The San Francisco Presidential Memorial Commission, (Didn't know they had such a commission, and shouldn't it be concerned with deceased presidents?) is considering a proposal to rename San Francisco's Ocean Side Water Pollution Control Plant after G.W. My proposal would be naming their city San Franfreako.

SF? I'm surprised New Orleans didn't think of that first. Maybe he'll get an honorary pumping station some day (suck joke in there some where)?
How about a quote over the entrance for historical relevance?

Keep in mind that they are considering it because someone got enough signatures on a petition to bring the change before the Commission.

The city has made it clear that they do not support the measure...they think it would be a poor reflection on thier local sewage treatment plant. And THAT SAYS A LOT!!!
