many ways we run the risk of alienating all those new voters that have turned out and tuned in and gotten involved ,  to make things so interesting in the first place.

i never confuse the talk shows. maher is the boring one, more specifically, maher is the one whose show my TV does not stick around.

I agree with you all the way til the phone rings in Tennessee..the last time the phone rang in Tennessee the Governor of Florida answered ..thank GOD for that

Bush Jr. is not that great a politician. Do you really want more Bush's and Clinton's? Paul, as for talk shows, listen to Savage, John and Ken, Al Rantel, they all have it right.

I agree Phil, These leading candidates are being force fed to the public and thats the only reason they are where they are. I don't like any of the three.

This is a picture of me at the DEA firing range near Castaic. It's an automatic weapon...what agents use when things get serious. I'm not a 'gun person 'but it was a fun and different day for a story on the DEA 's Citizens Academy..." I "killed" a guy who pulled a gun..oops.. a cell phone out of his waistband when I was serving a 'search warrant..." Gives me more insight into cops challenges.... I'm a news reporter here at Fox 11.. been in LA since '83... aside from the traffic it's awesome.. why wouldn't you want to live here ? I have a great job.. the people here are fun... I get to do what we call ''long form'' stories, investigations, half hour specials.. we can really get into some serious issues here... ( no not Britney). Someday i hope to meet Jillian. Later.
