Well, yet again, another preacher, who has been nothing but hateful in his rhetoric against gays, has been OUTED!!! It's awesome! Why can't people just accept themselves (and others)for who they are instead of getting up on their soapbox and spewing hatred, especially from the pulpit! That's not godlike, and that's not what Jesus would do!

I'm just so glad the corrupt and deceitful are finally being discovered for who they really are. How dare these holier-than-thou types tell others how to live their lives while they hide in their hypocrisy! Poetic, and real, justice will finally be served.

It's unfortunate that the evangelicals got all caught up in the politics of things because they are quickly beginning to notice how much they've been used by the GOP. The two groups go hand in hand--they deserve each other--because they talk to much about the faults of others without looking in the mirror! I must reiterate what I've said in past postings, it's all about money & power, and these two groups don't know how to handle either.

You are so right. There is a separation of church and state for a reason. Politics outta stay out of religion and religion should stay outta politics!

We as humans are capable of only the type of activity you are writing about. Even when one becomes involved with an evangelical movement, perfection is not achieved. Only Christ was/is perfect in His dealings with men. And Christ did speak out against those who chose to disregard His plan for salvation. This plan includes everyone for all time. Even those He spoke out against. We need only accept the gift of grace in order to receive it.

The striving for money & power (and all other forms of self deciet) you describe is only a veiled attempt to satisfy a need we all feel to be fulfilled and accepted. You are right in that the sinful should not judge the sinful for being – sinful. We are all imperfect and fallible. As history shows, however, it is not better to cover our eyes to the debauchery of others to justify our own. Just look at the Babalonian, Roman and Greek Empires (amoung many others). Their downfall ultimately came about as a result of declining social and governmental morality. The one is dependent upon the other for benefit or harm of both.

Not wanting to preach so much, but I get worked up when things resort name calling (hypocrit, evangelicals, holier-than-thou) of those being pointed out for name calling. Perfect justice will ultimately be dealt to all. We are each responsible for our own choices and actions. Accept it. Or not. You choose.

All the time…God is good.

I'm just tired of the nonperfect condemning my lifestyle because they just don't show the love that God intended. It is the hypocritical who condemn; and, sorry to say it, but the evangelicals have attempted to dictate the direction of this country by assisting in attempts to change the Constitution. Shall I start a movement to ban evangelicals for living their lives the way they see fit?! So many hardcore republicans got in trouble because they were deceitful while pretending to be holier-than-thou.

Son practice what you preach my blog was the truth about politics in general. If your truly tired of the hypocrisy then lead by example, you know nothing about me or what I have done for 20 years in radio. Next time stick with the facts or topics on the blogs and not what a person does for a living remember your statement dated Nov.6,at 6:23pm and PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH!
