Brandy's mom is suing everyone Kardashian, claiming they raped her financially. According to a lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Sonja Norwood, the mom of Brandy and Ray J, claims in 2004, when Kim K was a stylist, she was given permission to use Sonja's American Express card to make "one (and only one)" purchase on behalf of Sonja. According to the suit, Kim allegedly gave the card to other members of her family -- Khloe, Kourtney and Robert Jr. The suit claims in 2006, the Ks racked up $62,793.83 in unauthorized charges. And, in 2007, they blew another $57,841.82. The total: $120,635.65! And get this for audacity: the suit claims the Kardashians charged thousands of dollars in their own stores, Dash and Smooch. It's unclear why Sonja didn't just cancel the card. No immediate comment from the Kardashians.

Willie AndrewsTwo days after losing in the most-watched Super Bowl ever, New England Patriots defensive back Willie Andrews was busted in Lowell, Mass., on charges of marijuana possession and driving an unregistered motor vehicle according to the Middlesex District Attorney's Office.

Andrews is scheduled to be arraigned sometime this afternoon in Lowell District Court.

Apparently, he took the loss hard.

Ticker tape rains down on the New York Giants players during their Super Bowl victory parade through Manhattan. Enlarge image Enlarge By:Lindsay Harrison Ticker tape rains down on the New York Giants players during their Super Bowl victory parade through Manhattan.
NEW YORK (AP) — A mixture of pride and joy — and, let's face it, a day off work and school — sent New York Giants fans flocking to lower Manhattan on Tuesday for a ticker-tape parade to honor the Super Bowl heroes.

Nick Mascarelli, 12, a seventh-grader from Staten Island, arrived early for the midday parade with his mother, twin brother and friends. "It's great not going to school," conceded Nick, his face painted half red and half blue.

The parade will begin at the tip of lower Manhattan in Battery Park and proceed north on Broadway, going past the financial district and the site of the World Trade Center before finishing at City Hall Park. The stretch is known as the "Canyon of Heroes."

As the team assembled at Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., for the bus ride into Manhattan, many players carried video cameras to record personal images of the parade, which was expected to draw upwards of 1 million fans.

"I still can't believe it," defensive end Michael Strahan said. "I'm still in some kind of shock."

The Giants last won the Super Bowl in 1991, and the last New York team to win a championship in any of the four major sports was the New York Yankees in 2000.

The Giants will be showered with some 50 tons of confetti, and Bloomberg will give team officials the key to the city after the parade.

All the while, New Yorkers will be casting their ballots for president. New York and the 23 other Super Tuesday states are holding primaries that could collectively seal the fates of the Democratic and Republican presidential candidates.

Just south of City Hall, politics and the parade crossed paths as signs for Democratic candidate Barack Obama were surrounded by fans wearing Giants red, white and blue.

The city had tons of shredded paper on hand for the parade, but some fans came prepared with toilet paper. An hour before the parade, several street lamps along Broadway were covered in streams of white tissue.

Justice Rodriguez, 11, of Brooklyn, was up at 3 a.m. with his father and half-dozen friends to secure a spot along Broadway complete with chairs, food and a camcorder.

"I want to see Eli Manning," said the boy, who wore a Manning No. 10 shirt over a puffy down jacket.

"It's exciting for him," said Justice's father, Juan Rodriguez, who took the day off from his car wash job. "You never know when they'll win again."

Tony Romo was dragged onstage last night, but in the end Romo clearly wanted to be a rock star, singing Journey's "Don't Stop Believin' and trying in vain to engage Jessica.

The damage was done at the Key Club in West Hollywood. Romo didn't want to go onstage, but after chants of "BLEEP" erupted from the crowd, Romo relented. When Jessica finally grabbed the mic, it wasn't pretty.

A Pennsylvania woman has been bombarding Michael Jordan with hundreds of threatening calls and e-mails over the past couple years, says the NBA legend, and he's playing some of that famous defense against her in a new lawsuit.

Jordan is seeking a special injunction against Lisa Miceli, a Crawford County, Pa. woman who claimed back in 2004 that MJ was the father of her son, as the Meadville Tribune reported. But since Jordan took two DNA tests in 2005, proving he wasn't the dad, Miceli has continued a full-court press of "hundreds" of calls and e-mails, according to the suit -- and now things are getting "violent and threatening."

A lawyer for Miceli wasn't immediately available for comment, but a website titled "Lisa Micelils Official Blog" appears to document someone's very ardent feelings.

A group of bubbly drunk chicks made things slightly uncomfortable for Lauren Conrad last night -- swarming around her in a parking garage while she waited for her ride.

Though the girls were screaming "We're naked" and called LC's male sidekick their "dad," Conrad was obliging, talking to them and giving hugs before driving off.

A source has learned actor Justin Chambers, Dr. Alex Karev on "Grey's Anatomy," checked himself in to the psych ward at UCLA Medical Center this week. Yes, it's the same place.

Chambers' rep confirmed to TMZ that star checked in on Monday and checked out yesterday.

The rep claims Chambers, a married father of five, was "exhausted and suffers from a sleeping disorder. He went in voluntarily to get some help."

Chambers was in the same ward where Britney is being treated.

Paris Hilton has Bette Davis' eyes -- and apparently her voice too.

Mess Hilton was at Sundance on Sunday, torturing attendees with her vocal stylings at a private party. First the world had to endure her album, now she's back to throw salt on the wounds!
Remeber she has an album and is making another one!

She may not know how to sing, but when it comes to workin' the mic, Paris Hilton is a pro.
Paris Hilton
Paris "performed" at the Pontiac G8 Launch
in Scottsdale, Arizona recently -- and this was the most memorable moment. The truly talented 50 Cent also rocked the stage. Hopefully, they sanitized that thing before passing it off to Fiddy. And the mic too!

When not posing nude, Hugh Hefner Plaything Kendra Wilkinson likes to expose her, er, signature style. It's working girl chic!
Kendra Wilkinson
While the 22-year-old has been earning her keep by appearing on "Celebrity Rap Star," it's evident her "singing" isn't the only thing out of tune! Her jeans are painted on -- literally!

Kendra really does look like the girl next door -- to the Mustang Ranch

"Crowned: The Mother of All Pageants" explores one of life's most emotional and volatile relationships as mothers and daughters from all walks of life compete together -- and against other mother/daughter teams -- in order to win a no-holds-barred beauty pageant.

Judges Carson Kressley ("Queer Eye for the Straight Guy"), former Miss U.S.A. Shanna Moakler ("Dancing with the Stars," "Meet the Barkers") and television personality Cynthia Garrett ("Later with Cynthia Garrett") referee an eight-episode competition that dares to pit mother/daughter teams against each other.

Under the direction of pageant director Linnea Maloney, the women are faced with challenges that focus on preparing them for the pageant show finale. They will have to brand a "style" for their mother/daughter team via clothing and swimwear, create ways of expressing a point of view about issues in the world, and practice for the big pageant dance number. Not only do good looks, talent and a penchant for world peace have to run in the family, each team must also have patience, teamwork and a healthy sense of humor. Some teams have years of pageant experience and some teams have none. In the end, one mother/daughter team will be "crowned" the winner and will receive a valuable prize package, including a $100,000 cash award, and, of course, a fabulous pair of tiaras.

"Crowned: The Mother of All Pageants" is a production of Fox Television Studios, with creator/executive producer Laurie Girion ("Cheerleader Nation," "Last Comic Standing 2") and co-executive producer James Canniffe.

Eva Mendes
We're told the "Ghost Rider" star is at the famous Cirque Lodge, near Sundance. The Lodge, which treated Lindsay Lohan and other stars, is one of the most respected treatment facilities in the country.

Eva has been at Cirque for several weeks.

Her rep tells a source Eva has been working hard for the past year and made a positive decision to take some much-needed time off to proactively attend to some personal issues that, while not critical, she felt deserved some outside professional support. Out of respect for Eva's privacy, we do not wish to discuss further details."

Britney is getting nearly everyone's sympathy today, but we found a guy in New York who unquestionably deserves it.

Photog's was around for Eva Longoria's appearance at "Regis and Kelly" today, where we met this guy who was aching for the Eva Longoria's John Hancock, even bringing along white index cards expressly for the purpose.

Later, the range-of-motion-challenged fella dropped his pen -- and a  reporter snapped it up. But did
he get the autograph?

R.Kelly's Second Home (Court)

 R. Kelly

R. Kelly ditched a big gig in Minneapolis because -- miraculously -- he had to show up for a court appearance in Chicago, and now a concert promoter wants his money back, and is trying to haul the elusive R. into an Atlanta court. Good luck with that.

In a suit  filed in Atlanta District Court, the Nevada-based promoter Royalty Records (through its associate company Marjani Clothing) alleges Kelly agreed to perform at Target Center on December 6, 2007 with Ne-Yo and Keyshia Cole, among others. Then he moved the show to the 20th ... except on that day, R. got dragged into court in Chicago -- on threat of arrest.

Royalty says in the complaint that Kelly "never intended" to do the show, even though he took a $120,000 fee for it. That's the dollar amount Royalty wants, plus unspecified damages. R. Kelly's lawyer couldn't immediately be reached for comment.

No word on how many decades the case will take to bring to court

This is what happens when you get Diddy in a bad mood you recap what you say.....

Aubrey O'Day, Pussycat Dolls, P. Diddy, Danity KaneDiva Aubrey O'Day found herself in a heap of trouble last week when she all but flat out admitted that she was leaving P. Diddy-created "supergroup" Danity Kane for a better gig with the Pussycat Dolls. Now she's done a 180, and loudly reaffirmed her love for DK!

Camera's caught O'Day knockin' on DK and Diddy last week, with O'Day saying that she "hasn't looked at [Diddy] for more than ten minutes" and that she didn't know what was up with a second DK album. That's a harsh 'tude from a reality TV pop tart!

In response to the damaging video, the ever-talkative O'Day released the following statement:

Once again I would like to put to rest absurd rumors. I love being a member of Danity Kane and have always been down with DK musically. I'm looking forward to a second DK album and I totally support all members of DK in all of their endeavors.

ROUND 1#

We has learned Britney's parents have won round one in the tug of war with Sam Lutfi. We're told the doctors at UCLA are now "fully cooperating" with the parents in the treatment of Britney Spears, however, the war probably is not over until a judge signs an order as to who has control.

By the way, the men in white coats are giving props to LAPD's "SMART Unit" which specializes in mental health cases for coordinating the events that went down last night and early this morning.

UPDATE: Sam Lutfi left the hospital before 4:00 AM. Papa Jamie just left.

ROUND 2#

Britney SpearsHere is the broken story after story in the middle of the night, detailing the second commitment of Britney Spears that occurred in the last few hours. For all of you who have just logged on, here's a summary:

Last night, Britney's new psychiatrist went to her home and felt she was a danger to herself and others -- partly because of her reckless driving and partly because of her "downhill behavior." As a result, the shrink launched a plan (days in the making) to have Britney committed to UCLA Medical Center by calling the cops.

Sources tell us the cops knew it was coming. In fact, the plan was for cops and paramedics to take Britney away the night before, but it was scrubbed. Last night, it all went down according to plan. Cops even used code to minimize craziness in transporting Britney to the hospital. Over the police radio, she was referred to as "The Package."

ROUND 3#

Sources inside UCLA Medical Center tell TMZ Britney checked into the facility using an alias. We will not divulge the name, but what happened inside is bizarre.

Our sources say Britney said she was on Adderall, a stimulant used to treat Attention Deficit Disorder, and was taking up to ten laxatives a day. Side note -- cameras caught Spears a few days ago picking up a bagful of laxatives.

We're also told, when she was admitted, Britney accused her mom of "sleeping with my boyfriend." She wasn't specific on who she was referring to.

We're also told that for a time she was hurling profanities at her parents and staff.
