MEDIA IN THE TANK FOR OBAMA

John McCain has already traveled to Iraq several times and the Mainstream News Media has hardly noticed. Then Barack Obama decides to go to Iraq for the very first time and the three Major Networks decide to send their News Anchors along with an army of soundmen and cameramen so they can drool over his every word as Obama illegally commits to send more troops to Afghanistan and tries to take credit for everything the Bush Administration has been doing to win in Iraq while Barry was waving the white flag and saying our military wasn’t able to win.

Do I need to remind these media types that Obama, when he bothered to vote at all, voted against funding the troops as well as voting against everything that he is now trying to take credit for, like the Surge. Nothing attracts political glory seekers like success.

And don’t think I haven’t noticed that Obama just can’t seem to bring himself to give any credit at all to his own country and the U.S. Military for the successes in Iraq. Instead, he gives all the credit to the Iraqi Government and al Sadre’s decision to stop fighting. Well Barry, why do you think the Iraqi Government has been successful and al Sadre decided to stop fighting, hmmmmm?

We all know what they’re doing. They want to get lots of footage of Obama acting presidential so that they can use the footage in campaign ads in an effort to overcome his lack of experience. They want to give people the impression that he is a real diplomat. The truth is, ol Barry chairs a Senate Committee on Afghanistan and has never even had a meeting. That shouldn’t surprise anyone. After all, he only had 143 days in the Senate before he started running for president. Before that, name one thing he has done that would qualify him to be president.

Someone needs to remind Barry and the Network News Anchors that he isn’t president yet and shouldn’t be committing the U.S to sending more troops into Afghanistan. Barry also need to be reminded that Afghanistan is a NATO operation and there aren’t more troops there because NATO has decided not to send them. If Barry had been chairing his committee instead of campaigning, he may have known that. Barry, your inexperience is showing again.

At the same time all of this Obama bootlicking is going on John McCain steps off of an plane in New Hampshire today and there is one local reporter and one cameraman there to cover his arrival. Now try to convince me that the Mainstream News Media isn’t in the tank for Obama? Is there any doubt?

Could it be that it's more news-worthy, because Obama is going home for a good, old-fashioned family reunion, complete with ethnic dress, food, dance and an act of terrorism or two, thrown in for a little fun?

Well the Mainstream media (MSM) has been in the tank with liberals since the "alphabet media" came on line! Before cable, Walter Cronkite had 22 minutes a night to shape American thinking, and almost single handedly ended Vietnam by refusing to report any positive aspects. People dispise Hanoi Jane, but forget that Walter Cronkite destroyed the war effort.

Jump now to the present, with cable news and a forum for an alternative to the liberal bias, the wagons are being circled around Obama not for who he is as an individual, but to protect what Obama stands for! The most liberal leader in the Senate, with ties to radical Islamic sympathizers and anti-jewish orgs.

Its just not going to work. The fairness doctrine on Capital Hill will never work, and what we have is the old days of politics "burning out rather than fade away..."

Abunai, people have already forgotten, and many never heard, that, after her retired "Uncle Walt" confessed that he had "always been a Communist." I was dumbfounded to hear him say it, but I should not have been.

JFore, find a copy of Bernard Goldberg's book, he entitled "BIAS." Among other things, he explains how these people associate ONLY with like-minded people, and believe their radical left views are mainstream.

...I do hope that the American MEDIA realizes how important the current events are to their dwindling future, they are most definitely all for Obama (sorry guys even FNC runs Obama round the clock!) and it is pretty much the very last test of credibility they will be given ...this can only end one of two ways 1 Obama loses and TV news looks like the blue-devil fools they really are (and everyone gets their news from the net having lost all faith in American TV) or 2 Obama wins and every disaster of his idiotic childish ideas is blamed on the media (and everyone gets all their news from the net having lost all faith in American TV) .......LOL@LiberalMedia !

He is already acting like he is president! There is a LONG way to go before the elections, and I hate to keep repeating this, but sooner or later he will have to debate McCain in front of all America and the world.

BAck to reality now... The media gave McCain plenty of coverage during his previous trips to Iraq -- most notably, when he took his infamous walk through Baghdad, outside the Green Zone, surrounded by phalanges of heavily armed soldiers with helicopters flying overhead -- and then had the audacity to act as though he had taken a lone stroll through a park, remarking "how safe" Baghdad had become. This trip is a first for Obama, so naturally the media will cover it.

That is why I want McCain... just the pleasure of seeing the Liberal media, HollyWeirdo's, and Super Marxists lose would make my year. To see Olbermann, MSNBC, Katie Couric, the libs at ABC, NY times, the talking heads lying to spin for Obama, and the Liberals who claim to be INCLUSIVE .... to see them cry.... would light up my life.... Sorry about being so far away hun but I am closer to the beach and I spend a lot of time boating on the Intra coastal waterway being close means less gas in the truck so more for the boat ! I have one of those permits to and they are always in season!
