I tried to have my rental house turned into section 8 so i could rent it for far more than its worth,i mean what the hell its the taxpayers money , and i know they have it ,cause they are probably going to bailout wall street,so why not give it to me in the form of a g overment check every month.Well i was unsucessful in getting my house turned into section eight so guess i will have to rent it a fair market prices.The reason my house couldnt go section eight is because the house next to mine is section 8,and it came complete with young adults that raised pitbulls and fought them ,and they constantly barked,so i couldnt even rent my house at fair market rental rates,finally i had to let my house go back cause noone would rent next to that mess.recently the people that were next to my rental house,had to move,and the city of kansas city missouri moved very swift it only took them just a little over 2 years.Housing Authority had been contacted several times,Animal Control several times.the person who owns the house has several properties in Ruskin and several of them are in violation,some with numerous violations.Go have a look at 6909 114th st,right across the street from one of our people that does so much good in the area,some of you will know of whom i speak.This owner is stealing your tax money in the form of section 8,the housing authority needs to be inspecting these properties because you the tax payer are paying them to do just that.Please call the housing authority and demand they do there job.Oh and by the way the rental house i let go back that was for my retirement so i wouldnt be such a burden on the system,well since i made a bad real estate decision ,could someone bail me out or rescue me.Rescue your tax money by turning these culprits in that steal your money via section 8,and call themselves LANDLORDS.

Neighbors of mine have a dead dog in the back yard -been there for 3 days called action center said no one will come out and get it because it is private property,yet im missing out on this beautiful weather cause none of us neighbors can sit out side because of the smell,makes me want to throw up,what i dont understand is why the people that owned the dog are just leaving it there,talked to the action center again today they say it is in neighborhood preservation hands,what about animal control,isnt this a health issue as well.thern the action center tells me well there is nothing we can do our hands are tied,if the action centers hand are always tied on so many issues then what good are they ?now they tell me that someone is on their way,to give the owner of the dog an option get rid of the dog or you get a ticket,what if they choose the ticket ?then i guess we still have a rotting dead dog carcaus in their yard and we all still have to stay inside ,talk about being a prisoner in your own home -and the action center is the warden.i dont know what to do if they dont come and get the dog.i guess the smell will go away in a few weeks.

for some time now ive been trying to figure out why so many people are commiting crimes to go to prison.Well ive figured it out,free food,free housing,free dental,free medical,free t.v.,free library,free internet,free exersize gym,any and all drugs you want,all the sex you want or can take,no tax liability,no mortage payments,pretty much no responsibility to speak of,and yes you to can have all of this ,for the one time charge of giving up ypur freedom,well i would like to have all of the things mentioned above for free,but im not willing to pay the price of my freedom,so i guess i will have to keep on working and not be able to have some of the things that people in prison are afforded at my expense(a taxpayer).Some are saying build more prison's,if we keep building more prison;s and keep filling Them up soon there will be so few of us working to fund the prison's with tax dollars ,then what do we do ,i have some ideas but might be arrested if i voiced them,any comments from anyone ,i could live a lot better if i didnt have so many other liabilities i.e. prisoners,single people on welfare,able bodied people on disability,this list gets longer and i would writing a short novel.

Well the Police are calling it new technology,(the Rumbler)on the news,hey this is by no means new technology,people have been going up and down my street for years with this same technology in their cars waking me up at night ,rattling my windows,driving me crazy,and they call it a stereo
