Take you favorite soup bowl and spray with non stick spray.  Line the bowl with plastic wrap and then fill with your favorite homemade soup or chili. Put in freezer. When it is frozen solid. Pop out of the bowl remove plastic wrap and put in freezer bag.

Now when you want to enjoy all you have to do is place the soup bowl cube back into your favorite soup bowl and zap in the microwave... couldnt be easier!

What about pouring it into ice cube trays, covering it with saran wrap and sticking tooth picks in it?

Also, to answer you question JP. If you pour it into ice cube trays. It is difficult to measure out a full bowl. Plus it is also difficult to divide up any bulky ingredients evenly, like chicken chunks or beans in chili. This way you end up with exactly a bowl full and evenly distributed amongst several bowls.

Another good tip is if you take your lunch to work. take your favorite soup bowl and the soup cube.. dont even need the nasty company frig.. it will thaw by lunch and you can pop in the micro and get it done even faster!
