BERWYN HEIGHTS - When the shooting stopped, two dogs lay dead. A mayor sat in his boxers, hands bound behind his back. His handcuffed mother-in-law was sprawled on the kitchen floor, lying beside the body of one of the family pets that police had killed before her eyes.
.............................
What police left behind was a house stained with blood and a trail of questions about their conduct. No other evidence of illegal activity was found, and no one was arrested at Mayor Cheye Calvo's home in this small bedroom community near College Park.

How much longer will the people of the USA stand for such police abuse? Not even an "oop's we're sorry". The SWAT team got a "no-knock" warrant and treated it like a license to invade and kill. Spokesman for the SWAT team offered no apologies- and justified shooting one of the dogs in the back while running away by saying that the officers felt threatened by the dogs. Mayor Calvo did admit that the dog was an "aggressive licker".
I'll bet that the internal "investigation" will conclude that the cops did nothing wrong- after all that's the way it usually works. This time they might have picked on the wrong guy to victimize, he's already calling for the feds to step in.
OK let's here how you cop lovers justify this one........

I'm sure that others have noticed this as well, but it seems like in every speech Hillary Clinton uses "I, me, my, mine" over and over and over. Seems like all we hear from her is "I won this", "more people voted for me", "my delegates", or "the Presidency is mine". Well, maybe not specifically the last one, but it sure seems like she actually believes it. She was quoted once as saying "I’m doing this for myself, obviously because I believe so much in what our country can be again once we finally get through with President Bush". I'm doing this for myself? Isn't that a bit arrogant???? I hear no real message from her other than "Free Medical Care for Everyone" and "hatebush! hatebush!". I just feel a whole lot better about a candidate when he or she says things like "with your support". Somehow, Hillary doesn't seem capable of asking for our support, she seems to just expect the American voters to simply annoit her as Commander-in-Chief.
So. Serious question. Why is it that millions in the liberal party act like mindless bots and cheer her on?

Stuck in a hotel room with nothing else to do, I turned on the Sprint All-Star Race. Instead of the familiar National Anthem, Damien Horne sang an American Idol version of "God Bless' America". I don't know any old time NASCAR fan who believes that a race should kick off with anything other than a respectful rendition of the National Anthem. While there is certainly nothing wrong with God Bless America, it almost seemed disrespectful to the two servicemen who announced "Start you engines".
This is just one more way NASCAR continues to show that it is willing to abandon the old fans to show that it is "diverse". Good luck , Mr. France, and good bye.
