Child Left in a Car

It is in breaking news on FOX right now that a child was left in a car all day at the Hooters off of I-17 & Bell road.

 

They say the child died.

 

It has been several years since my daughter went to daycare, but there were so many mornings where I would be on autopilot from exhaustion that I would be halfway to work and double check that I remembered to take her to daycare.

 

I can see how it can accidentally happen and it is so tragic.

When the cop left his pooch in the car and the dog died, there was very little sympathy for him. I bet there is more sympathy for the woman that let her kid die in the car. Do people care more about animals than people?

Right again KenofAZ. People wanted to string him up.

As for the woman, she is among others across the nation. I think it was on on Oprah last year, the father was the one on auto pilot. I do not know how those families cope, but I believe it was an accident. I feel for all of them.

As a mother of two I can honestly say "I HAVE NEVER SIMPLY FORGOTTEN MY CHILD WAS IN THE CAR!!" Or anywhere for that matter!!
You may forget your keys, your phone or your purce!! BUT NEVER YOUR CHILD!!!

I doesn't matter if he was in the back or the front seat!!!
And if like you said, "she was auto pilot" she would have remembered to take him to daycare!!
Another question: Why didn't the daycare call and ask if she was going to bring him in? any good daycare would have called to check up on him, you know to see if he was sick or something!!

Last but not least: "IT WAS SIMPLY THE MOTHERS FAULT!!" as far as I'm concerned, She killed him!!!

How can anyone feel sorry for her?? i dont, she had to physically put that child in the car, she had to put the seat belts on close the door start the ignition then how can she forget she did all that??? Maybe she was more interested in going to work and getting attention from men at her job, she has voiced she didnt want to care for the child anymore and wanted her freedom back!! She is guilty as charged in negligent homocide. That poor poor child, if her or her family didnt want to care then i sure as heck would have done for that poor baby!!! He did not deserve an ignorant mother like that.

Right now today she is being scathed all over the valley and country by all who are upset with her actions and demeanor. She is starting to get more publicity about her "murder' than what people are saying about 'bandit'.
