Rising Gas Prices--sticker on pumps

We all realize gas prices are on the way up, and there have been given many reasons. The one I would like Fox to investigate is the new sticker appearing on gas pumps, such as at Sam's in Clearwater. There is a big yellow sticker that says that prices lower than the retailer's cost cannot be charged--it is illegal. WHY CAN PRICES NOT BE LOWER? Is THIS one of the major reasons for gas prices rising? Notice that practically every place that had lower prices does NOT any more. SEND A REPORTER, FOX!

Resident of NC most of my life. The only person I knew whenever I came to Tampa (besides my new husband) was Paul Dellagatto!! Of course, I was delighted, and felt more at home, whenever Fox 13 got Eric Chilton and Cynthia Smoot, who both were on my local NC station also (Eric is back at my local NC station). So, Fox 13 made me feel at home from the beginning!
