Mark's salary from the non-profit organization enables him to be an advocate for changes in the laws that pertain to sexual offenders and predators. That is the whole purpose and people that donate money to the organization do it of their own freewill.

Flying on jet planes,getting new Harleys,riding in limos,$5000 for hotel REPAIR BILL,last time I checked his name was not Axle Rose.Not to mention $25000 for office funiture in an office that never existed.Yes he suffered one of the most horrific crimes that a father can but all the money in the world still can not wash out true white trash.

Lundsford's lifestyle and use or misuse of donated funds is a legitimate topic for public discussion,SEPARATE AND APART from the issue of whether or not the methodology of the investigation into his daughter's disappearance may have contributed to the tragic outcome. No reasonable person can defend the deliberate stonewalling of Lundsford's request for answers to legitimate questions on the grounds that his societal standing disenfranchises that request.

I agree completely with Omle and My_Louie. What happened to Jessica is ridiculous. Let's think with common sense here. Let's say you are a cop. There is a registered sex offender living across the street from the house of a missing little girl. Are you going to knock on the creep's door ask if there is anyone in the house that shouldn't be and leave without a proper search of the house? That would be the first place I would look. The house is close and has a creep living in it! I do agree that what happened is God's will and no one other than God knows why but I believe this tragic and horrific incident can and should be used to look at the procedure of search's such as this one. I believe Mark Lunsford has every right to do what he is doing due to the fact that little Jessica could still be alive if appropriate measures were taken. You can say Mark is in it for the money but at this point I honestly don't care what he is in it for if this could help save the lives of children/people then let him go for it. By the way, calling Mark Lunsford white trash and trying to insult him by using the term redneck is extremely silly and belongs in grade school. Just put yourself in his shoes. Imagine you loosing a child or any close loved one to an act like this. What would you do? In all honesty, what would you do? It would not be sit back and let the cops do their thing if you thought something else could have happened that could have saved your loved one!

Omie this is not gossip it is a matter of public record if you take time to look it up.Any money flowing in and out of a non profit org can be looked at.I am talking about the misuse of donated funds,funds that are not being used for intended purpose.I never said I did not feel for his personal lose of his daughter.I think Couey should put into the general population where he can be delt with or better let Mark have him in a room by himself with no possibilty of prosicution.

And the salary of the sherriff is paid by taxpayers. So yes, he does owe Mark and myself an explanation. I for one would like to know what policies he's changed so this doesn't happen again. Proactivity
