Oh, forgot to state, my brother had his Military I.d. on him too. I lived in North Carolina before here and it's the same thing. I mean.... you have good people and bad. I know older folk have a different view sometimes...I know Latino's are racist against their own too!! I mean, now if Obama get's in office...and he does bad...we will all blame it on him being blk. If Hilary was to win then you would have blamed it ..on being a woman!! Again, I'm 25 and seriously look at me...I get questioned all the time...What are you!! Hell, what are you is usually my reply. I am American, I was born in Panama City, Panama to a Puerto Rican Veteran Father and a Panamanian Mother!!! Yet, it is what it is. If you look HOOD well..usually it helps attract the police a little more!! Not all cars that bump music and have rims are hood yet it's what you think off top!!

Why is it always about the whites and racism? I have had just as many blacks show racism towards me and I do not go around crying about it. As long as we have people feeding the fire we will have the fire. News flash we may all get burned so sad, too bad, unless we do something about it. So if you break the law why not just admit it was your fault and stop there.

how dare a police officer pull over a car without proper tags!!! with the tinted windows it just had to be a black person!!! how dare a black person even get a warning!!! The racism of this situation is over the top. The cop should be fired and the department be sued for millions of dollars!!

Simple fact you break the law don't be suprised if you get pulled over and PLEASE don't start crying RACISM. Are you supposed to get a pass because of your color?

BTW- I am a black. NOT African-American... Its time the black community woke up and be proud of who they are. An American. You don't hear whites going around saying i am an European-American.

Oh and by the way the cop was an a$$ hole!! I left thinking....Wow he was all like that and evil, knowing I had an exam I was late too!! Ha-ha!! And the whole time he thought I was just white... Sad to have thought that way but...like I said it proved a little something to me!! I learned that at 19. Awww!! Okay, night!!

I would hate to think what it would be like if we didn't have cops when we need one. .

Plus I heard with gas prices they are going to start cutting down patroling. I figured they can all get scooters and zoom down the road to get us!!! Ha-ha!! Just a thought!!! I don't believe that the news article I saw was here though!! But my first thought was seeing cops on scooters trying to catch the criminals!!
Yet, Calco it is true. Cops are people. They are good, bad, honest, liars, racists, republicans, democrats, every race...hell they are human !! They do have issues of their own, and well don't make that much money either. So I'm sure they stress as much or more then some. Should they take it out on us, NO, yet would you? I know I have taken out my fustrations on my co-workers before *and maybe will again some day*...I'm good at switching the script when dealing with my patients yet, my poor co-workers!! I'm learning to just say..."Hey, talk to me in about an hour or so, I'm having a rough morning, etc!!" Plus they are use to me by now!! Ha-ha!!

Yep--that BOZO deleted my post too. You are right, jstol3, apparently the good officer feels the rules are for the rest of us. Maybe there was more to his story that he did not share.

1) He was speeding (5 mph over is illegal)
2) He did not have proper tags

Two of his points he was pulled over for breaking the law. He said he has tinted windows so how did an officer going the other way know he was black? Hmmm...maybe the officer saw no front tags and pulled him over.

The lady in the gas station...something tells me there is more to the story. Perhaps he was talking loudly on a cell phone, being rude, etc.

Also as for the 3 patrol cars out of no where surround him. From the tone of his post My guesstimate would be he got mouthy with the cop and he called back up.

Thanks for your military service but maybe America doesnt need your services. You are a perpetual victim who seemingly trys to find racism in every action of non-blacks. Go back to the South we all know they have a great reputation for treating black fairly
