It has gone on too long in many Americans minds but it's far from over in the race for the Democratic nomination for President. Hillary Clinton shocked many of the experts by winning 3 out of 4 races in the latest push to the White House. Barack Obama had packed away 11 consecutive primary wins, and Clinton needed a minor miracle to stay alive. Texas, Ohio and Rhode Island proved to be that miracle. Now the two candidates go back to what got them here. Never before have I seen two candidates from the same party beat each other senseless day after day. Someone better win the nomination soon before one of these two gets hurt. The funny thing is, when all is said and done, this pair will talk about what a wonderful person their opponent is. Ah don't you love politics.

Did you happen to catch the Fox News interview with Hillary this morning?

I counted fifteen "you know's" out of her in the two minutes that I watched.

Now I do not profess to be some sort of eloquent speaker (but then I'm not running for president) but I remember my college speech teacher telling us to avoid using "you know" at all cost.

hehehehehe..... did she say "Like" first? It's like, you know..hard work (as Dubya likes to say)

My candidate of choice has no chance of winning so I am not in love with politics at the moment.

Tho, in trying to sort through the out & out lies and distortions and misrepresentations of the other candidates, politics still remains humorous. Especially reading who falls for what.

It's an important election. That's for sure.

This is realy going to sound raciest but I just dont see this country voting for a Black man and a woman. One or the other maybe but not both.
Just wait till Hillary gets the lawsuits going because the Florida vote did'nt count. It's going to get real ugly and I can't wait to watch these two go after each other.

And why does Hillary's campaign try to compare Barack Obama to Ken Starr? Two reasons: First, Hillary knows that those who would vote for her are less intelligent than Obama voters. Second, those voters are too young and too stupid to react to a comparison to Adolf Hitler.

How would you like to be running for office knowing that your chances of success depended on the most ignorant voters out there?

MY FAMILY MOVED FROM CANADA TO CALIFORNIA WAY BACK IN 1964. THE GOLDEN STATE IS WHERE MY BROADCASTING CAREER BEGAN AT STATIONS IN SAN JOSE AND SACRAMENTO BUT IN 1994 I MADE THE BEST MOVE OF MY CAREER BY MOVING TO FOX 13 IN TAMPA. NOW 13 YEARS LATER I'M STILL ENJOYING BOTH THE STATION AND THE AREA. I'VE TRADED THE GOLDEN STATE FOR THE SUNSHINE STATE, AND WHAT A TRADE ITS BEEN. BY THE WAY, GO LIGHTNING!
