My view on the shooting by the man of the speeder!!!! All the guy did was ask the guy to NOT race in the neighborhood and he gets out and gets into a fight. NOW if I had a gun and he did that to me I to would shoot him, That is why I would carry a gun, to PROTECT myself. Tha is just what the guy did, protected himself. HOW can the law say he wasn't in fear of his life, were they in his shoes? I remember when the cops shot the guy in New York some 40 plus times and they said they were in fear for there lives. IF THAT WAS OK THEN THIS IS NO DIFFERENT!!!
