People who say they would not vote for the other Democrat if their Democrat doesn't get the nomination are just insane.

This is a very scary potential problem that shows the uneducated, idiotic nature of so many people in this country.

The fact remains, that Obama and Clinton are so similar on about 95% of the issues and both are miles away from John McCain. If you support one but wouldn't support the other vs. McCain, you are either a hypocrite, a phony or ignorant.

So I ask you, why are you supporting your candidate in the first place? Because she is a woman? Because he is African-American? Because you like their perceived charisma or personality? Or you "trust" one more than the other? All of these things are tiny factors but not the ones that should be shaping your vote.

Do you LIKE paying $4/gallon for gas? Do you LIKE this ongoing war in Iraq? Do you LIKE not being able to afford a house because of the abolition of the middle class over the past 8 years?? Because these are the things that you'll continue to get if you vote for John McCain or abstain from voting because YOUR Democrat didn't get the nomination.

Unfortunately I believe you may be right. The government has become an Oligarchy, though on some issues McCain might be softer. But yes we are being sold down the tubes as fast as possible.

Don't be fooled! Obama and Clinton voted FOR the McCain/Kennedy AMNESTY(immigration reform) legislation. Don't be fooled about their "secure the border" rhetoric. All three are LYING!!!!!!

the abolishment of the middle class has been going on long before the Bush administration..its simple the income tax system hasn't kept even with salary increases so though a loaf of bread cost 27 cents in 1968 it now costs 3.00 we are making more but spending more and being taxed the same as we were back then ..so where middle class was around 40 thousand its know 80 thousand but the cost of goods went up and your being taxed like a rich person so you keep going broke and the middle class will eventually wiped out ..the only way to make things right is a flat tax ..so weather you make a million or 30 thousand you will pay the same tax proportionatly..

The State Of The Pimp
America’s chief illegal alien pimp, Los Angeles mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, gave his State of the City address this week. In it, he unveiled his Big Mouth/No Balls approach to gang violence.

While recounting some of the more heartbreaking deaths due to gang violence, the little pimp did manage to mention Jamiel Shaw. This moment provided him with the perfect opportunity to do what so few present day Los Angeles leaders ever think of doing: lead.

Villaraigosa laid out his plan for combating gang violence. It begins, as so many lefty approaches to problems do these days, with a dialog. I call it the Morning Talk Show Approach.

“Kids are getting killed, let’s talk about that. But first, here’s the mayor’s girlfriend with the weather…”

It’s very difficult to view anything the little pimp says or does without rage and/or cynicism. When he used the mention of gang violence to launch into a diatribe about hate crimes, I couldn’t help but read into it a wink and a nod to the illegal Los Angeles residents who Villaraigosa considers his real constituency. Gang violence is bad, according to hizzoner, but,

Arpaio sets deadline for Guadalupe enforcement
April 18th, 2008 @ 10:33pm
by KTAR Newsroom/KPHO.com

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio sent a letter on Friday to Guadalupe town leaders, telling them they have 180 days to either renew or end their contract with his office.

Arpaio said if the town doesn't answer, he will pull his deputies from the community.

"Recent actions and statements made by the Town of Guadalupe against the sheriff's office are unjust and ignore the professional law enforcement services provided by the sheriff's office for the past 30 years," the letter read.

Many town residents took to the streets to oppose Arpaio's recent crime saturation sweep that netted nine suspected illegal immigrants and 38 others on warrant arrests and drug violations.

In his letter addressed to Guadalupe Mayor Rebecca Jimenez, Arpaio wrote, "Statements made by you and the Phoenix mayor reflect a disturbing discrimination and selective enforcement agenda that certain laws passed by the Legislature and voted upon by the citizens of Maricopa County should not be enforced."

As a result, Arapio wrote, "the sheriff's office has decided to invoke the termination clause of its law enforcement agreement with the Town of Guadalupe."

Jimenez said she was disappointed Arpaio issued his statement, regarding the cancellation, to the media immediately after delivering the letter to town officials.

"This is yet another attempt by Sheriff Arpaio to garner more media attention for himself and his office," she said.

Jimenez added, "It is also unfortunate that

You don't really see the Dems doing anything about $4 for a gallon of gas, either, so you can't pin that one totally on Bush. At least McCain has talked about the idea of abolishing the federal gas tax for the summer. You don't hear Barack or Hillary talking about doing anything at all to help the American consumer.

I do agree with one person on here who said that the middle class has been disappearing for much longer than 8 years. And what exactly, is a "middle class" anyway?
