The bible says to "Honor your mother and father, that your days will be full". In these days and times I understand that that may not always be the easiest thing to do. But what could the killer of Jennifer Hudson's family have been thinking when he committed this crime? WHatever family issues they could've been having surely could've been worked without this type of violence. WHat is the neighborhood they lived in that played a role in the psychological premeditation of this act? I mean that is like saying, I don't value my family, I don't care about Jennifers success, or hers or anybody else's future. That was a true expression of hopelessness, carelessness, and self-hate, that now has destoyed a family, and cast a shadow on our race, becasue it makes everybody look bad. And now what kind of psycological impact will that have on Jennifer's career, not a good one, that's for sure. It really makes you wonder where people come up with all of these false hopes, and expectations, and aspirations. I fell like my blog has turned into an obituary for celebrities. Why is this happening? Why did those worlds collide? I don't know, But my prayers are with the Hudson family.

Well it's getting closer to voting time. So let's test the waters with a 700 billion dollar bail out plan right? wrong. Yeah we all know the money is in the bank. but where else could it be invested other than in the pockets of people who can't deal with not being number one anymore. And can't make wise decisions for the future of their companies.America is not the leading nation any more. In technology, cars, or education. But let's not make matters worse. WHat do peole want acceptance. WHy they already have it from their peers and collegues.( I found acceptance from the Godfather trilogy, and The Departed) Are they willing to go to those places to gain that acceptance? Any why does it bother them so much to think that they are not fully accepted? They most certainly are free, By way of unemployment that is, and other ways. WHat's wrong with the places they already have acceptance from? and vice versa. How can they possibly think that our current situation is Ok? How? We're wearing out the backs of our industrialists, who are optimistic of the big economic surge. THe Great Depression round two, huh THe fall of the great power? Or the inevitable reality we have to face because of dealing in Blood Money? What if the tables were turned? well what If, won't fix our economy.

I don't think any body has made me laugh more than this man. Maybe Eddie Murphy made me laugh more than Bernie Mac. From Ocean's Thirteen, to Guess Who, to His show, The Bernie Mac show, he never failed to keep Americans laughing. Often making light of his experiences, growing up in the inner city of Chicago, and lightening the load of Black America, by joking about our struggle as a people. I say he represented successful Black Americans very well with that signature smile. One of a very small minority of people to repesent comedians in the world. He will be missed very much. But his legacy will never die, his passion to help children and the community that raised him, will carry on through the next generation of comedians, and his collegues who loved, admired, and respected him. It's true that we all have our date with destiny, but when you're someone as important to the outside world as Bernie Mac it's really a heart break.

It really came as a shock to me to hear the news about Cameron Diaz's father passing away at 58 yrs old, and from of all things, a flu that rapidly progressed into a more serious condition. She's such a bubbly, vivacious, wild girl, who always knows how to please her audience. Youknow I kind of got choked up when I read the report on the internet. In her family pictures they looked like the perfect family, I mean I'm sure they had they're problems as all families do, but they were still together. After 16 yrs since she started making movies, with "The Mask", and millions and millions of dollars later,( and going to high school with Snoop Dogg at Poly Tech in Long Beach.ca) It's just sad to think that after making it this far she would have to deal with some thing like this, even though many celebrities have. She's a strong person though, I don't know if I could be that strong. I guess you never know until you're faced with the situation.

This issue will never die in this country, because of the history, between races. When slavery was abolished, that's really when every thing became so complicated. Because you have African-americansa coming straight out of poverty, and working as slaves, and becoming a part of mainstream America, which before they hadn't been a part of, and White America furious about having to integrate( not all) the two cultures. their european culture with the culture of free slaves, even the educated and trained blacks weren't completely accepted.
Barack Obama did not grow up here, he is from Hawaii, and I think we are really living in denial to think his perspective as a racially mixed person him self is valid for black people in America, it just can't be
Here's a perfect example. You have the Klu Klu Klan founded after the civil war, a militant white power group established to keep the white community, and the white American way of life protected from the influence in any way of the free slaves. so in a small town say, you have shops, churches, schools, and the lodge, the same in the black community, now during the times of lynchings, say the klan hung a black man from a tree, and they look across the street and see another black mand wearing slacks, suspenders, with a gun in his waist, that they never see on the white side of town, guess who they're going to put their trust in, guess who's business they're going to patronize, those same people who were hateful enough to have a picnic in front of a black man hanging for a tree, are going to go to the man they saw in the suspenders and ask to marry their daughter ( well may be not that far, but you get the point), it's the philosophy Barack is talking about, But I am not sure given his back round, his opinion is credible enough for me to believe.

My heart goes out to the family friends, and people who have worked with Heath Ledger, a young man so full of life, and hope, and just a beautiful human being. Where are the responsible adults who are supposed to be paying attention to these kids. I may be beating a dead horse with this subject, but a lot of Hollywood's young talent have drug, and depression problems, and nothing is being done about them. i guess people are waiting for god to come down out of the sky and save every body, but then again, people don't like dealing with the truth any way. they would rather persecute some body, for doing the very thing that is their livlehood, protecting their families what hipocrites they are. I suffer from second generation PTSD, my father was a trained assasin, and I was responsible for the community and everything in it, so I had very few options on how to deal with life. I't just sad to see young people lose hope, because of false pride, and broken promises.

I really hope that justice is served for the criminal who started these fires, because it is so sad to see these families homeless. They shouldn't be homeless, and in distress, the way they are. It's just a miracle that some of them still have hope, and are loving enough to help each other, and support each other. I would probably lose my mind if I lost all of my child hood memories, photos, trophies, etc. etc. People shouldn't have to suffer like that, at the hands of a selfish angry person, who decides to execute judgement on people who he doesn't even know. Why some people don't have insurance is a question that bothers me, I feel for them the most, what do you guys think ?
In the second YouTube clip, Raz B's older brother, Ricky Romance, speaks of also being molested by Stokes:
"Chris [Stokes] made me take showers with the other boys .... All the [things] that my brother was introduced to, that BLEEP was brought to me first. I blocked that BLEEP and I wasn't with it - I backed out ... I kinda knew what was going on there. And yet, I took my brother [Raz B] over to Chris, and I didn't protect him like I should have." "[Chris Stokes] molested my brother [Raz B] and he molested me ... when I say that, it hurts."
Later on in the video, Ricky Romance calls Chris Stokes who seems to admit to the allegations:
"I don't do that anymore, That was me years ago ... I just don't do that in my life anymore."
DX will keep you updated as this story is sure to develop more.

I would like to take a poll, from the readers to see who thinks Marion Jones from Oxnard,ca should be allowed to keep her Gold medals or not. Did her coach give her steroids, when she thought she was taking legal drugs? unless the coach confesses himself, we won't know. leave a comment with your vote. the fact is she was wrong, and she has to face the charges, but what were the circumstances of her drug use ?

Yep, that's the charge. But that's a misdemeanor in Hollywood. Well that's what OJ Simpson should be in court for, not armed robbery. Would it be hypocritical to say at least the Goldman's are getting paid? Too bad they already lost the criminal case. Hopefully they won't turn this into a racial issue, like they did before. America took sides as if it were a boxing match, blacks were like why are all these rich white people going after this successful black man, and the white community ( significantly larger I might add) was like why did that @#$&*! kill our daughter. Partly the history between blacks and whites in this country will always be a factor when it comes to a major dispute, always always, always. even now in 2007 with all the problems that community is facing. drugs, violence, dysfunction in the home, the just let the kids have their way syndrome. and if you were against OJ, why would you then try to be on his side, doesn't that seem a little childish. But any way. If I was OJ, and I did do it I would've left the U.S., and never came back, because every where he goes people know who he is, he couldn't go any where after that, in this country, and I would have twenty four hour protection. these type of events have been happening in Holly wood long before the OJ case. remember the movie " To kill a Mockingbird", I would leave the country for good, and buy a house in Dubai. It's sad to see these people learning their lessons the hard way, you cannot win against the system.

Hello, it's Nelson I am a cancer, and my horoscope is good in areas of work and mental stability. because of your e-mails I have realized that I need to see a doctor, and get medication, but it hasn't said anything about my love life or intimacy. I have recently been dating a stripper named Eva absellom aka Lady eloise, who I met a club Exposed. But she is so evasive, and she has some tattoos that worry me, I mean she won't even tell me her age, or show me her ID, she's a Morroccan girl, from Montreal, Canada. And she works at clubs in Los Angeles which is a really dirty city. I don't go to clubs that often, but typically girls that do are loose, and it's embarrasing to be with her, and see clients that she's slept with, and hear the stories, it's also very damaging to my reputation. I mean she's cool, but I hope my horoscope, can shed some light on whether this relationship is healthy for me or not. I also had a dream that I got in a fight with Brad Pitt, after he told me he had thangs for me, and then after the fight, we went to a bar, and had a beer. sounds weird, I know, but that is not funny, or some thing to play with, may be tomorrow, I can trust these peole again,

I think those radio jockey's who made those violent comments about Secretary of state condoleeza Rice should face criminal charges. Hey learn to deal with reality fellas, stop getting so desperate. If it's over it's just over, on my folks King Edward VII and VIII, and Lord Elgin. WHat do you do when go get in over your head ?, panic. Even though I don't really care for her, the president, his father, or anyone in the Bush administration, or The Clinton's either, or Barak for that matter. what's right is right and what is wrong is wrong, and those comments were wrong.

You know Cesar Chavez fought for the rights of poor migrant farmers in the 60's I believe, but now I think it is unclear to alot of American citizens what exactly the Latino community is fighting for. I think that any deals made between their community and the State or federal government has to be a two way street. Are they giving anything back to the community, ok then ? And they are the largest minority group in the U.S. right now.

About the Shooting at Virginia Tech. I think whenever students act out like this they are trying to communicate that there is a problem. Maybe they feel they are not being paid attention to, or they are mentally ill. Whatever the case may be that doesn't justify taking the lives of innocent human beings. But why is this the only way for some people to figure it out ? Trying to hold on to a life that is slipping away seems to be the common story of Americas middle class. I mean you've been living this life all thsi time, and you still haven't figured it out, what does that say about the parents and teachers ? One side of me wants to say so what ? but the humanity of it means there really is a problem that is being overlooked.
