Here's an alternative view for you folks that quote the Bible. Take the time to watch the entire video. Although a bit on the fringe, he does make sense if you THINK about it.

Give it a shot and let me know what you think.

Around election time, my father used to say "vote the old crooks out and the new crooks in". He actually had a good idea. Since all our "leaders" and representatives are only interested in themselves, why not vote against ALL incumbants? If we do this for 10 years or so, they should get the message that we've had it with them; no matter what party they represent.

Political parties run the country. If Bush or anyone else doesn't toe the party line, they lose support and their jobs. Lets give them the same treatment. They no longer represent the will of the people. They're not doing their jobs. Fire 'em.

But what about the good incumbants? THERE ARE NONE!! They're just not as bad as the outright crooks or the idiot in the White House. We deserve better but things will remain the same or get worse if we let the creeps continue to run the show.

How come Christians (in general) aren't interested in learning about other religions and beliefs? Any time I've been in a discussion all they do is affirm their faith, state they've been saved and try to save me. While that may be very nice of them, they show no interest in my or anyone elses beliefs.
Muslims are much the same. Jews are interested and the discussions are interesting and illuminating. Same with Buddists, athiests, agnostics. But Christians? I just don't understand this. Is it arrogance or are they afraid they will burn in hell with me just for wanting to learn?

I've been on this planet for some time and this is a serious question. Can you folks help me out?

I am affiliated with no political party or any organized religion. I don't need to be a menber of any club that wishes to control my thoughts. I obey the law. I pay my taxes. I vote. I harm none. I'm an American, and Southern by choice.
