The Blog Turf War's are never ending.  Someone is always stirring the pot.  People, yes, actual people and not just screen names take the bait. They take sides and it goes on and on.  PastorD witnessed something that even the Fox Blog Gods deemed unfit but other than that it's is a matter of what someone wants to post and a bunch of he said/she said BLEEP. 

When you read a newspaper or watch the news there are stories that appeal to you more than others, you have  a choice to turn the page or channel.    

Many  bloggers do have something to say that could expand our thoughts and views.  No one said you have to read every line of every post.  There will not be a quiz at the end.

What we need are some very strict watering restrictions on the turf wars.

Thats one of the problems Madam Pres. Some think it is a "Test" and their answers have to be the right ones.

I do hope you are feeling better.... Perhaps the thought of lifting others up or just a blog about general information that anyone can respond to in an appropriate manner is just too much to ask for...

Agreed, CM. And then someone has to stick around and clean up the blue mess. Oh wait. That's Smurf wars. Never mind.

Good points MadamePresident. Good to see you around.

PastorD also made the point on her thread that one should think of your child or grandchild reading a post before hitting that "Done" button. Good advice also.

I've been posting here for over a year. I lurked for a while before I jumped in. You get to 'know' people after awhile. Striving to step away from preconceptions and baggage built over time is a worthy concept. hehehehe.... man.

Has anyone noticed that FTP, et. al. and Boogyman, et.al, have been MIA for days now?

Has Fox found a way to rid themselves of these two?

It is certainly a better atmosphere around here, isn't it?

If the "regulars" return and continue our fun ways of old, and we rid ourselves of vileness, the world will be good.

It used to be fun here, you are right. Maybe Leasheryn could throw another virtual party and we can all share a group hug and get back to normal.

Having recently accepted the nomination of a fellow blogger to run for President I felt it was appropriate to update my profile. I have lived in Florida for a long time, but have lived in 13 States in total. I feel that having lived in a quarter of the states I am qualifed to be President.
