 Well, I used to be blogger here a while ago.  I would continuously join in conversations about  the taxes and insurance crisis. I was finally able move out of the lovely state a few months ago. The problem of course, is that no one in there right mind would ever buy my house because of the T&I.

Im considering doing what everyone else is, and just letting the bank have it back .  So much for government working for the people.

 Just had a quick question for you after reading "Impeach Bush".  Does anyone think that having a president with so many ties to the oil industry has really done the country any good? If so I would like you to enlighten as to why. Bush and family own a large share of the U.S. oil market. And the vice president is in charge of the largest oil operation in the world.  If my facts are wrong I'm also here to learn.

   So do any of you have any thoughts on the "HOMLESS"?

I work in an area that has alot of homless people. They congregate  across the street from were I work. Alot of people see them on T.V. getting there tents rippped up, and everyone feels the need to come to there rescue like they are helpess animals in a wildlife park  having there habitat destroyed.  I've even read blogs on this site from people with nothing but compasion for them. I will be the first to say that I am well awear of the fact that there is such a thing as genuine mental illness. People who are deeply disturbed and need alot more help than our society is giving them. I personally know an older woman who's son of 43 has been on the streets his whole life, and it is heart breaking to talk to her about it.   And then there is the scum that I deal with on a daily basis. The flip side to that coin is the fact that there are plenty of able bodied criminals out there who just ain't worth a damn!  And there only objective in life is to get one over on somebody. They'd rather get caught shoplifting than get a job, and beg borrow and steal all the way through there worthless lives than to ever do the right things by themselves and us as a society. And you and I are the first ones they blame for everything that they have done wrong in there stinkin lives.Espcially when they get caught at there own stupid games. And plenty of em are plenty dangerous. So be careful before you get out and feed the bears.

  As we are all aware of the realestate woows with the taxes and insurance. Has anyone noticed that the prices of houses on the MLS are just the same as they were before all theses issues came up. Could it be that too many people bought into an over valued market. And now are left holding the bag. The market was a cash machine for investors. Does anyone think that investors and builders are to blame for this? Or is it just the taxes and insurance that are making your house so hard to get rid of?
