O'Reilly is a racist and so is Fox. I wish Steve, Jillian, Dorothy and the rest of you would move to a legitimate station so you they could stop reporting on Anna Nicole and start reporting on Barack.

I believe that the driver should have been deported on his first offense of drunk driving. He commited a crime and should have been punished for it. He wants to live in this great country then he should obey the laws. What do you think would happen to a us citizen in Mexico if he broke the law. They would lock him up and throw away the key!

I think they both need to learn how to "agree to disagree." I completely agree with Jillian when she said that "BOTH drunk driving AND illegal immigration are the real issues." I mean really...does it have to be one or the other? These two men are supposed to be professionals but they're acting like children with the "no I'm right. No I'm right" arguments.

I agree with Geraldo. One man's actions should define a whole group. There are good and bad undocumented immigrants as there are good and bad Americans. This is a drunk driving issue and should not be blamed on illegal immigration

O'REILLY WAS WRONG AS SOME OF YOU HERE. IT WAS A MAN WHO KILLED THE GIRLS, NOT HIS STATUS. HE COULD BE A CATHOLIC. HE COULD BE A KARAOKE SINGER. WHY NOT BLAME CATHOLICS AND KARAOKE SINGERS? THEY COULD KILL SOMEONE IF THEY DROVE UNDER INFLUENCE.

I agree with Geraldo. It is a drunk driving issue not an illegal immigration issue. Many make the argument that the drunk driver shouldn't have been in the US, actually he had no place driving under the influence in the first place. He was a DRUNK driver who is an illegal immigrant not an illegal immigrant who was drunk. His driving drunk killed people not his immigration status.

I was rear-ended back in '82 while sitting at a red light by a drunk illigal. I agree with SanDimascitizen! I still have neck & back pain from that & nothing happened to him.

Foreign nationals who cross our borders illegally commit a federal crime. There is no such thing as a "law abiding" illegal immigrant.
The very fact that they are here illegally puts every one of them in the NON-law abiding category.
When illegals disrespect our borders and our immigration laws, they will continue to disrespect ALL of our laws, every minute of every day they remain on US soil.
Honest and law abiding people immigrate to the USA legally, dishonest law-breakers come here illegally.
Illegal aliens have the right to be arrested for the crimes the commit, including the crimes of entering the USA illegally, living in the USA illegally, and working in the USA illegally, and they have the right to be deported, as stipulated by United States federal laws.
People like Geraldo who make excuses for the crimes of illegal aliens, because he presumes that they are all "hispanic" are the racist ones. That he uses the word "racist" to define American citizens who are anti-illegal is hypocracy.
If Geraldo really wanted to be part of the solution to this problem, he would be actively supporting protecting our borders, and enforcing existing immigration laws.
At this point, Geraldo is nothing more than a talking head for "la raza", and we all know how racist "la raza" is... "For la raza everything, for everyone else NOTHING".
Geraldo needs to get on the right side of this issue, as it is, he makes all hispanics look bad.

Once again the issue is focused on what you call "illegals." It could have been anyone behind the wheel. This is the reason why and the rest of my family members don't watch Fox BLEEP. United States has continued to profit with free trade in Mexico. Look at the facts. Employers continue to hire them.

I agree with Geraldo 100%. This is an issue about a person driving under the influence not an imigration issue. Many of the celebreties here in the US drive drunk! They even drive on the wrong side of the freeway! They go to rehab for about a week and then do it again! What is the difference? Thank God they haven't killed someone (that we know of) but if they did, there would be no difference, it would be a horrible tragedy just like this one. This is a horrible tragedy and this man needs to be punished for what he did, but the fact that they keep labeling him as "an illegal immigrant" instead of a person driving under the influence is not right!
