China will make roughly 1 million people homeless to hold the Olympics to come... Time for a Boycott?  I think so...  How would you feel knowing that you put a child out on the street so you could compete for a silver or gold or even a bronze medal?

Probably not to good, knowing that beggar you pass on the street during your visit may be the one you kicked out of their home...

They are tearing their homes down and providing no lodging to anyone they kick out even worse they are not even giving them money for property they paid for ...  BOYCOTT!!!!  I can't say it loud enough BOYCOTT!!!!   BOYCOTT!!!!    BOYCOTT!!!!   BOYCOTT!!!!  BOYCOTT!!!!

Okay , so am I the only one to see this for what it is?  It's a way to swing votes.  Fine you want Super delegates have them but, let's put some rules on these guys so they can't swing votes.

1) they must vote when their state primaries vote
2) they can not change their vote anytime they want
once they vote that's it ,after all we can't change our votes  and we can't say hold on, let me vote next week after I see how everyone else has voted.

It's actually pretty simple to see this is a way to sway votes away from the people... the Constitution says we should overthrow such government corruption any way needed.

Okay, sooo we have 3 children ... roughly around 12 years old who may or may not have committed an ACT of violence.  This reminds me of that movie time cop with tom cruise.  No actual crime was committed but they tried them because the machine predicted it would happen.. rather than getting them help we are going to Destroy them and their LIves for eternity by publishing their faces and names all over the news violating the child protection act.

I have a nephew who has anger problem and he years ago who make threats of death and violence because his parents were bad role models or no role model at all and it was a cry for help from him... he is now an adult and doing much better.  If his life was destroyed in a brief second as easily as the news and police have done to the "CHILDREN"  he and his life would have been ruined for life.  What happened to protective services, why are their names released?  why are their faces displayed?  Do you feel good now for being a big BULLY and ruining a CHILDS life?  Yes, they needed help... But, did they really need to be treated like a TERRORIST?

The Media and the Police violated the child protection rights!  You can't possibly tell me they were beyond help... you never even tried!  Congradulations for Destroying the lives of 3 Children without even giving them the HELP they were crying for.  Aren't you proud you have publicly convicted 3 children who never actually committed a crime.  Just ask victims of Domestic Violence, the Police will tell you there is nothing they can do unless they see it happening!

Oh, by the way one more thing, A childs criminal past all the way up to 18 years old is supposed to be sealed from public knowledge unless they are tried as adults and found guilty.  Then when they turn 18, those records are permanently sealed if no other crimes are committed.  That's the law...

So, you as the media violated the law, the police as law enforcement violated the law, and you have 3 children who need help who may or may not have violated the law... you've taken the Patriot Act to far!  I'll be watching your children now!  Armed with a video camera
when your son or daughter threaten to kill people in real life not on computer. 

ask yourself one question... was it necessary?
Did you have to Destroy them and push them over the edge with no return?
You do know they will be on the internet FOREVER!
When your child cries for help in a similar manner will we ruin their lives to?

Introduction



The purpose of this project is as follows:  To create a Permanent Living environment for homeless individuals as well as families and children.  The project itself will provide housing, food, and job training.  The project will further more create jobs for those who can not obtain the usual job, and will be trained .  The housing project will provide a cafeteria from which everyone will be supplied food 24 hours a day and will be staffed by persons who are on the program learning a new way of living .  Persons in the program will have the options of working for the project or working outside the project.  The condo will be paid for by the occupant through their work.  They will be paid and 55% of their wages will go toward paying for their food and housing... the housing is on a sliding scale to a maximum of $30,000 for their condo.  

Housing as far as families go, will be roughly the same however they will be kept separate from the individual housing along with individual  women.   All, Drug Addicts and Alcoholics must attend a detox center and must be clean and sober for a minimum of 6 months.  This will be a drug free environment with a zero tolerance.



Objective


The programs objective is to reduce homelessness within Orange County in 6 years to less than 300 hardcore homeless individuals.  To create local jobs and give the local economy a boost as well as open new businesses and supply jobs for individuals in need.




Costs


We estimate the cost to accomplish this will be $25 million dollars a year for the next 6 years.  The money will go toward building construction to house over 7,000  people  and the supporting buildings that will be needed to keep everything running smoothly.  This will include a very technical point of entry for residents to keep them safe from predators or would be predators .
The cash infusion will only be needed for the 6 years, if prior to the 6 years the finances are no longer needed they would be canceled as the goal is to make the project self supporting.






Job Creation

We expect to create over 3,000 middle wage jobs as well as management jobs, and possibly  co-ownership of certain businesses we plan to create.   An example of a business to be created is a bakery that produces foods without preservatives for natural living, and a t-shirt  textile mill, that will sell state and national wide.  Many other projects are also on the burner awaiting funding.  These businesses will eventually be given to the people to run and grow.



Housing


Individual housing for women/men  will be a single bedroom and a living room and a small kitchen with a dorm type refrigerator and microwave...(stoves will not be installed in rooms as the cafeteria will produce healthy meals for all to eat and is included in the 55% fee.  15% goes towards food costs.)  No one will go to bed hungry, lunches and breakfasts for their children will be prepared so no child goes to school hungry or goes hungry.  If the people need to take a bag lunch they can do so as well.

Family housing will have extra security to protect the children from unwanted visitors, as well as a community center for them to get together and play within the safety of the building.




Training


The first part of training will be to get basic elements such as some people in Culinary School to run the condos cafeterias and plan daily healthy diets for it's residents.   To promote a friendly environment for all to feel comfortable.  Laundry  room training  for a linen exchange program.  Management training to run small stores and productions.

Well, apparently other channels have payed more attention to my study and confirmed my number to be wrong way wrong!  On any given day there are over 8,000 homeless persons in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties....

These numbers do not however count people living out of their vehicles or staying in hotel rooms soon to be in their vehicles...

Just incase you missed my projection I stated 3,000 on any given day.  the number they have provided is almost tripled!   Of which they estimate 1,700 are children!!!!

When they interviewed a woman who had worked a full time job at Sears, she simply could not afford the meager $7 an hour job and pay rent, food, bus...etc...., she has been raped in a camp in the woods she stays in...  there is no room for her in shelters  and the shelters are not a safe as one believes them to be... I can attest to this as I found this out in my studies.

There are currently over 140 homeless camps known.. possibly more!!!

I personnally talked with a young woman who is fairly attractive who was gang raped by over 27 men in one of these camps she is now pregnant from the ordeal... this could be your daughter...  or sister or cousin...

Well, I have been documenting the progress of my projection of homelessness in Orlando,

Guess what I was right !  Now you have no programs and or beds to help these families that are now homeless... not because it's their fault, just the economy.  I noticed 1 person started using my program that I drafted and have protected...however I do not plan on stopping the use of it....  The program is needed and I know his intensions are well and not for profit like others.

I am not going to argue with people wearing blinders I have the videos to prove over 3000 homeless people currently reside with Orlando and orange county.  These numbers are modest as i did not count the people living in homeless camps, of which there are dozens.

Take a look around the new homeless people are people who are losing their homes and now can not rent because they have bad credit.  I'm going to point blank violate FOX's TOS agreement here today.

Orlando Firehouse #6

Violated City codes by holding a "fill the boot" fundraiser on city streets.  which the dates were clearly posted on channel 13 as well as the locations, which are clearly considered core Downtown Orlando areas... which by local laws can not collect donations of any kind on streets by any Organization , which makes this a clear violation and shows prefernce to a single Charitable Organization.  The Organization being Jerry's Kids.

When in the past I spoke with the City of Orlando Attorney to request a collection of my own, I was told he never heard of the Collections "fill the boot"  A clear LIE.!

When I spoke with the Attorney for Orlando he directly stated that that there was no such collection and I should report it , as it was illegal to do so on any City of Orlando streets.  I took photographs of the occurance as well as copied the posted page on channel 13 website.  I can't post the link so if you want to find it go to the channel 13 website and search "fill the boot".

So as the purpose of this posting is not lost, I reqested a permit to do the same thing and was told I could not it was illegal.  I did however get a permit to go door to door within the core district as well as mass mailing.  My intensions are to sue the City of Orlando for preferential treatment and favoritism to a charitable Organization.

Okay so today on the news I caught a glimps of some guy that has 25 years of experience of dealing with homeless issues...

Amazing he is stealing half of my platform, telling people this is how we fix it, do the math people he's doing it for 25 years and until now has had no idea how to fix it.  HE is stealing Half of my business plan lol.  I puposely left out key details because I knew there would be iddiots in Government who wanted to make money off of this... Their programs will fail for one reason, They are out to get your money long term.  I only need your money short term, after which the project will support itself.

I am 501 (c) (3) tax exempt, they know it, they want to keep me from doing the project, they make too much money off of homeless people.  Even the police make money off of them.  The make $250 a day to put a homeless person in jail. do you really think it costs $250 to house a person a day, a bologna sandwhich and some drink, maybe 5 dollars a day in food is spent on each person.  Do the math.

So, when you hear on the news about this supposed new plan just remember they have only stolen half of my entire program.  Good luck with that, city and council members.

When you people are ready to really help and really get a program up and running that will take 6 months to construct then maybe you will contact me.  In the mean time enjoy feeding your hard earned dollars into the money pit.

Well it's Official as of Today!  501 (c) (3) has been approved and I have the documents.

Great idea, but a big dream. Is this a joke, or are you serious? Sorry, I'm pretty gullable when it comes to helping others. I've seen some homeless that would benefit from a project like this. I'm just skeptical that you could make it happen without a huge bank account to start with. "Build it and they will come!" Get it built and I will make a regular donation.

In response to this message to the post.  I have copied that entire post and place it into my file logs for future Donors.  I'm going to hold you to this..

Right now we are compiling a list of corporations to collect donations in the sum of 14 million dollars... the properties are already researched along with prices.  I am also in the process of contacting Contractors who can or would be willing to donate their time and skills.  It's all tax deductible.

Additionally, so the peson with the comment understands..., everything so far , And I do mean everything has come from my pocket over $5,000 dollars in time and cash.  One piece at a time.  I did not pay anyone to apply for 501 (c) (3) status, I did not pay anyone to apply for Corperate status, or any other paper work such as perimits, solicitation of charity, etc.

I'm 38 years of age and with no help was able to circumnavigate the red tape.  I think I can handle a little fundraising.  I did not take this comment as negative.   I took it as a challenge..,  so please don't think I am upset... but ,you made a written promise that I will expect you to fullfil.

One step closer to being able to help.  I just got word that my 501 (c) (3) application was being approved, and I should recieve it within a few weeks pending final supervisor approval.

What does this mean to you... it means soon I'm going to be asking you people to fund a new project that all the homeless organizations have been unwilling to do.  We are going to house these people and train them and give them jobs.  The starting focus will be to obtain a operational budget to build Condos for these people.  They will have the chance to work and own these condos and be aid off in 12 years.  It will only take 45% of their income and then they will still have exspendable cash to take care of their own medical needs and personal possesions.

The condos themselves, a hotel like room with a bed and shower/tub and sink, computers in the room for online learing, and a training center to learn how to use the computer in the building.  A cafeteria that all residence can eat in 24 hours a day.  And for those who wish to work utside the facility which is encouraged, they will be able to take bagged lunches and dinners what ever is needed.  This is all paid for in their 45% of wages.  After 12 years there room is paid for then they only need to pay 15% to cover the food and utilities.  Rather than having regular room phones they will each be given a cellular phone which will be paid for by them, or they can choose to use the lobby phones.

A second structure is also going to be constructed for Victims of Human Trafficking and Exploitation... basically the same as above, we will use local agencies for mental health issues and medical issues.

There is a plan for 3 for profit businesses that will operate on the labor of the residents of both buildings.  Thus, they will be self supporting.  To be annouced later.

The goal is to raise 14 million dollar for the projects.  As well as the constrution of corperate office inside the homeless building with 24 hour supervision to ensure safety and security.  Please note these people will no longer be homeless once they are in these condos.  We plan to do this between 100 to 300 rooms at a time... and hope to be able to construct 4 buildings a year, once the need slows, we plan to expand out to other states and do the same.  We are going to do what the local government have been unwilling to do. 

It's better to have a productive citizen than one who has no money and is forced to become a criminal to survive.

Is this right or wrong... I've done my homework how bout you?  So it's easy street for the lost and hungry, they go to the salvation Army 5 days a week for a bowl of soup and some bread.  The soup is roughly 8 ounces, an 8 oz drink, and some bread.  Now imagine this is all you get to eat in one day, if you are daring you go to the Coaliton for the homeless for a second meal.  At this point you have to be watchful for crack dealers, the Jits a small local gang and the locals who live in that ares who freeload off of the system, remember the locals are not homeless they just like a good free meal.

now, if they were lucky enough to make it through the war zone without incident or being robbed then it was a good day.  Now it's night time, they have no where to sleep so it's off to find a spot hidden in bushes underoverpasses wherever they can find, some may even be fortunate enough to have vehicles to sleep in, usually those are newly put out homeless people and families.

These people over the course of the night will be harrased by police, teenagers, drunks from bars and other homeless people as well as gang and those residents who enjoy a free meal.  They have no shelter from any of them so they are open targets. 

So, now we have a person who is homeless, hungry, can not get clean to get a job, or an address and phone number to get a job.  and the more time passes by the weaker this person gets because they are eating just enough to slowly die.  Is it right to take away that one person who is willing and wants to feed that person?

Just curious where you stand.. I already know where the city stands.

CAse in point Pakistan, we do not officially give them funds directly.  However we all know how that works.  so we verbally tell a terrorist group to attack Iran and we support you.  Does this mean we are in favor of Terrorism or was the war on Terrorism a Farce?

We cannot send a mixed message and expect to be respected.  So much for a war on terrorism.  If we promote terrorism can we expect more terrorism?
