They are probably foreigners moving here on American money that they've saved for years. It forces alot of us natives to seek residence in other states (also crowded with illegals)!!

I doubt that it is worth it . Most houses that are built today too fast and too cheap . For those prices they should come with a car or something as a thank you just for buying the place.

Oh and the old houses built in the 1800's and 1900's are worth the thought of buying them they have more character in them and hey are built better.
My dream is to purchase an old house and renovate it just for me. the character in them comes to you when you walk in. Worth it they are!!

What you're paying for at the Castle Green is a famous landmark. Former home to the likes of General Patton, Alexander Calder, Upton Sinclair, L. Ron Hubbard, Jack Parsons, Albert Einstein, Bobby Fischer and David Lee Roth. West coast exhibit home of Andy Warhol, film location of Humprey Bogart in Casablanca etc. etc.

It is worth the money? Not to most, but some people have money to burn, and ya gotta admit it's a pretty cool looking landmark.

I can hardly wait to see what Phil Spector's Alhambra castle goes for when/if they ship him off the the big house.
