The AMERICAN Judicial System HAS NO JURISDICTION over these people..

We have FOREIGN Citizens who are accused of committing “Crimes” IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY being held overseas in yet ANOTHER Foreign Country..The Supreme Court has ALREADY ruled once before that American Jurisprudence has NO Jurisdiction in these matters ..THIS decision rolled RIGHT over Supreme Court Precedence without so much as a by your leave..

These Terrorists BROKE no American Laws so how can they possibly be tried in American Courts..The answer is sinple,, THEY can’t and THEY won’t..THIS decision is NOT about THEIR trial..No such Trial will EVER happen..It SIMPLY can’t…

The WHOLE Purpose of this decision is to put AMERICA on trial, NOT the Terrorists..THIS isn’t about “rights”..It’s about Idealogue..it’s about Who’s FOR the War and Who’s AGAINST it..

Had THIS been a Constitutional Decision based Solely on the validity of the charges against the TERRORISTS ,, the decision would have included an ORDER for the detainees to be extradited to the Country where THEY commited their “crimes” to be tried according to THEIR Law…THAT at least,, would make SENSE and WOULD be Constitutional..THAT,,However,, would NEVER be allowed to happen…The left would SCREAM Bloody Murder at the mere suggestion of it....

THIS decision will see to it that THE TERRORISTS WILL NEVER Face Justice for their actions..

Scalia is my role model for sure as what I want on the highest court, right ahead of Thomas as a Falwelian fascist. Talk about the wholesale murder of our Constitution, you may as well use the original document for toilet paper if you turn the interpretation over to these two guys.

If our resident goons had followed the barest requirement of International Law, we would not be in this situation. The rounded up a bunch of suspects (some guilty as sin and deserving to be convicted and hung like the dogs that they are...but some INNOCENT), shipped them off to be tortured and sometimes murdered in other countries and then jailed indefinately.

We brought this decision upon ourselves because of the egregious violation of International Law by Dick and Dumb.

As we should have done, not hold them on US soil, Guantanamo is a military leased land and despite the trickery of our deceivers, Afghanistan would have solved the problem...except for the fact that 1,500 terrorists were freed in a raid conducted by 40 Taliban ...the same Taliban who protected Osama and were allow to regroup and strenghten under the absolute and total idiocy of George (hang 'um high) Bush.

Or turn them over to the Egyptian or ANYBODY but our secret prison system. That exposes us to the requirements of our Constitution. The incompetence of OUR government led to this correct decision, not a liberal bunch of judges.

It is Ironic that non-citizens have some rights to fair treatment under our laws when Dumbo tries to deprive CITIZENS of their rights (Padilla).. Imagine that : treating your enemy fairly despite the fact that they are barbarians. I suppose it would benefit us to become barbarians too?

YOU Dk,,are EXACTLY right..It was the LEFT that insisted that they NOT be classified as Prisoners of War because THAT would subject them to the VERY same "Held for the Duration" treatment that WAS and IS sanctioned by the Geneva Convention and applied to ALL such Prisoners..It was ALSO the Left that Didn’t want them sent to EITHER their Home Country or the countries where they committed their offenses claiming that THEY would be executed upon their conviction..THEY successfully convinced the courts that THAT would amount to Cruel and Unusual Punishment..A whole New Classification had to be created to satisfy the Left and STILL the LEFT objected.. THEY opposed Military Tribunals,,Demanding instead that THESE Terrorists be given UNCONSTITUTIONAL access to the revolving doors of the American Court System….. Remember..Though these guys were CAPTURED engaging in acts of WAR against Americans in Iraq and Afghanistan,, they nevertheless have violated NO domestic American Laws and the Court System has NO Jurisdiction…NO American Court can sit in Judgement of these Terrorists,,EVEN this recent decision falls short of granting them THAT authority..ANd like I said,,THAT WAS THEIR INTENTION...
