Age generation gaps in the work place.
How many of you feel the fustrations of working with or around people of different generations or age groups. Today there may be as many as four different generations in your work place. Employers say all generation have something to offer... What do you think, do you work well with those 20 years younger than you?
Do you work well with those 20 years + older than you share your thoughts and opinions. Does your employer like mine offer seminars for this issue, are you just left alone to understand and deal.

Ex law-enforcement Officer; part-time Investigator & Security Professional... I believe in fair treatment for all. Life can deal anyone a bad blow. Don't make it your job to make that person's life any worse than it already is. Man to man should lend a helping hand.
