ok so is everyone ready for the next phase of our wonderful election year?

obama had it hands down from day one.  i knew hillary wasnt going to win the nomination..most people do not want anymore of the clintons..especially her!

now that she has finally gave up..watch what the dnc will do next..im pretty sure hillary will be put on the ticket with obama..why you ask.. so the democratic party will not be split! they know good and well that the hillary supporters would rather not vote at all than vote for obama.this way they can save their party and get the votes needed for the white house.im sure our floridian vote will count this time right?!

im waiting to see if i am right..anyone agreee? any other views?

me..i will vote on the issues as i always have. mc cain will get my vote..not becausehe is a republican but because i believe he has the exp. ,the knowledge and the know how on how to run and protect this country.

for as much can and does be said abt our president now.. i leave all of you with this..its so easy to sit in the arm chair and complain, criticize and moan. we are not carrying the burden of an entire nation.not to mention this "man" is human.he does make mistakes..just like you and i.do i agree with everything he has done? no i dont. do i feel alot safer being on the offensive side as opposed to the defensive side (9-11) YES I DO !

things may very well indeed not be perfect..we are hurting too..but we are safe in our home, in our country and for that i am very thankful to our president.

i do not believe obama could handle the smallest crisis, nevermind what the president  had to deal with ..9-11.thank God al gore was not in office at that time!

i do believe mc cain can. he has my vote based on his exp. and knowledge. sure do wish he was younger! haha..

I agree that Clinton and Obama will join together, it makes the most sense when you look at how to get the votes ect... They scare the marshmellows out of me though. And I can't remember whose blog I was one, but Obama with the halos and the Hitler posters was some food for thought!!!!

As for McCain, I can see the experience point of view, I just don't know if he is the right man for the times. From where I stand, the economy is scaring me really bad, I have been hit with cuts in hours, my husband has been hit with way too many days off and the bills aren't going anywhere. I have to work half a day to pay for half a tank of gas. My family is already looking at and doing things to down size, and I don't remember ever being super-sized. I'm just glad I listened well to my Grandma that lived through the depression, between my ability to grow a garden and can and hubby's talents for fishing, my family won't starve.
Whoever makes it to office has a lot of work ahead of them, and again I have to agree with you that I don't think Obama has that in him. And another round of Bush's and Clinton's is just more that I can stomache....

After reading an e-mail that a friend sent me about Obamas wife and her feelings about white people SHE scares the devil outta me. Seems that she puts herself ABOVE ALL white people no matter how rich or how poor they are and the very fact that Obama himself won't even salute the flag of our country and didn't even swear himself in on the bible when he was sworn in gives me the creeps. THEY give me the creeps. IF that man makes it into office I want to go find me a deserted island somewhere and forget all about this place until HE is out of office. Gilligan and Skipper move over cause here I come!!!!!!

You are still blind to the facts. Why can't you see that the world needs change ohh maybe you do. or is it that a black american dare not to make our country better?

The world does need a big change, but I am not going to vote for or against anyone based on their skin color, or gender. There are plenty of white politicians that I don't like either, and if they were where Obama is, I wouldn't vote for them. My fears of them as our next President and VP is based soley on their experience and there view points. If there was a female, or a black male, or a Latino or a purple with green strips American that had a political view point that I believed in, they would have my vote. BUT, even as a registered Democrat, I can not stand behind these two people. Can we have a redo for both the Democratic and Republican parties, I do like any of the above!!!!!

The problem isn't black versus white but who the candidates are. He may be "black" but he is not going to make any changes. He wants to add taxes onto over burden business and we are losing enough of them already, he wants to add a $0.50 tax to gas, we are already paying enough, how do you think that free college, free prescriptions, and free medical? TAXES. And with no jobs who is going topay them much less anything else? As of today I have noted Chevy closing car lots, Hallmark shutting down and going over seas, GM moving out of the country, and where will it end? It aint Bush doing it. He can't even veto a bill so it is congress. Suck it up, more taxes equals less jobs.

I don't care if Obama bleeds red, white and blue I will not vote for a man that I don't trust!! I don't trust him and I don't trust Hillary. I will NEVER trust a man ,white OR black that will NOT salute our flag. Our men and women have fought and died for our flag and the freedoms that we have today and for him to not show his respect to our flag is just plain disgusting. LOVE our country or LEAVE IT!!!
