the supreme court ruled 5-4 that killing a sick perverted pig by execution for raping a CHILD is NOT warranted,NOT justified!! well excuse me! what do you mean by that? ANY crime against a child is more horrific in my book. and if the crime of rape against a child doesnt EARN death..then wht does?! killin a cop? thats worse? how can you sit there and say one is worse than an other?

 ever have your child raped? i have!

and as far as i am concerned they have earned the right to die..and i wouldnt be so kind with a lethal injection either.

again america shows it  a$$ with a sick ruling like that.

ok i for one am ready for the almighty changes to be made in America that everyone seems to be spouting today! so i thought well hey..im an american! im a people..its all abt the people ..right??? so i have made up a list of changes i would like to be addressed and done asap..

knowing i a just a simple minded,black and white americian not wanting to deal with anymore of the b.s. that spins this country any longer..

1.every single politician in washington d.c is FIRED! go home! there is no severance pay coming..turn in your rentals,your government homes and all the other perks i have been paying for over the years.get a REAL JOB! ONE THAT YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO DO WORK!millions of dollars wasted and taken from the people.

2.every single "person" in the united nations building..GET OUT! GET OUT OF MY COUNTRY! you are a total waste of time and space.you have 24 hrs to get your crap together and you will escorted to a commercial flight outta here!you want a u.n. do it somewhere else.

3.i.r.s....your fired! close up shop ..get outta here! done with you also! all the MILLIONS  of dollars to pay your salaries!a temp. office became mandated for the money fromt he citizens!no severance pkgs for you either!

4.across the board into all 50 united states..there will be a "American" tax on all purchases of 15 percent for our country for our people. your paycheck will not be deducted anymore.states who chose an additional tax is their business.all of you who hide your money ..still have to shop..cant bring it in w/o paying a large fee..all of you who work under the table and dont pay taxes now..still have to shop..you will now pay!this money will be for the presidents salary and our military.with extra money aside for God forbid a disaster within our country to our people.

5.imports and exports..anyone wanting to import into our country will pay a large import tax.PERIOD! you want to sell your crap to us..no problem..but you will pay to do so.

6.american companies who want to "outsource" to other countries to save the precious dollar for yourselves..go right ahead..a free country..but dont try bringing it back in to America without paying a large import tax.you take the jobs from americans and still want to sell it to us..you will be the ones paying now!

7.anyone in this country illegally you are outta here! period! you enter our country correctly or you are gone!

8.AMERICA WILL STAND ON ITS OWN 2 FEET! we will not be asking anyone for anything!

9.DRILL OUR OWN OIL!!!

10.every single american soldier will come home NOW! there will be no more bases anywhere but here in America! i could care less abt any other country and what they are doing over there. why are we stationed all over this world?in other countries?! i dont see anyone stationed here!!!why are our soldiers feeding their economy and not ours?

11.every single state in america will have a military base..at least one! we will give back to the communities right here..not over there! we will be protected right here on our soil..how can they help us when they are stationed"over there"?

12.the national guard will continue to protect all our borders,not just mexico..dont forget canada also.our soldiers will be home to help with that also.

13.the interest rates must be raised to support our dollar.as hard as that is it must happen.

14.get energy plants up and going.

15.back off abt gun control! an american right.

16.no need for congress or senate in washington..they dont do squat anyways!

all the years of stealing and abuse has got to come to an end.it begins in washington and it must end in washington.

i realize this seems off the top and a little overboard..but changes..yes indeed..changes need to be made..what we have now and in the near future..this isnt the changes they are talking abt.think abt the amnt of money this country could have w/o all the total waste of b.s. we have in this country! there would be no defecit! no more lined pockets.

i find it to be so simple.but then again im not being paid off by anyone..i dont care who i offend.im not trying to be politically correct.im trying to save the best country in the world!im looking out for america and her people!

 obama had it hands down from day one.  i knew hillary wasnt going to win the nomination..most people do not want anymore of the clintons..especially her!

now that she has finally gave up..watch what the dnc will do next..im pretty sure hillary will be put on the ticket with obama..why you ask.. so the democratic party will not be split! they know good and well that the hillary supporters would rather not vote at all than vote for obama.this way they can save their party and get the votes needed for the white house.im sure our floridian vote will count this time right?!

 im waiting to see if i am right..anyone agreee? any other views?

me..i will vote on the issues as i always have. mc cain will get my vote..not becausehe is a republican but because i believe he has the exp. ,the knowledge and the know how on how to run and protect this country.

for as much can and does be said abt our president now.. i leave all of you with this..its so easy to sit in the arm chair and complain,criticize and moan. we are not carrying the burden of an entire nation.not to mention this "man" is human.he does make mistakes..just like you and i.do i agree with everything he has done? no i dont. do i feel alot safer being on the offensive side as opposed to the defensive side (9-11) YES I DO !

things may very well indeed not be perfect..we are hurting too..but we are safe in our home, in our country and for that i am very thankful to our president.

i do not believe obama could handle the smallest crisis,nevermind what the president  had to deal with ..9-11.thank God al gore was not in office at that time!

i do believe mc cain can. he has my vote based on his exp. and knowledge. sure do wish he was younger! haha..

i saw the video.i watched the girls  faces.this was planned from the get go. we females are not a stupid species.i raised 4 daughters who are now adults with the oldest being 33 and the youngest being 26. i am quite aware of what is out there in todays world.and for the most part i will say the parents do play a very active role in what and who their children become,not fully but for the most part.if children are not raised with the proper guidance and responsibility along with good old fashion dicipline then God help us as a society!i grew up as a teenager in the 70's,i thought that was a hard world.its nothing compared to todays world.if you are growing to reproduce then take responsibility for your children.do not send trash out into society! my daughters were raised with "for every action there is a re action", there are consequences for everything you say or do.and dont you ever call me if you are arrested,lose  my number! thankfully my girls were never arrested.did they ever make bad choices,yes they did.and they had to face it,deal with the consequences and learn from it.as long as there is breath in my body i will not accept anything less from them or my grandchildren.what actually bothered me more than seeing that horrible attack on that girl was mrs. nichols defending her "child"! thats where most of the problems lie today in society..making excuses,justifying wrongs. call it what it is ! horrible! a crime! dont you defend your child for what she has done..whats wrong with you? this is why she is the way she is ,because she has been excused all these years for her choices in life.do i think they should be tried as adults..im not sure abt that without proper knowledge of their backgrounds.have they been in trouble before?on any level?but by no uncertian terms they need to be punished severely for what they chose to do.they planned it,they acted out,they even video taped it.now why shouldnt they be held accountable for their actions? and parents of the crimminals..wake up! see your children for who and what they are! stop living in denial or worse with your head in the sand! defending your child for the horror they have done makes you worse then them!

as time goes by and things continue to change,some not for the good i wonder,how could this great and beautiful country be in such bad shape.i am a "baby boomer".i have watched,lived through the vietnam era all along to here where we are today.this country is supposed to be "for the people,by the people" how long ago was that crushed,not lost but crushed! and sadly to say we "the people" have allowed this to happen ! we have no one else to blame other than ourselves,the people the voters.so stop blaming the government when we the people voted these fools in,not once but repeatedly! now we the people need to do something and do it now!

 i agree with the truckers 100%! i can only imagine how badly they are hurting and all the while mobil/exxon c.e.o. is raking in BILLIONS of dollars in sheer PROFIT! yet we go and pump their gas! we go to other stations that the gas is from the middle east,our enemies..the same people who murdered americans on 9/11! why? why do we the people support the crap we dont like and then complain abt it?because it is easier for us? yes! thats the truth.easier to pump at the closets station than to drive a little bit more to buy gas from a non enemy.i for one will NOT purchase any gasoline at any station that brings it in from the middle east along with citgo ! i will walk before i buy there.sometime people we have to take a hard stand,a not comfortable stand.but a stand for us,for America.how can we,an intelligent people,a beautiful country,a giving people sit here and moan and complain,blame everyone in government and yet not do one thing ourselves to change it?

now we have election year..God help us! ask yourselves this question when you are going to vote..who do "they" want in as president? thats who you dont vote for!

we are hearing all the talk abt the iraq war.all the americans lost in battle,and why?

do i support the war?i support being on the defensive.i always have and more so since 9/11.

do i want to hand hold,babysit another country? NO! do it yourselves.get up and stand on your own 2 feet! why is America always the one cleaning up,defending,helping,bailing out every tom dick and harry in this world?! do we ever get help? NEVER! are we ridiculed,hated? YES! so why are we anywhere in this world rather than on our own soil? defend us right here in America! put up bases all along the coast of America,not in other countries.i could care less wht they do over there. come near us and we will kill you.simple.cant life be just that simple? you handle your country and people and we will handle ours. i dont understand what is so hard abt that. BRING ALL OUR SERVICE PEOPLE HOME! where they belong,in America.

i just read and watched the news brief concerning the kidnapped woman,wife,mother ,daughetr,sister etc..

sarasota sheriff office stating "mistakes" were made . 2 employees suspended,2 employees to be trained further. a sheriff also stating we the public need to keep in mind "that we are only human" .would that "excuse" work with the sheriff if we were pulled over for speeding? running a light? i think not. do not insult me with that excuse when it comes to saving a human beings life!you dropped the ball! plain and simple! dont make excuses for your failures.

 with that all said.. yes indeed we are all just human.but i am sorry to say certian "humans" are held to a higher standard..doctors,pastors,police,fire,emts,pharmicists,
etc.. we come to you for HELP. we are trusting you. we are in need of your service when we do come to you.if 911 is not going to help..why call? why staff? we are paying you to do a job..and to do it well !you must be ready to respond! you must be ready at all times ! there is just no room for error , no room for excuses.

could that poor woman have been saved from this horrible ordeal?could her family have been spared all this heart wrenching pain if you had just responded correctly? i dont envy your jobs,but you have chosen them.you MUST be able to stand up and take action immediately.no exceptions can or will be accepted.sorry that is the plain truth.

if you cant do the job,if you cant be there for the people..then leave. dont give us the falsehood of help is only a phone call away. it wasnt for this poor lady.

 keep it comin! they say they "have" to raise the rates to compensate for all the terrible losses they have had to pay out...yet their PROFITS are outrageous!!

now someone explain that to me..if you raise our rates and you keep the "billions" for "your" profit..where is your loss to begin with? in your profit margin?

you know good and well,GOD forbid ,florida gets nailed with a hurricane hit the first thing out of their mouths will be "we have to raise your premiums again..we have no money" what a load of crap!

every single one of them are liars and thieves! something drastic must be done. and i for one..LOVE THE RULING AGAINST ALLSTATE!!!
