It was just anounced  that Will Shields is retiring,and I just wanted to say thank you not only for what you did on the field but for your more important accomplishments off the field.I also wish you  success in your future endeavors.

Trent will be happy to be getting out of Dodge before he gets more concussions. I may have to revise my 8-8 prediction to 6-10 or lower. Huge loss.

Nice comments on a fine gentleman and great athlete. He had his priorities right. Football afforded him the opportunity to benefit the less fortunate. I get the impression it was because he wanted to do not for the photo ops and press releases.

Over the hill and going up the next one,and after reading many of the politically motivated blogs here I just want to say,an airplane can't fly with just one wing whether it be right wing or a left wing it will just fly in circles like a dog chasing its tail.
