I watched the debate last night. I still had not made up my mind on who I would vote for due to concerns I have with both parties.

I did not see Palin answer many of the questions that were asked of her. A couple of times she didn't answer what was asked of her at all because she wanted to talk about energy. When she did answer, in my opinion, she appeared more of a cheerleader or motivational speaker than anything. I heard from her that they were going to fix everything, but not how they would do it. She was obviously very weak on foreign policy.

DogJ, I'll give you that one about the parties, but I don't like her to pretend she is a maverick against big oil when she has been given favors by them...
Also, I am convinced that she and McCain are going to give the U.S. the same type of economic "favoritism to the rich" that we've seen in the last few years,...that is, according to McCain's voting records in the senate.

Prof, apparently your attention span isn't too long. McCain said the "5 miilion dollar" line at Saddleback and he was obviously not serious. He was making a point about the stupidity of assigning any particular figure to middle class.
When Biden said his house was his "sole investment" you have to wonder what he's been doing with that $400 grand plus he's been reporting to the IRS. If he can't take care of his own money any better than that, ddo we really want him taking care of our money?
Also, Mont, did you miss Biden calling the Bosnians "Bosniacs"? Not a mistake such an erudite, highly experienced expert should make.

hey jstool3 does this look familiar? this is one of your blogs very one sided information getter. that program was to teach little kids how to stay awy from child predators and what was inappropriate touching. someone should stand up for our kids since the republicans would not do it. parents were also directly involvd with this program and identified it as a success
