What gives our government the right to deny a person unemployment just because he "quit" his job. The way unemploment is set up is wrong. A person who gets fired from their job can get unemployment comp almost immediately. However, a person who has to leave his job because of medical or Federal regulations, can not get a dime of unemployment. Oh, sure, if they want to spent a few hundred dollars for lawyers and six months in court, they may or may not win. In the mean time, that person loses their car, home, bank account and whatever assets they might have. Where is the justice in this. A person that is fired gets compensation almost immediately for being "bad". If you were fired from your job there had to be a reason (usually not good). So why do those people get rewareded with compensation when the person who has been a good worker gets shafted?
Each unemployment case should be decided on it's own merits, not by some general rules.
