I'd like to shed some light on an issue which will be released to all the media in the next month or so. My sisters kids have been removed by Child Protective Services two months ago with false and frivolous allegations of neglect and abuse. Such accusation along with constant harassment from child case workers and their supervisors were used to removed the kids from my sister with out court order or probable cause. Constant harassment, including harassment during a case workers vacation day, were conducted and approved by the case worker's supervisors. Though these frivolous allegations and harassment complaints have been brought up to Gloria Molina's office, their own internal affairs, the mayor's office, the governor's office and private legal agencies they have resulted in no action with my niece and nephew of only 2 weeks and 1 year of age, respectively, being ignored resulting in our family being torn apart by the absence of such innocent lives. The child case worker who removed the kids lured my sister to comply with a "mandatory" drug test on a volunteer case plan before a long weekends in order to remove her kids. This was a result of my sister informing the case worker's supervisor of the harassment by the case worker on during her vacation day followed by the case worker's supervisor harassing my sister her self at my sister's home. Since the removal of the kids /at least three other cases based on false accusations have been opened against my sister, my mother and stepfather in order to delay the placement of the kids in a family member's home. We have been even been called into their offices to have meetings with the case workers, supervisors, ARA, and a meeting mediator (from their offices) to bring up frivolous issues in order to delay placement of the kids with a family member. During my sisters court hearing the judge dropped all the false charges against her we were told that the kids would be placed with a family member with no real result. Up to about a week ago we had no external help except for the court appointed attorney to prove that all allegations against my sister were false and were part of a vendetta for my sister standing up for her and her kids rights. The kids remain with a foster family. Internal affairs have re-appointed an investigator who has already informed us that all their actions are illegal including what the internal affairs' supervisor calls "kidnapping". We have been informed that further investigations are being conducted due to illicit behavior, false allegation generation, harassment, illegal procedures, etc. We plan to have the media assist us with finding other families who have also been torn apart by these people and have been denied assistance by the agencies we have also contacted with no luck and have had their kids put up for adoption. Internal affairs have informed us that due to their illicit behavior, several personnel will be removed and will face charges and jail time for their actions. We currently hold proof presented to us by internal affairs in order to prove the facts mentioned above. We admire the work your company does in assisting with the placement of kids in need of adoption and would like help in getting the kids removed by these people with illicit tactics back to their families where they belong.
